-Unnamed Dock-
The next had dragged on quietly for some time, not a car or a train whistle to be heard in the normally busy area. This was nothing if not surprising, yet if anyone was to look outside they would quickly find out just why the night was so dead. Vehicles marked with the symbols of the the local mafia would cause many to hide in fear, their reputation was quite infamous. Where ever the Haos Diablos went, people went missing. Families ripped apart, only to find their strongest and most attractive members stuffed mercilessly into shipping containers, never to be heard from again. If one was to observe them, they would be no different than any other trafficking ring, yet they were not like the others, they were comprised of Brawlers who were used to enforce their will on others. No one who stood up to them lasted long, they simply did not play by the rules, and so.....to combat them they needed someone just like them.
Black boots tapped a metronome on the black wet asphalt on one of the dock warehouses, going up the matte-black Combat Pants one could see a graded KA-BAR knife strapped to a thigh, A Black Flak Jacket strapped tight over a Black Tshirt, dark Grease covered the bare arms of the Man holding a simple stop watch, watching it count down until it reached 0.00 an a black Suburban pulled up, and from it stepped forth the nights Target, Luis Santiago Dominic. He was the Boss of the Haos Diablos, and as usual he was escorted by two of his bodyguard Brawlers. It was sickening, to see such filth walking around topside and not in a box 6 feet under or on fire if possible. Stowing away the watch, he began to move, his steps quiet as possible as he covered as much ground as he could under cover of shadow until he reached the first guard with a small AK-47U in hand, his bakugan still in their case. The Knife slipped from its sheath and began the nights work with the quiet slice of flesh and the gurgle of blood.
Within minutes, he had snuck his way across the dark dock, his knife doing the work for him at the moment. Yet a brawl would soon find its way to him, upon entering the warehouse behind Luis, he came face to face with one of the guards. His knife found purchase in the mans left artery yet the second guard pulled out his Gate Card and started the brawl, hoping to buy time and crush Durant before he could finish his bloody work. Yet with the rip of the knife and the warm spray of blood, Durant tossed his own Gate Card followed by his Bakugan, his ever faithful companion Angra, a Dharak. Within moments, the field dropped and the Guard can be seem backing away on his hands and feet, crawling from him. The Light from a candle illuminated the next part, the shadows and cries from the guard went unheard by the Dark Soldier as the knife found the base of his skull. Seeing the Haos bakugan from the guard on the ground, Durant gave out a grunt of disgust and raised his foot, and crushed them underfoot. Bakugan willingly serving such degenerates was bad enough, but to be a Hypocritical Haos....worse than anything in Durant's mind.
Finding Luis was not hard, the room in the back with the crying victims was easy to find, and where the victimized lay so did the tormentor. Staring down the white suited criminal was oddly satisfying as was the fear he could taste. Angra spun open, "Come Now Durant, let him stew for a moment longer. His fear is Delicious!" the Bakugan spoke, and being that he liked to humor his partner, Durant gave him the affirmative, and for a few more seconds, Durant slowed his walk towards Luis to a Stalk. Like a great Predator cornering his prey, he reveled in his next actions far more than he should have, then again.....the world was probably thanking him for the deed. With his bloody work done, the man left as quietly as he came. The body of the Mafia Boss laid out on the ground with the word 'Justice' carved into head. The people freed, and the neighborhood safer for the time. It was a gruesome thing, yet it is something he would do. He would do what was necessary, all for the greater good.
The Ends always Justify the Means after all.

Another silent night in the city- rare occurrence for this sleepless place. Noise or silence- it did not matter as the city was crawling with pests of all kinds at day and, especially, at night. Living in this hole was a one-way ticket to inevitable demise; whether by a knife lodged in your body in the street, bomb planted on your door or some other disgusting act. The city itself was one giant ticking bomb that was just waiting to fall into ruin and pull everyone else down along with it. While insignificant in the eyes of the 'big players' criminals crawling around these parts represent unspeakable danger for those unfortunate enough to find themselves in their way or their lists for whatever reason. Brawlers are often tasked with missions of 'save-the-world' nature, but before 'aliens' or whatever else destroys your planet there people are going to destroy your cities. It is typical for 'pros' of this present to ignore such threats as they are too prideful, high and mighty to be dealing with it.
Daniel was not looking at the, so-called, 'bigger picture'. Darkness of the city; its suffering, its evil- its disgusting stench of chaos was attracting him more than the nonsense of the 'bigger picture'. Battles between 'heroes and villains'? 'Gods and demons'? He was listening to them, all of them. They made less sense than pickpockets harassing women and children on the streets. He wanted to give all of this street trash that he was made part of by force years ago to learn its place; innocents of the city shudder in fear for their lives and so the trash inciting that fear will shudder along. They were going to know how it feels. One by one.
A trail of smoke was creeping along the streets, moving slowly through the dark and abandoned alleys. It was a rather convenient way for Daniel to explore every corner of the city- an ability which allowed him to assume a form he could creep around with as much as he wanted. While it served little purpose in stealth due to its obviousness it was perfect if Daniel wanted to instill fear in the bones of this riffraff. The rumors of 'Smoke Devil' have been spreading through the streets slowly- while many believed those were stories of men after a long night of drinking some of them were not taking any chances and were on their guard which was, absolutely, perfect- last thing Daniel would want was to catch his prey unprepared. Trail of smoke was creeping around the docks searching for something or... someone. He had only heard rumors and no viable information was going around, but chances of prey gathering in the area were too good to be ignored. He reformed into his solid form behind a metal crate on the eastern side of one of the bigger warehouses.
He reached for his pocket and pulled out a blue-colored Bakugan orb. He placed it on top of a smaller metal crate and left it there as he moved on his own closer to the warehouse. He was searching for an opening- a door or a window he could slip through. Oddly enough, one of the doors was wide open. When he entered the building he was welcomed by a sight of a body and a fresh stench of blood. The building was silent- there were no signs of movement; no vibrations of traces of energy... at least none signaling someone would be in there. As he moved further he explored several rooms in which he had found plethora of 'interesting' documents and 'substances' that were definitely something authorities would like to take a look at. Finally, he reached the last room in his way only to find who he was looking for.
"Would you look at that. Seems like party started and finished without me." He muttered as he looked at the corpse in a pool of blood laying behind a desk. It did not seem like any of the documents or cargo were touched- perhaps the killer was only interested in the people themselves. Judging by the display on the man's head it was probably just another vigilante among many- they normally do things like that. Perhaps another man whose family or friends were threatened or harmed in any way and now he is roaming the streets defining his own forms of justice. Never gets old to see that. "Ah well... seems like they were nice enough to make things easier for me- now all I need is to confiscate half of this building's content." Daniel muttered pondering on exactly how he was going to do such thing before anybody else shows up.

It had been a long night, yet it had been productive. The Haos Diablos were systematically taken out and Luis is a message to the other gangs in the area that they were next. Justice always found a way, even if it would deny being involved with his methods. The area he was in currently was no where near his home, but that was for the best in case it was discovered. No, where he was could be called a lair of sorts, a staging ground for his activitys. An empty warehouse, nothing in the entire complex except mice, spiders and dirt until you got to the managers office that is.
Inside the office was a blacked out mess, a single table in front of a few high end computers, a 3D map rendering table for helping to familiarize himself with territory and layout. Along side a cabinet full of Successful Hunts. Manila Folders all labeled and organized, sorted add stored for record. With click, a small Bakugan flew from his shoulder and landed on the table, a bit of a trail of blood leaving the moving Guardian, "Angra....." he said once as the Bakugan stopped, huffing to itself as it made itself go towards the small sink.
After a few minutes of washing and scrubbing, Angra was as clean as he had ever been. Looking around, he found the brush. Stepping into a portable shower himself he cleaned himself of the blood he had shed this night, just another night among many. This was the life for one who needed to do something, yet in the end he was limited in what he could achieve. Alone he could not operate at a higher level, and target more widespread corruption and evil, leaving him stuck at a level where he simply moped up street crime. Honestly it didn't bother him beyond the fact he couldn't assist more people on a larger scale.
Looking over his folders, he started to followed the reports he obtained on the next set of Brawlers. Sub Terra users with a penchant for stealing, which normally wouldn't land on his radar that is if they hadn't been caught attempted to traffic the young as well as the jewels. Honestly, enslaving people....enslaving Bakugan, that really stirred something in him. He would love to find these people, and keep them in the dirt beneath his boots but being Subterra users they would probably enjoy it, wiggling around with the other worms.
There was only one acceptable end for filth, and that was the permanent kind. After finishing his work, he burnt his work clothes from the night, strapped his knife under his arm, put on a black shirt and Vest. There was always the subtle smell of blood, Dharak always commented on how it made him smell like a Warrior from the field. No matter how he cleaned, a Bakugan with a nose for it could expose him. So he had always put on an inordinate amount of cologne, at least until he could mask it with a bleach bath when he got home.
Stepping out into the cold, he started his jog back towards the city, Angra taking his proper place on his shoulder. Another long Night was almost over.

The night remained as silent as ever. The blackness around the docks was reaching its peak and only the moonlight from above was revealing objects in the darkness and glistening on the surface of the water. Several figures in black were moving across the dock without a trace or a sound; almost as if shadows themselves were walking among their own. One by one seven figures approached the warehouse and entered through the same door where Daniel went. Once they made their way into the warehouse they completely disregarded the bodies and went to explore the rooms. They began planting some sort of devices inside the warehouse- judging by the appearance one could easily assume those were bombs. Suddenly...
"I suggest you raise your hands in the air and come with us." Voice came from one of the figures that was about to enter an office room. It, apparently, spotted someone inside it.
"Uh-oh..." Daniel muttered as he realized someone was able to sneak up on him. It was a surprise to him that he could not feel presence of another creature approaching- it was either some sort of advanced stealth ability or this person was not alive to begin with. He turned around and there stood some sort of... soldier? Nah, that couldn't be right- no soldiers are trained enough to avoid detection by abilities. Something was off. Gun was pointed in Daniel's face and he slowly raised his arms. "O-kay, settle down." He responded as the soldier began escorting him outside the room. Once they were out Daniel was in front of 6 other figures dressed in same manner.
"Search him." Soldier on the far right said. One next to him immediately went for Daniel and began searching him for any weapons, documents and, most importantly, any Bakugan orbs that could be used in offense. "At least, buy me a drink first." Daniel joked as one of the people was searching him. "Shut up!" They replied in angry manner. "Identify yourself!" Soldier on the far right ordered- he must have been leading this squadron. "I'm... uh... your friendly neighbor, Spiderman?" Daniel joked again mocking these guys right in their faces and it was obvious the leader was not very satisfied. "You think this is some kind of joke, kid?!" Man on the far right asked in anger. "Come on, buddy, you are being way too... tense." Daniel dodged the question again. Before the man could spill another drop of his anger the soldier searching Daniel turned around and informed the leader. "He's clear, sir."
"See? So can I go now?" Daniel asked. Judging by his words he was not taking this seriously- he looked like he just wanted to be done with it and was not showing any signs of fear which was an alarming element to the soldiers. "You are hiding something from us. No one in their right mind would be this calm. Now... What. Did. You. Come. Here. For!?" Soldier asked with utmost impatience towards Daniel who could barely contain himself from making another joke. "Came to fetch some documents- was not too hard considering everyone was dead already and doors wide open." Daniel answered truthfully. He then looked in the direction of the dead person by the outside and spoke again. "No traces of any big theft- seems like this was an assassination." He added.
"..." Leader was silent for a few moments- this guy looked too young to be the primary suspect of things that have been happening on their lists. No, that was not him- impossible, but who was this guy then? He was way too suspicious, but they could not do anything at this very moment. "Ah, right... and what are you, guys, here for?" Daniel asked of the soldiers, but there was no response. Were they with this criminal that was murdered? They seemed way too professional for that sort of cheap job so, perhaps, it was something else. He had to confiscate the documents that were in here, though- this would allow high-ups to keep up with their investigation and reveal some of the underground's dirty secrets. "You're coming with us, kid. Boss will have a conversation with you." Leader spoke.
"No deal." Daniel responded. Leader scoffed at the response. "You think you have a choice? Heh... break his legs!" He shouted and all of the soldiers, except for the leader, rushed at Daniel. They were not joking with this one- he had only a moment to think what he was going to do. It was very obvious to him what he had to do... here we go again- more bloodshed it is. As one of the soldiers reached Daniel he swung his fist towards the young man's face only for it to be quickly dodged; Daniel grabbed the man by his arm with both hands and a loud crack could be heard followed by a painful scream. The man was then, effortlessly, thrown towards the group advancing. They moved aside and slowed down in their approach while the soldier from behind attempted to hit Daniel in the head with the bottom of his rifle. Daniel leaped on the side avoiding that sad attempt of an attack as well. "Too slow, bud."
Streams of black energy begin to swirl around Daniel's body and seconds later they were accompanied by streams of red as well. Daniel's eyes have gone completely red and, what seemed like, layers of black began to cover his arms, legs and face. "....what the-?" Leader said in panic as he witnessed something utterly demonic coming from those eyes. "Shoot him! Fucking shoot him!" He yelled and all of the men with exception of the one prone on the ground pointed their guns at Daniel and unleashed the fire. Shower of bullets covered Daniel who was just standing there and taking every bit of enemy fire, but bullets... simply bouncing off. Staring at the scene from a nightmare some of the soldiers began to slowly back away. "Ouch- those actually hurt... is that anti-Bakugan weaponry? One shot can disintegrate a mere human. Aren't you out of luck?" Daniel said as he looked at the rifles; those were the newest anti-Bakugan rifles produced for soldiers and guards in case of any roberies involving Bakugans- these weapons would allow a mere human to wound an actual Bakugan. Organization called T.E.C. began producing them- how did they fall into these guys' hands? "I was going to let you live, too. Ah well... Wolveride!!!" Daniel yelled. The Bakugan orb he placed on a crate before he entered the warehouse flashed in blue and a gigantic mechanical Bakugan was released.
"AWWW YEAH!" Loud shout could be heard from outside the warehouse. Judging by how loud it was soldiers realized it must have been a Bakugan of some sort. They could not risk dying in there for their purpose and mission would turn out to be a bigger failure than it already was. Leader pointed towards the exit- the one with broken arm managed to regain some of his strength and they all started running. "Hehe... gets 'em every time. Now... let's party..." Daniel said to himself as he began to chase after the men in panic.

The Cold of the Winter air bit deeply into Durant, yet he simply ignored it in favor of looking through the Bakugan Shop he had walked into. Angra was floating around, making observations of the Gear and Cards available for purchase."This is All Garbage! Durant! Don't you think my cards are better than any of this trash?! My abilities alone will be enough, you don't needs these water-downed supplements!" The bakugan said in near outrage, the simple thought that he would need the help of lower abilitys like these irritated his great pride, then again what do you expect from a Dharak? "Angra, while the abilities might be less than yours in scope and class, usefulness depends on the situation. Your cards are Power and Denial based, but if we should meet a trickster type brawler then we might find ourselves hard-pressed. I am simply looking for Control cards to supplement our gaps, don't worry." he said as he walked up to the desk and purchased a few cards he had in hand. "I need something else Shopkeep, I need you to produce the ability cards I know you have only for reserved guests." he said as he placed a bag on the counter, and a Military ID. "And I want them now." he said as the keep swallowed hard and produced two cards. "Thank you, Pleasure doing business." he said as he stored the cards away and left.
Not to much more time passed before he felt something shift on the wind, you could call it a play of fate or just heaven messing with him, but something was happening and he knew somehow in someway it would make its way towards him. "Lovely, Fate is ever weaving her tangled Thread. Angra, we need to make a quick stop by the bank. We are picking up the rest of your Gear. I have a feeling we are going to have guests soon enough." he said as he waved down a taxi, taking a ride to the storage center. Picking up one of his first packages he had received anonymously after getting Angra. "Why does shit always have to get complicated at the oddest times." he said remorsefully as Angra landed on his head. "Complicated!? This is just the start of Fun! Let them come, let fate send whoever they wish. We shall consume their very Soul and walk over their Bones!" Angra said as he chuckled madly. "Yea, and that is the stop of Late Night Television for you. I swear the shit you watch." he said as he chuckled. A rare moment of Mirth for the Assassin. Looking out towards the docks, he saw the familiar light of a Bakugan summoning. "Yea, Complicated."

Soldiers were able to run out of the building, but they were aware Daniel was chasing them and after seeing him simply break soldier's arm like it was a tree branch they were not exactly motivated to fight. They were rushing in a single direction- towards a clearing where a spacious parking for trucks used to be. They could not get very far as a gust of wind pushed them back, all of a sudden. A giant mechanical creation flew right past them and landed on the parking cutting them off. Panic began to grow- soldiers could feel this ominous presence behind them and before they could turn around there was a sound of footsteps. "End of the line." Daniel's voice echoed across the parking lot as he stood there, hands in his pockets and a faint smile on his face. This was a great exercise after a boring day- it was just so funny to see cocky people break down and run in fear.
One of them quickly got a hold of a walkie-talkie. His voice... yeah, that was the 'leader' guy. "Bring in the reinforcements, we're surrounded!" He shouted and as he did that all of the soldiers reached for their pockets revealing Bakugan orbs of different colors. They tossed all of them across the parking lot and after series of flashes Bakugans rose. One looked like some sort of ogre. His entire body was radiating with intense heat. Then there was a giant bird. It was difficult to see anything in the darkness, but Daniel could detect quick movement in the shadows before a giant spider revealed itself. The next one was a black knight- his gear was, obviously, of expert craftsmanship; he looked like a tough opponent. Then there was this odd humanoid female- it seemed like a harpy of some sort. Then a dire wolf. Finally, a metal golem.
As if that was not enough two military tanks appeared- nothing big or fancy; their main weapon was nothing but a machine gun turret. Those were colored in black and had some sort of red bird logo on them. Nothing Daniel had ever seen. "Shoot the kid!" Leader ordered to whoever was piloting those tanks. "B-but sir..." Voice over his walkie-talkie spoke. "Don't 'but' me! Open fire, NOW!" He shouted even louder. He seemed like an old frustrated guy with all the blood vessels about to pop.
"Get a room..." Daniel muttered. Without any further argument both tanks opened fire aimed towards Daniel who covered his face with one of his hands. Armor-piercing bullets began hitting Daniel all over the body and pushing him backwards. "Ugh, these hurt more than the rifles... anti-Bakugan weaponry; bet T.E.C. made these. How are these guys related to T.E.C.?" Daniel thought to himself. Soldiers were watching in bewilderment; young man was taking direct hits from tanks and he was just standing there. Leader motioned his hand towards the mechanical Bakugan and all seven Bakugans charged towards him together. "Let's go, boys! Bust up the tin can and then we take care of the kid!" Leader yelled. Soldiers reached for their rifles again and began shooting at Daniel. Wounded soldier could not do anything except groan in pain.
"This would be so much easier if you could drop your weapons, but again... we have to do it the hard way, don't we?" Daniel said in minor disappointment as he reached for his right pocket and pulled out three ability cards. "I'll play along then."

After a Short Cab ride and finding the proper safety box in a rather run down Post Office, he pulled open a small taped card board box. "No one ever questions the crappiest places of holding the best stuff." he said with a sigh as he opened the box, pulling out a small gold and black cube like item. "We got your stuff Angra, guess we might as well go and find out what is going on." he said holding out his hand, Angra flying into it as he walked outside. "Rise, Angra." he called as he tossed the Dragon into the air. The Great Evil Sphere that heralded the creatures arrival was all pomp on Angra's part, ever feeding his own pride yet that was fine with him.
With a roar that shook buildings, and cause more than a few cats to run in fear, he simply chuckled as he jumped up, landing on the Dragons head. Pushing up and off the ground, the dragon took to the air in a burst of purple power, gaining altitude the great Evil Dragon started to look towards the area where obvious Heavy Fire was taking place. Durant sat down, and began to tap his chin as he contemplated it.
"We were just there not to many hours ago, yet it is basically in a war? Hmm, there are things in this city I am not yet aware of it seems. A lack of information of all partys would be fatal, lets do some recon Angra. Stay High Enough, and use Stealth. It would not do to be discovered without cause." he said as the dragon already began to cover himself in a foul mist that blended in with the Moonless Sky behind them, and began to fly towards the docks once more.

Rain of bullets proved to be ineffective against Daniel. While he was obviously uncomfortable feeling anti-Bakugan weaponry being used on him the genetic mutation he brought upon himself using otherworldly parasite paid off- he could endure that onslaught. Cards he drew from his pocket flashed in bright blue light clearing out the darkness for the briefest of moments. One of the cards immediately disappeared after the flash. "Ability activate! Gatling!" Daniel announced. His mechanical Bakugan moved one step forward, closer to the squadron of Bakugans. He showed no concern for Daniel getting shot- perhaps he was aware those things would not break him down. Still, there was no excuse for not being cautious- they were like certain individuals who get fired-up emotions get the better of them. Mechanical Bakugan pointed his gun in Bakugans' general direction and then focused it towards the bird Bakugan.
"Have fun with that!" Mechanical Bakugan said. The terrifying sound of soldiers' firepower was shattered by an even more terrifying sound of a gigantic Gatling gun. The bird Bakugan was showered in a rain of destructive bullets that pushed it back instantly and forced it to land to avoid crashing into the ground. It was a weak ability in its nature, but it seemed to do some damage- the bird one was not going to endure for long enough if Daniel and his mechanical partner decide to focus it.
Having noticed the guns do not work on Daniel leader of the squadron made orders again. "This kid... no, he can't be human... that's gotta be some shapeshifter Bakugan. Hey! Focus your fire on the tin can's head!" He ordered and all of the fire switched from Daniel to the mechanical Bakugan whose head was getting shot by both tanks and all of the soldiers in there. Without an announcement a single powerful shot hit his head gaining his attention, but he could not determine where it came from; definitely not from any visible areas. It did not do any significant damage though. The knight Bakugan rushed forward with his sword ready. "Void Saber!" He yelled and swung at the machine who used its right arm to block the direct impact. Made out of high-grade alloys, the armor of this machine was not to be underestimated.
"Iron Web!" Spider said with somewhat hissing voice. Threads of web were shot from its back sticking onto machine's legs, arms and head; upon making contact webs' structure became something similar of iron binding the beast completely. The bird rose and flew above the target- "Magic Glitter" bird shouted and it flapped its wings releasing a powdery substance that stuck on the target's body. Dire wolf was patrolling around the target, still observing the situation and unwilling to go into charge- same thing was for the ogre who was patrolling on the opposite side of the target. Golem was slowly advancing towards the target as his gigantic arm began to glow in blue signaling that it might be charging an attack. Harpy swiftly landed on the head and began slashing it with her long claws in attempt to do some damage.
"That's not very nice." Daniel said. It would not hurt him to take the situation seriously, but he looked confident. The soldiers in the back looked like they were moving backwards while keeping on shooting Daniel's Bakugan. Were they planning to escape? "Cute." Daniel muttered. He moved to the right side of the battlefield and from there he began walking towards the soldiers on his own.

Right above the Docks, floating on the back of Angra, Durant was considering his options. He was unsure which side was in the right and honestly both could be his enemy. The soldiers certain looked private, most likely a corporations or private citizens personal troops. Either way, Money was involved and any time money was involved no one was ever fully in the right. Pulling out his new addition, he took a look at it then the battle once again. "Well we might as well introduce ourselves Angra, it is no use hiding anymore. This didn't seem to bother the prideful dragon whatsoever.
"Bah, we should not have hidden ourselves at first, our Might should not be concealed behind shadows and whispers. We should crush our enemies out in the open, and watch the hope leave their eyes as we tear them apart." The mighty dragon commented. Durant laughed, "Such a prideful creature you are Angra, you know how your species is viewed. We would be the target of many a brawler, yet I feel you would welcome the challenge." he said as he pet his head. "Very Well.......Lets go." he said "Battle Gear.....Stand." he said as he tossed the prism out into the clouds, the roar of a transformation echoed in the sky as the Battle Gear hooked to Angra.
Looking down, Angra dove heavily and landed on the prowling wolf, exposing himself to the crowd. "It is recommended that you flee in terror. He tends to like that." he said as Angra roared out brutally. "Airkor activate!" he said as the Golden Wings spred and began to charge. "Fire." he said as black flame poured from Angra's mouth. "Evil Blast!" was shouted in Angra's voice before a flaming laser of black shot and pierced through the Golem and slammed into the Ogre. A sea of Black flame erupted around Angra, bathing him in a dark light. The Massive Dragon letting out a chilling roar as he crushed what was left of the wolf under his claw.

"There's another one!" Leader of the soldier group shouted. "Wait... that's the ONE!" He shouted seconds later. Daniel had no clue who the person was- they appeared out of nowhere and started killing all those Bakugans. Daniel had no idea who the soldiers were so if he was affiliated with anyone who would kill their Bakugans like that he might get in a whole new world of trouble. He was intending on capturing, at least, one person alive so he could bring them in for interrogation. However, soldiers were not doing so hot- leader finally decided to go for a smart move; too late though. "All units, withdraw!" He said into his walkie-talkie. Quickly, both tanks stopped their fire, turned around and began heading in the direction they came from. Soldiers also turned in the same direction and started running with the leader in front. They were so busy dealing with Bakugans that they entirely forgot about Daniel's presence.
Daniel cut them off. He appeared right before them with a rushing advance. "Welcome to the Daniel Restaurant! Tonight's specialty- pain in the nuts!" With one swift kick landed against leader's groin Daniel assured that guy was not going to move anywhere for the rest of the evening and maybe not even reproduce in the near future. With that he performed a spin-kick into his face knocking him unconscious. The rest of the team reacted panicky and started shooting Daniel again from their rifles with intention of delaying him before their Bakugans come to their aid. "You're stubborn- guess I'll have to serve the dessert as well? Here you go." Daniel said while his eyes glowed in red and, what seemed to be, magical circles appearing around and on his body. Circles appeared below each soldier aside their leader. Surge of darkness began surrounding each of them causing them to shake in panic, unable to escape the circles. "Save yourself the struggle and... sleep." Daniel muttered as the surge intensified. It was followed by each one of these soldiers collapsing on the ground without any further resistance. With that the glow disappeared along with magical circles.
Mechanical Bakugan simply broke out of the iron web that was keeping him busy for a few seconds. Harpy was still stuck on his head, but he did not do anything about that yet. Missile pod on his left shoulder activated and slightly turned in knight's direction. "Azure Barrage!" He announced. Barrage of missiles was released in no time- it gave knight no time to react. Missiles showered the knight dealing heavy damage to him and pushing him back. After-effect of the ability kicked in moment later coating the knight in a large icy block. He then reached for Harpy with his right hand and upon grabbing her he simply tossed her into the ice block.
"More guests to the show? Who do we owe the pleasure?" Mechanical Bakugan spoke.

Durant simply observed the actions of the one called Daniel, as indicated by his rather.....loud outburst before nutting a guy. Honestly, he didn't fault him for striking them there, it is a fight after all. Yet he needed a bit of information before he left. "Angra if you would?" he asked softly, the massive dragon's eyes glowed before he moved. The Tail of the dragon moved and landed on one of the fleeing mercs, crushing him under its great weight. From the muted Crack, it did more than stop him.
Durant jumped down, pulling out his knife as Angra moved his tail to reveal a either dead merc or a very passed out and broken merc, either worked in his case. He began to search the body, looking for any identifiable markings or logos, possibly even communique, which would help he identify both the Employed and the Employer.
Looking back up, he would have pocketed anything he found while identifying the weaponry the merc had as Anti-Bakugan, taking a look at Daniel as the man began to address him. He shifted back towards his dragon, and remounted his seat atop Angra's head with a quick jump. Angra heard the words of the Mechanical Bakugan before growling. "An inconsequential question coming from a facsimile of Bakugan, an interesting irony. You do not appear to be after us like they are, so you are not yet a concern. Make sure you don't become one." he said before addressing his master. "Sir, I believe we may have reached the nights conclusion." Durant looked over both the mechanical bakugan and its user. "You have apparently drawn the Ire of someone hunting me, I recommend you keep an eye out sir." he said as Angra moved back, Airkor spreading openly as it began to glow.
"If Someone knows I exist, they are far more dangerous than either of us know. And I suppose for burdening you with what is apparently one of my problems, I suppose a name will not hurt. I am Special Lieutenant Hill. This is Angra, my Dharak. And this is good-bye. Evil Space." he said as the purple energy wrapped around them and warped them away. Yet he had a feeling that this was not the last time he would meet Daniel before the week was out.

Daniel watched as this happened; he was not going to stop the man or do anything of the sort. Soldiers were the ones who came out of nowhere and started with a violent suggestion so anything that would happen to them was not in his deepest concern. Special Lieutenant Hill? Daniel was going to remember that one- seemed like someone whose work would be in interest of Daniel's superiors. It was about time he picked up the pace and got out of the area with any vital documents he may have confiscated before he was ambushed. As he looked at the uncomfortable scenery he released a silent sigh. "Man... that was excessive." He commented on the amount of violence that man displayed with his Bakugan. Was he a lieutenant? That was not good- Daniel did display violence of his own, but only to the point of self-defense and where he could gain some information without lethal consequences. Hopefully, he was not going to be mistakenly affiliated with the guy by these soldiers- otherwise he might get in trouble.
Daniel swiftly approached the fallen soldier and ripped the organization emblem off his shoulder. "That should do it. Commander should know what this is." He muttered and then he turned towards the mechanical Bakugan. "Hey, Wolveride! We're done here." He said. Mechanical Bakugan turned on its boosters, flew towards Daniel, picked him up and placed him on his shoulder. Few Bakugans were still alive. "Sorry about your... 'friends'. Tough deal. Never thought someone would pop up and kill them. Ah well, have a nice day." He said as Wolveride activated full power in the boosters and swiftly escaped the area. Harpy intended to follow, but knight Bakugan stopped her as she would not be able to keep up with the speed or power of that thing. Remaining Bakugans picked up their brawlers and escaped the area.
