"Oh...I did?" Alana checked with a cutesy disposition. It sounded like she was going to talk about it some more just to torture Noland's ears and to get out of saying anything else.
"So...this secret..." Alana proceeded to tell. "...You remember Trey, right? The guy from my school's team that had a crush on me? Last week, I ran into him after he...watched me workout on the track the entire time..."
"Anyway, I went to the brawling arenas to see how everyone was doing, and he comes out of nowhere and proposes to me in front of everyone... He even had the ring ready... Everyone stopped what they were doing and tried to pressure me into accepting it... Ugh! So creepy!"

"..." Noland coughed a few times like he was trying to prevent himself from laughing. He covered his mouth a little bit to fix his face before addressing what he just heard.
"Totally creepy," Noland agreed. Kendrick looked into the family room after hearing everything. He showed Alana his phone's screen so that she knew that he recorded what she said. He then ran back into the living room so that he could prepare himself to get away. As for Noland:
"I'll be right back. Definitely not gonna laugh or tell Allen what you just said. Nah. None of that. That'll stay between you and I."

"..." Alana grabbed one of the pillows off of the couch and threw it at Noland. Of course, he dodged it with the aid of his powers, but that didn't mean she was going to stop. She amassed a great multitude of them to use as ammo.
"You think this is funny. You two enjoy getting me like this, and I still can't hit you," Alana expected. "That's okay. I'll just make Kendrick pay in your place in addition to what he's gonna get for this."
Alana immediately went after Kendrick who thought he was slick hiding behind a couch where he wasn't immediately visible. She was hovering above his head with an innocent smile on her face.
"I think it would be a good idea to delete that recording," Alana advised him.

"I can't. I already sent it. See this laughing emoji from Allen here?" Kendrick shamelessly admitted and showed, which got him smacked across the head with a pillow. "Ow! Okay, okay! I'll delete it from my phone. Alright?"
Drago Hyper Motioned behind Kendrick to see what he was doing. He was about to get Kendrick in even more trouble. "He also sent it to Noland in a separate message," Drago exposed.
"Drago! Come on, dude!" Kendrick complained.
"Just following orders, pal. Good luck," Drago shrugged. He went back upstairs using the same motion.
"Orders!?"

Sandra came over to where they were to clarify the 'order' that Drago was given. She gave a devious smile to show that she was the mastermind behind his upcoming beating. "I heard you were using Krakix to get revenge on a school bully, and then you took it too far and created a situation where he 'accidentally' got third-degree burns all over his body," Sandra heard. "I have to admit. The way you planned it so you could get away with it was very good, but you know better. I have to discipline you."
"That'll teach you to snitch on me!" Noland hollered from the family room. It sounded like he still hadn't gotten over what Kendrick did to him when Noland fought Cyber.

"I said I was sorry!" Kendrick responded before getting smacked again by a pillow. "Ow! Alright! I did it!"
"I'm glad. So, now that we've cleared that up, I'll go do whatever non-important thing I was doing, and you kids can get back to having fun," Sandra decided.
"This isn't us having fun!" Kendrick disagreed.
"Sure it is, sweetie. Discipline is a very fun thing sometimes. We're all having fun. That's all that matters," Sandra believed.
"I'll do whatever you want! I swear! This girl is crazy!" That got him smacked again. "So this a new date idea, huh? Beat up the little brother!?"

"Maybe," Alana answered without denying the obvious date allegation. It gets said so much that she may as well not address it anymore. "But, look on the bright side. You're helping your older brother vent some of his stress. That's an awesome thing. Plus, I have to get something out of you exposing my secret. Sandra won't spank you, so this is the next best thing to make sure you don't use Krakix or Siege in an inappropriate fashion again."
"Oh, and let's not forget. Remember the last time I spent the night here, and then you ended up pouring water on me while I was asleep?"

"I did that...?" Kendrick got smacked again for asking that question. "Okay! I did! That was typical little brother shenanigans! I MUST be a nuisance to you! You're like my sister-in-law now." He got smacked for saying that. "Sister! You're like my SISTER!"
"Okay. I think he learned his lesson," Sandra believed. "So, were we watching a preseason battle? I wanna watch too."
"Thank you... I did..." Kendrick was relieved to say.
"Without Kendrick of course," Sandra added on.
"What!?"
"Let's also order some pizza that Kendrick can't eat," Sandra added some more.
"Don't you think we're taking this too far?"
"Great question, Ken. You should've asked that one earlier too."
"Awww man..."

While Kendrick was getting disciplined, Jenna was getting released from the hospital. As she was getting ready to get out of that room, the light on her necklace finally reactivated.
"Finally..." Geos sighed.
"It's about time," Jenna scoffed.
"We take longer to recover than Bakugan apparently," Geos recognized. "My apologies. Why are we in a hospital?"
"I was tortured...mentally..." Jenna kept short.
"Curses. If it wasn't for the state of my existence, I'd have done what I could to prevent that," Geos regretted.
"You can start making it up to me by telling me who or what you are, and why you're here," Jenna proposed.
"The circumstances behind my deactivation prevents me from remembering key details, but I'm from a race of beings with the highest level of existence. We call ourselves Achron," Geos revealed. "I remember coming to this planet a long, long time ago. I only remember that I was supposed to prepare this world for some project. Everything else is a blur."
"So you thought you could get a feel for what your purpose was by battling against Alana and Hydranoid, at least from what you were saying," Jenna guessed.
"Precisely, but I got a whole lot of nothing aside from a beatdown, so I'm still at a loss," Geos regretted. "Anyway, I won't pin that responsibility on you. As I said, I will fulfill your dreams of becoming a good brawler the best I can. Now, I think I can communicate what my power can do."
"Sounds like a plan," Jenna accepted. "...I'm sorry for being angry with you for not coming out."
"You were right to be angry. I'll do my best to make sure that doesn't happen again," Geos assured her.
Jenna got dressed and was prepared to leave. She looked over to her 'roommate' who was still stuck in here. "How are you feeling?" Jenna wondered.

Fabia was gently awakened by the sound of Jenna's voice. She had a confused look on her face for about two seconds, but that was only because she never expected Jenna to say anything to her.
"I'm...making it," Fabia answered with a little hesitation. It was difficult to come to terms with what happened to her. It was uniquely painful. "They're checking to see if there are any long term effects from using Lyle's power. Other than that...I'm feeling like my heart got ripped out of me. I feel like crying...a lot..."
"But...I'm just glad that one of us is okay to walk around. You look great. How are you holding up?"

"Honestly...I'm not doing that much better, but I'm in good spirits," Jenna admitted. "If I was just left in this room by myself, I don't know what I would've done. Someone came by and made me really happy... What that man did to us didn't mess with me as much when Allen kept me company. I was wondering if you needed anyone to get your mind off of this whole thing."

"...That's really kind of you. Thanks," Fabia expressed with a sincere, but faint, smile. "I thought my knight would've been around just like your visitor was. He hasn't been here ever since he stormed off. I didn't realize it then, but...I felt like I was in worse shape because he didn't want to tell me how he felt about me... I don't know if I wanted him to say it because...I feel the same way, or if I hate how it's being used against him...? What if it's both? Ugh...I don't know..."

Rafe was right outside of the room Jenna and Fabia were in. He finally decided to come back, but when he heard that...he turned back around and sat on a bench near the elevator. He hung his head down in shame.
"You're blowing it, man," Aranaut told him. "All you gotta do is go right in there and say it. Do you know how many guys would kill to be in your position? ...I don't know myself, but I bet there's a lot."
"Maybe you should leave the talking to me until we do something about your...condition, sir," Wolfurio advised Aranaut.
"Sir? Do I outrank you or something? In that case, tell this man to go get laid," Aranaut ordered.

Allen was starting to come back to the scene too. He was lucky enough to spot a miserable man as soon as he walked out of the elevator. It was very easy to miss. All you had to do was overlook him on purpose, but Allen wasn't that kind of guy. He heard everything from earlier after all. Things weren't looking too good for Rafe.
Allen decided to be a friendly stranger and sit with him. He didn't know what he was going to say when he got there, so he had to improvise a little bit.
"...I don't mean to intrude on affairs I know nothing about, but...from what I was hearing, I just want you to know... You shouldn't feel bad. I know it hurts inside, but you're only doing this because you care," Allen believed. "...I have to admit... I'm doing the same thing you're doing... It's definitely not as big as what you're going through, but...I understand..."

Rafe was very welcoming to what Allen was saying. He was lightly nodding to everything he was hearing. It resonated with him.
"It's hard. I want to say it so bad, but...I know the consequences," Rafe feared. "It's mostly selfish of me, but the code I swore allegiance to is clear. I'm breaking it by even having the thought. It's for the best that I bury it, but...I'm hurting her. I figured that simply knowing that something like this was on my mind would be the perfect middle ground with keeping everything stable, but...maybe I was wrong. I feel horrible placing my knighthood over making her happy... That's a form of protection, right? Making sure she isn't sad?"
