As a staff I need to ask some of these questions.
1. Price for a premium effect?
2. If you have one 'blue' and one 'green' effect your card is automatically recognized as 'green', correct?
3. I'd assume any prevention is green and card is green even if it contains prevention as one and only effect. I've read in explanation under 'green' that some prefer using high increases/decreases or prevention-type effects, but I haven't found it in any class section. I assumed class could vary for different prevention-effects.

I'd assume any prevention is green and card is green even if it contains prevention as one and only effect. I've read in explanation under 'green' that some prefer using high increases/decreases or prevention-type effects, but I haven't found it in any class section. I assumed class could vary for different prevention-effects. 1. Someone already directed you to where it was stated, so it's safe to conclude that you have it. 2. The card's class will be determined based on the highest level effect in the card. So if there's a red class effect on it, it will be red regardless of anything else on it. 3. Preventions, regardless of what it does, are premium effects. You can see that in the card creation board. In the card classes board in the data center, I said that premium effects are green class effects; it's the first point under that classification. Therefore, it must be assumed that if a prevention is a premium effect, and premium effects are green class effects, then it must be a green class effect. I hope this addresses your concerns.

Just a note, the quick links are currently not in working condition for the most part due to the changes.

One quick question. How do these new changes for support and abilities effect those already created? I wanna know so I can change my bakupack accordingly.

Everyone is starting over. All old bakupacks are no longer useful because it is impossible to transition things over.

Everyone is starting over. All old bakupacks are no longer useful because it is impossible to transition things over. I wouldn't say they are no longer useful, as there are parts that can be easily carried over. Bakugan for example, can be moved with little to no issue with the system. They have been subject to the same restrictions before, and were still carried over. The reason I asked is more for cards and supports, as they could go either way. I see your point though, as it would be extremely difficult, but not impossible, to transfer created cards and supports over to the new system. If the case is that they are.

Let me just preface this by saying this site has a history. It's aeons old, and that's intimidating for people. The fact that its history is shit, well, that doesn't help either.
When you have a set of proposed changes and thoughts to a site, you need to think about more than the currently existing group of people, you need to look at it as a whole. Don't think "Hey, that attitude is terrible, get it out of here or you're banned", that's just asking for no one new to join, because it feels bad to be a part of. Hell, that's what it was in the past.
I used to love the concept and everything about the show, the series, man, i was involved as possible - but I broke the system here. Not like, "Oh I'm strong", I mean, I invented things that required rules to be made. My arsenal alone is probably the strongest thing on the site, and the only reason I didn't make more waves with it was because I was like, 14 when this version came up. This is the third site for WC, yeah?
That's the reason I'm doing this. The idea is a good one, and this is probably the best site for it. Not like there's any competition, but still, it is here. Not here in the future, but here now, which gives you the time to grow, to adapt, to move away from shitty ways of thought, from shitty systems, to balance everything better. You have so much at your disposal that you're not using because you have this narrow minded way of thinking at times that cripples it. It's been that way for years - I would know.
Just, think a little wider.
Try harder.
The concept of Bakugan was and IS a good one. You just need to work on how to do it justice.

The concept of Bakugan was and IS a good one. You just need to work on how to do it justice. This is the kind of post I don't really like to see. I'm going to explain why in a moment. Before I get to that, I'm going to address how I feel about what you said. You and I know better than anyone who responded to this thread that this site has gone through some situations. We were both apart of that legacy. We contributed to how things played out. That's just the way it is. Everyone is guilty in some way whether it was through questionable administrative decisions, disrespecting staff and other members of the site (you have been guilty of this), and, in my case, openly defying the main administrator numerous times. Every action had its consequence. You're saying that the thought process here should be for the site as a whole instead of focusing on a singular group. I completely agree with that, and that's why I created this discussion. I have made that clear in my opening statement. The statement that I disagree with in that paragraph was how there shouldn't be an adverse reaction to negativity with comments. Since you specifically cited the past when you closed that particular point, let's touch on that a bit. The behavior back then was toxic, and there's two more people in this thread other than me who have seen it and will attest to that. No reasonable person would allow that to continue because it would produce the exact result you think speaking against it would do. While I think proceeding all the way to a ban is extreme (in most cases), negativity is never a good thing and should be avoided; otherwise, the environment surrounding it becomes the same, and nothing ever gets advanced. Everything below what I've covered includes what I'm not thrilled to see. I can attribute everything about that to what's wrong with popular series' like Call of Duty, for example. I'm overlooking the tidbit about me having a narrow minded way of thinking. If that's how you feel, that's fantastic. I can care less. The way you're communicating is what's wrong here. Following the creation of this thread, there were members who posted their thoughts about a subject and outlined what was or isn't wrong with it. You didn't do that. All you did was throw criticisms without any explanations, which doesn't help the issue at all. Simply saying, "Try harder," or, "You just need to work on how to do it justice," is useless. What thoughts are shitty? What systems are shitty? What needs more work to be balanced? Everyone else did their part. You do yours. (I'm also ignoring the credit you're giving yourself about you breaking the system. Were you strong? Yes. Were you that strong? No...you weren't...)

I have to agree with Damian here. Even though he pretty much covered all I wanted to say I still want to say something about your post, Drake.
I don't know who you are since I have been here for only about 2 years and I do not prefer having these types of conversations with people I'm not familiar with. Coming out of nowhere and dropping criticism on others' hard work without giving some real effort in the progress yourself is exactly something I'd call 'narrow way of thinking and acting'. We have been working really hard here to prepare this site for the future in case new Bakugan series are released and if a new wave of people interested in Bakugan comes. I don't see you posting in this thread before with any suggestions.
If I don't like the system I point out what I don't like and why I don't like it. I say what should be fixed. I don't see you giving any suggestions. What's the point of getting so worked up if you ain't gonna do anything about it? If I don't like it I sure am going to do something about it. This reminds me of those 'pros' in MMORPGs; they think they're so high and mighty that when someone who doesn't know something comes they immediately rush to criticize and call him a noob instead actually trying to lend a hand or give tips.
I'm not very fond of bark-and-no-bite personalities.

I had a few questions earlier.
1. If I use 'use card from Bakupack' will that card count into class limits? E.g. if you use a green-class card will it be affected by this count?
2. If I use my signature effect of item-cloning (mostly Gates) will Gate clones I activate count into different classes? I understand their effects should not go to limits because they were produced indirectly, but are they going to consume class counts? E.g. I use 'March' gate clone which is green-class; will I lose one green-class count?
3. I came up with 'effect switch'. It would allow me to switch 1 effect from one of my items with 1 effects from one of opponent's items. Would that be legal? I was aiming to copyright it.
4. If I use 'use effect from Bakupack' and I loop 'make 2 clones of my Gate' are those 2 Gate clones gonna go into class-limits when played? Also, if I use those 2 Gate clones to make even more Gate clones are those newer ones gonna be counted into class-limits since they were brought indirectly?

Also, if I use those 2 Gate clones to make even more Gate clones are those newer ones gonna be counted into class-limits since they were brought indirectly? 1. The targeted card in your example will not count towards the card class limit. It's in the same limit with copying/reusing, and it applies to them as well. 2. In order for me to answer that completely, let's talk about what happens when you do use this effect. The item you target is reproduced, giving you extra things to activate. This means that you're gaining extra cards to utilize. Based on what you did with it in the brawl I read, you really cheated the system. I'll explain why. Let's compare your usage to the way I use one of my effects: act as if an effect is used more than once (it could be twice, three times, etc.), but the limit the said effect used will only apply to the effect's initial activation. Think of that as doubling in a way, except that I have more freedom to target certain things that don't necessarily have a value that can be doubled. Yours doesn't work like that. What your effect does is duplicate the item, THEN you play it. My effect doesn't have to abide by that requirement. You see where this is going now? Let me give you another example. Gaining an extra card count. I play that effect to gain an extra special ability, then I can play that extra ability. That extra card will count towards the limits. You specifically activated the duplicated (extra) cards that you made with your effect. You should definitely see where I'm going with this. What you're doing is a more specified way of gaining an extra card to play. That's exactly how you used it in the brawl with Phoenix. They are going to count towards the limits, both in the matter of card classes and the effect limits. In the matter of getting the slip on the system, there was a general limitation of limiting the number of extra cards you could gain to one. This means that you can only gain one extra ability, ONLY one. You duplicated a card twice and then activated it, which means that you gained two extra cards and used them, exceeding the limit that the rules provided. 3. That effect is copyrighted to Raven Atlas. 4. I explained why they're going to count in my response to the second question. The requirement that gate cards have one effect should be remembered as well.

I remembered what I wanted to ask of you.
1. I had a complication with Custom cards of mine. Would you mind if I changed the tribute for usage? My idea is the following. - Sacrifice all your G until you are left with 1G. - Sacrifice Normal/Special Ability/Fusion Ability/original Gate count - Select one of your copyrighted effects; you cannot use it for the rest of this Battle (entire battle, not just round) - Select one of your unused limits; you cannot use it for the rest of this Battle (counters, special counters etc. can't be chosen)
Is this okay with you? I need to use it sometimes.
EDIT
I have an idea for some effect if it is okay with you. "Summon a dummy." It would be a separate count from calling in a Bakugan or Support Weapon, but just summoning an item that always has exactly zero G. Then effect "Summon 1 dummy every time an ability is played.". In combination with effect "Gain 50 G-100 G for every dummy in the play." Is this fair?
EDIT No. 2 1. What is maximum increase/decrease G-power in a continuous effect? 2. What is maximum increase/decrease G-power if we look at the count of Bakugans on the field or cards played through the round?

It would be more fair if you capped the amount of "dummies" you could put on the field. There should be a finite amount, something reasonable. I'm assuming you already found your answer for the last two questions based on what you said in the card shop.
