Another Season, Another Rant

I didn't want to make another one of these, but there are certain situations in this season that's starting to piss me off. While my complaints aren't as serious or plentiful in words like the last one, what I have to say here could be just as bad as the violations of the past, especially when Darkness and I have complained about some of these before. I will not name and shame the specific people that I'm referencing in this message. You know who you are and you know what you're doing. If you continue to do any of these things after reading this, then we'll have a problem.
I will not complain about the sluggish progress that we're making in these episodes. I completely understand the responsibilities that must be attended to outside of the site. I have always understood. I am open with all of you about the severity of my lack of time due to a combination of college work and track. If you have that same communication with me, then we're good (In Stephen's case, he let me know about what happened prior to him going inactive, so I will not penalize him when I would normally do so.).
This doesn't mean that I've forgotten what I've done towards the end of season 1 and what I said I was going to do for this season. The three day rule has not been removed; it can still be implemented at any time. Following the conclusion of these episodes, I will put it back into effect. Some of us are lackadaisical when it comes to communication when I'm lenient with that rule (that's why it's there in the first place) and I am reaching my boiling point when it comes to extremely slow posting without any adequate information beforehand that explains why someone else had to wait for a long period of time for you to finally post what needed to be posted. This will not happen anymore. You agreed to my plot rules when you signed up, so I'm going to enforce them whether you have time or not.
I never thought I would have to ever say this, but I've seen it gone unaddressed for too long that I'm confident that this will not change unless someone speaks up. You need to proofread your posts before you post it. Simple mistakes here and there won't cause me to get antsy; I make them too, but I fix them. Some of you haven't fixed any typos you've made. There have been sentences made with a certain word in mind that had its entire context changed because the wrong letter to a word was placed there and there are posts that have way too many grammar errors (many of them are too obvious not to see them). I somehow convinced my best friend to read through the plot during my senior year in high school, and even he got sick of seeing the mistakes people have made in season 1. That infuriates me greatly.
I'm not directing this towards the non-native English speakers (For those of you that aren't, you do a much better job speaking it then most people that are fluent.). For those of you that are, you should be taking better care of what you're saying. If you make a mistake, please fix them. Do not just leave it there for me to fix. I shouldn't have to fix the mistakes YOU made. I've got my own to worry about. You know just as well as I do that reading through a typo-filled post is annoying and off-putting. There will be consequences if I see it happen, so you've been warned.
Many of you have already noticed that I've been handling the briefings a bit differently this season in comparison to season 1. You should see that I'm not telling you everything up front as I did in the past. I chose to save that information for when the said event occurs rather than rely on you to constantly have to check the message for what needs to be done or, for some of you, not even read it at all. The reason why I've done that was for the details to be fresh on your mind instead of pushing all of that information at once. I figured this would aid you in following the briefings, but guess what's still happening that Darkness and I complained about before? My briefings are still not being followed. Joy.
Listen here. The briefings are not made to boss you around. They are made so that the story actually has flow to it. What would be the point of having anyone of us just do what we wanted to do? The previous seasons on this site should have been an indication that there is an organized path for the story to get the plot where it needs to be, and that would not be accomplished if everyone had the freedom to post whatever they want whenever they want. Ask yourself this question. If you were the director of a movie or a play, would you want your actors acting in a way that opposes your vision for it? If your answer is yes, then you need help.
What am I not making clear about this? Any sensible person would ask me what they're supposed to be doing in an episode if I somehow do not send a briefing for it, so how in the world do you do something other than what I informed you of if you supposedly have the information you need to know what you're supposed to be doing? I'm sick of having to post in the chat that someone didn't follow what I said and/or underlining a certain point of the briefing in the message that someone decided to overlook. It is unbelievable that I have to keep talking about this. I'm sick of it(almost to the point that I'm considering quitting before I even finish since I do not see the point of making episodes when someone will just ruin it because they want to go off on their own).
What angers me more about the act itself is that I almost always put a sentence at the end of the message (I say almost always since there was a recent briefing where I did not say it). Does me saying something along the lines of, "Is this clear enough for you," remind of you anything? Many of you tell me yes, so if you supposedly understand what I'm conveying to you, then how are you "forgetting" when the time comes for you to do the said action? It doesn't make any sense. If you were confused about anything, why not ask me? That's the reason why I ask the damn question in the first place. The rules that I've made that YOU ACCEPTED specifically told you that I was doing this so you can execute. This is something that I and other participants should not have to accept, and I won't allow it. The days of doing this are over. Please, PLEASE do not ever let me catch this happening again or you will know the kind of power that made my predecessor who she was.
At this point, I'm done making these rants. You know what is and isn't acceptable when it comes to this. You don't want me doing any of the things I listed, and I'm sure you don't want any of your peers doing it either. This is it right here. If this second rant doesn't fix it, then there's nothing more I can do. The next time won't be a long rant like this. It's going to be enforcement that you know I'm capable of doing. I'm hoping that it doesn't take me to make an example out of someone for people to get the idea of why you should be showing courtesy to us all by not acting up.
That is all.
