Like I said, think it through. Why would I send your Bakugan out to start? You have one very valid move that would result in this round being a draw.
This is the list of info you need from this to be able to make your move and figure out my plan: I'm not scared of your Bakugan. I used Blow Out to intentionally give you a panic moment. I can't attack you if you're not there.
I don't want you to get angry about not being able to win. As I say with all new people, any time you battle me you will learn something. Whether or not it's useful against everybody is another story.

Well, considering that it doesn't say anywhere that you can't take life gauge damage without a bakugan out, you can understand my confusion. My immediate thought was that not having my bakugan out lost the round.
If there is something other than passing my turn let me know what it is, because that is the only thing I can think of.

That's exactly how you deal with this kind of thing. My plan was to make you panic and use your 2 Negation effects. Then I'd swoop in with my fresh Abilities and win the round. By you skipping, I can't do anything, and the round is just over. Your turn to set the Gate.

Bakugan, Brawl! Special Shot, Tempest Slam! Bakugan Stand! Rise Ventus Janthide!
Me: 600 You: 500
Tempest Slam - The power of the thrown Ventus Bakugan created a vicious storm. For the remainder of the round, all Ventus Bakugan will have their base levels increased by 100G and the numbers on their G changes increased by 200G. All non-Ventus Bakugan will have their base levels decreased by 100G and the numbers on their G changes decreased by 200G. - 200 HSP
We start with 100 and I got 100 from winning round 1.

According to the special shooting skills thing, you start with 150 HSP but it doesn't change that you can use that. Gate Card open! Switch Element! This gate changes your attribute to what I choose, and I choose Subterra. This sets you down as well due to your special shot. Ability activate! Shadow! Not completely sure how the special shot effects the g-change there but I think according to my understanding of the statement that you do lose 200. Also, the shop list says that the immediate g-change is 200, not 100.
So....
Me :: 300G You :: 100G, can't increase power

The shot specifically states that any Bakugan that's not Ventus has all G-Power change effects reduced by 200 Gs. There is no immediate change. However, I don't get the boosted Base Power Level anymore. No Gs changed from your Ability, however. My base was brought up by 100 before Janthide entered the battle, thus making her 600 Gs. Changing my Attribute doesn't change what I entered as.
Me: 600 You: 500
Also, I skip.

Ok, hold on.
- Tempest Slam (requires 200 HSP): The power of the thrown Ventus Bakugan created a vicious storm. For the remainder of the round, all Ventus Bakugan will have their base levels increased by 200G and the numbers on their G changes increased by 200G. All non-Ventus Bakugan will have their base levels decreased by 200G and the numbers on their G changes decreased by 200G.
This is straight from the Data Center.
"For the remainder of the round" should mean this is continuous, correct? If this is not continuous, the description of a vicious storm doesn't make sense.
Also, although Ventus is increased by 200, non-ventus are decreased by 200. So I lose 200 whether you do after I switch your attribute or not.
So it is either Me: 300, You: 700 OR Me: 300, You: 300

No, only your G power change effects are affected by that. In example, say you played G-Power Boost. With your Darkus Bakugan, it would only gain 200 instead of 400. Whereas if I played it with my Ventus Bakugan, I'd gain 600 instead of 400. And the Special Shot in my Bakupack is still the old version, so we'll play as if it were that version.

You current base is lower than what you threw in as. However, because you threw in before it was active, your Gs didn't change.

So basically,you are saying it is still 500G to 600G with you subterra and can't raise your g so I need to play something so I have more g

Exactly, but keep in mind that you need an increase over 200 Gs to gain any, due to the effects of Tempest Slam.

Alright, Ability Activate. G-power Boost
I gain 400G but due to the tempest, I only gain 200
Me :: 700 You :: 600

Not quite. Tempest affects each G-Power change effect. The first effect is gain 200 Gs, so it goes down to 0, and the second effect is gain 200 Gs, which goes down to 0.
