The Black Council, or TBC, is a team for those solely dedicated to victory. The Black Council is not necessarily evil, however, we are also not necessarily good. We also do not take sides of either the Dragon Defenders or the Force Crusaders. We are simple warriors who will do whatever it takes to achieve victory and conquest. For those looking to improve their skills and prove their worth, this is the team for you.
Rules:
1)Absolutely NO cheating.
2)Must be completely loyal.
3)The hiearchal ranks go as such:
*Leader- This is my rank. Can test brawl applying brawlers, change ranks, moderate test brawls, can kick out members, etc.
*Co-Leader- This is Houston. He essentially has the same power and authority as I. The only restriction is that he cant kick out members. However, he can suggest that certain members be kicked out.
*Chairmen- The six highest ranking brawlers of each attribute. (There might be an All-Attributed slot later, but for now there is not.) They can test brawl, moderate test brawls (but only by request), and recieve highest ranking missions.
*Knights- Masterful warriors of each attribute. (There is an All-Attributed slot.) They recieve higher ranking missions and are free to challenge the Chairmen.
*Soldiers- Dedicated fighters of each attribute that are loyal to the core. They recieve common missions and are free to challenge Knights. (But not Chairmen) (There is an All-Attributed spot here)
*Peons-Beginners and low ranking grunts that serve under the other members. They recieve only beginner missions. Peons are ranked by number. (For example, the highest ranking Peon shall be, "Peon I"). Only Peons with rank "I" are free to challenge the Soldiers. Other Peons can only challenge for the rank directly above them. (Example: A Peon IV can only challenge a Peon III). (All-Attributed spots here)
4) During a training match between members of TBC there will be NO taking of bakugan. There will also be NO taking of bakugan in test brawls unless otherwise stated.
5)You can challenge other members for rank, except for mine or Houston Keene's ranks. Be warned that there is bakugan taking involved unless otherwise stated by me or Houston.
6)DO NOT request the removal of another brawler from the team. You might as well be volunteering yourself to be kicked out.
7) You may only have one character per person enter into this team. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
8)Those who violate any rules will be demoted, kicked out, or banned from applying.
9)There is no requirement to apply. In fact, all are welcome. However, that does not mean all shall be allowed to join.
For those who would like to join please post on this forum this format:
