Members The Legendary Soldiers of Vestroia is a group of six powerful Bakugan who are responsible for saving the entire race during the 18th century in a war that became known as the "Second Universal War". Since then, they disappeared into obscurity. Legend commonly holds them in high regard, with many claiming them to be among the mightiest entities in all of history. Some accounts even claim them to be the strongest Bakugan, with Fury and Diablo* being the only Bakugan that could match their power. (*It should be noted that Diablo's power was artificial due to the analysis from the Hurranians as well as the energy from Genesis Dragonoid. If anything, this makes the Legendary Soldiers even more credible as a threat.)

Origins The Hurranians were developed by Professor Clay and put to work in the 1700s by Vestal's current king, Victor Zenoheld. When the Bakugan started to get assimilated by this pestilence, many Bakugan reported back to the attributed worlds in Vestroia and sought the help of the strongest being of each attribute. Thus, the Legendary Soldiers were forcefully banded together to form a resistance against the virus. Although they didn't like each other very much, their continued participation brought them all together as one solid unit. Apollonir was designated as their leader for his harmonious attitude towards all of them. Eventually, the Legendary Soldiers came across Apollonir's nemesis, Viper Helios, who intentionally had himself assimilated by the Hurranians to grow powerful enough to assert his place as the strongest Bakugan. Despite all six of them teaming up to fight this Helios, they were outmatched and would have been defeated if they didn't retreat. Their defeat came with serious consequences. The time it took for the Soldiers to get back into the fight was used by Zenoheld to create the ultimate doomsday weapon: the Bakugan Termination System, a weapon designed to assimilate all Bakugan within a given radius, killing all of them instantly. Knowing this, the Soldiers argued between themselves as to how they would respond to this new development. They chose to confront Zenoheld, knowing that Vestroia would be his first of many targets if not stopped now. When they did, they were shocked to find an army of Gargonoid spawned by the first Hurranian, Prince Hydron. Clayf shielded the rest of the Soldiers as they moved towards the BT System. Excedra and Oberus wiped out a majority of the Gargonoid army, with Frosch and Lars Lion providing crowd control. Apollonir confronted Zenoheld himself during this time, and had to face off with his archenemy once again. Despite performing admirably - even holding his own for a great length of time - he was still outmatched by Helios, and would have been killed if it wasn't for the timely intervention of Excedra blasting Helios away from him at the cost of Oberus' energy. Lars Lion healed both Oberus and Apollonir, and warned the Dragonoid to not let his guard down anymore. Fueled with anger, Apollonir engaged his rival once more, and ultimately kills him with Infinity Waiver. Helios' death prompts Zenoheld to activate the BT System. The Soldiers and their army attempted to destroy the machine, but were unsuccessful. The BT System plotted a course for Vestroia via a dimensional tunnel. All of the Bakugan - especially Drago - were evacuated from Vestroia promptly before the BT System arrived. The Soldiers were the only ones who stayed behind to face this machine. The Soldiers gave Apollonir their power so he could attempt to shut it down, but it only slowed the process. This gave them an idea. With renewed hope, they dragged the BT System back into Vestal. Despite the disagreements among them, they were left with no other choice but to alter the polarity of the energy pulse the BT System fires by having all beings who could not withstand Apollonir's power to be destroyed instead. The weapon goes off, and obliterates all Hurranians and Vestals on the planet. Emerging as the victors of the war, the Soldiers took the BT System to Earth and hid it there before fading into legend, never being heard from again until three centuries later when a lone Hurranian organism managed to evade the BT System's pulse and repopulate their mechanized race.

Team Dynamic/Organization The Legendary Soldiers were not fans of each other when they first met, but they still warmed up to each other. This warm feeling largely went away when the BT System was fired, because all six of them were responsible for killing not only the Hurranians, but the remaining Vestals on the planet who were either too stubborn to escape Zenoheld's tyrannical rampage or couldn't leave at all. A lot of the Soldiers still hold animosity towards each other for what they did, even to the present day. While Lars Lion is not as vocal about her disagreements with the BT System's firing, she does not hold it against anyone, as there was nothing else they could do. She does appear to be visibly disgusted at the immature behavior Apollonir, Oberus, and Excedra regularly show to each other. The three of them often talk about each other behind each other's backs, further showing the lack of loyalty they truly have for each other. Despite this dynamic, they do seem to simmer down in serious situations. In battle, they are very proficient, occasionally picking up off of each other's abilities to compensate for their own weaknesses. Good examples of this are when Apollonir and Oberus were on Vestal when they fought against the mechanical Bakugan, and Frosch and Excedra's tag-team against Stigma and Kyuki's strongest creation, Traqdrach. All six of them do share a common gripe, and that's with the lack of spine other Bakugan have when they are forced to work with others. Due to a lot of Bakugan leaving them to die during the "Second Universal War", they are very critical about anyone they see who shows any signs of backing down from a fight. This earned the Silver Knights a high disapproval rating in the eyes of the Legendary Soldiers, as they exhibited similar signs of weakness to the ones they saw in the days of old. That doesn't stop them from working with them, and they even acknowledge their Admirals to be ideal partners in battle, especially Admiral Asuka.

Attributes The power of the Legendary Soldiers is truly something to behold in a legend. While they are fearsome in their own individual right, only three opponents have shown the strength to stand up to all six at once: Viper Helios, Fury, and Dasia Turano. Considering all three of them are god-level opponents, it makes the Soldiers' resume look even better. Apollonir himself is the strongest member of the Legendary Soldiers, and perhaps the strongest Bakugan in existence, not counting the likes of the opponents previously mentioned. He is extraordinarily powerful in his own right, capable of defeating Drago while being heavily suppressed, and being able to hold his own against six copies of the Legendary Soldiers with his base strength alone. He has the Ultimate Warrior Gene. This gives him access to the Switch and Hex Code, two super-powerful forms that puts him ahead of the other Legendary Soldiers by comparison, and if that wasn't enough, he mastered both forms to the point of being able to combine them into one form: Duality, the ideal state of a descendant of the original Bakugan. His power in that form is on a god-level, as he was able to combat two high-level opponents who carried a significant portion of the original Dragonoid's energy. Clayf is a powerhouse of a Bakugan who takes using your body as a shield to a whole new level and can match Apollonir in raw power, if the circumstances are correct. He can resist blows that would be fatal to other Bakugan, such as taking a hit from an Advanced Fusion Ability user like Gorem and emerging unscathed from it, even though that was 100% of Gorem's power. With his signature ability, his body continuously updates itself on the damage he receives and boosts his strength accordingly. His improvement rate allows him to take hits from opponents or attacks that could be stronger than he is, and eventually overpower them. Like Gorem, he also possesses the Advanced Fusion Ability, making him even more formidable. Lars Lion is the most powerful healer of the Soldiers, and possibly for the Bakugan as a whole. As she's a pacifist, she rarely shows her true power, but when she does, she's a terror to behold. Her attacking spells have shown to be very eclipsing in nature and are very clean, rarely leaving behind any marks or craters. Her debuffs are so dangerous that she can strip someone of their empowered states without batting an eye. She's also capable of resurrecting the dead to fight for her without any noticeable penalties, which, depending on who gets revived, makes her the most dangerous Soldier out of the six. She possesses a tome that can register different phenomenons and nullify them on sight, such as a Gargulion's creation. Oberus is unmatched when it comes to her speed. For that reason, it is rare that Oberus would ever be put in a situation of defeat, and that's if she gets hit at all. She can reach sonic speed at any time she wants to, and can even reach light speed. Due to this, she's extremely difficult to keep track of, and her offensive potential is greatly enhanced by this factor. Her speed alone is enough to create a sonic boom across all directions. She can instantly create a cataclysmic storm, or end it just as fast as it came. She seems to have conditioned her body to be able to handle any type of environment, as even a strong headwind from the destabilization of Earth didn't affect her in the slightest. Frosch is known as the "immortal frog" in battle. His body composition does most of the work for him. He can manipulate his body's composition to form and deform in many ways, and can even spawn himself in a glob of water devoid of any injuries he may have sustained himself. His hind legs are especially strong, and is comparable in power to that of an Excedra's tail. His tongue is his primary way of attacking. He can smother his enemies with saliva to inhibit their abilities. Case in point, he was able to neutralize the entirety of Vestal's Spartans with this attribute alone. His skin glands are also inherently poisonous, and can kill a full-grown Bakugan within seconds if ingested into the body. At his worst, he can cause an entire planet to flood. Excedra is inherently dangerous to be around, as his mere presence sucks power away from any being that is within his gaze. He can swallow an entire Bakugan's reserves just by looking at them. He can also disintegrate an enemy's life force by striking them with his attacks. Many of his abilities are capable of one-shotting any enemy, no matter how prepared they are for him. Making physical contact with him is a journey to hell's abode on its own, as Misfortune 13, a form belonging to Zero Hydranoid that was able to combat three Resistors at once, was destroyed instantly just by touching him. He claims to be able to destroy a planet, which - judging by the power of Misfortune 13 - seems very credible. With all six of these Bakugan, they are nigh unstoppable. Very few opponents can claim to have fought them evenly at their full power, but even then, their powers were in the realm of gods.
