Here is my answer to that.
Ability, activate! Chains of Condemnation! 1) Select one thing from each opponent and make yourself things like those >I select Tristan's Gate and others' Bakugans >+4700 G 2) I take over all Set Gates (one gate at Tristan) 3) Gain Ability count
Gate card, open! Behind the Lines! 1) Prevent opponent from playing Normal Abilities (selecting Ryek) 2) Loop an effect >I loop "throw in one Support Weapon at tripled effects" >Choosing regular Ornis at 400 G 3) Select one thing you have and make another thing like that >Selecting Set Gate
Ornis, activate! 1) Three SWs join the battle with doubled effects (due to tripling) >Calling in my Xera van Dharax, Xera von Silent and Mirage Ornis >+1450 G 2) Multiply my power with 6
I use Xera van Dharax! 1) Select one thing and make four clones of it (due to doubling) >Selecting Set Gate 2) Prevent opponents from playing indirect effects (all of you)
Gate card, open! Gekitai Suru! 1) I cannot be affected by negative stuff 2) Turn opponent's Special Attribute as his normal one for all his Bakugans (Chris) 3) Gain 500 G for each card you've played and you will play in this round >+1500 G (I included this card)
Gate card, open! Everlasting Storm! 1) Add yourself and all opponents one the same status regardless if positive or negative >I add us all "cannot have SWs" >Since I cannot be affected by negative stuff, it won't affect me 2) My Support Weapon can't be sent back 3) Gain 500 G for each card you've played and you will play in this round >+2000 G+500 G (I included this card)
Me: 49300 (protected from negative stuff) Carson: 1500 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs) Tristan: 1200 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs) Ryek: 1200 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, cannot play Normal Abilities) Chris: 1000 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, attribute Gold)
Irony, I am not done!!! Gate card, open! Purgatory Wave! 1) ignore this [SW-use prevention] 2) Loop an effect >I loop "Add yourself and all opponents one the same status regardless if positive or negative" >I add us "cannot play Normal Abilities" >I am protected, so no use on me 3) I gain Ability count
Me: 50300 (protected from negative stuff, gets +1000 G per card played) Carson: 1500 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, cannot play NA) Tristan: 1200 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, cannot play NA) Ryek: 1200 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, cannot play NA) Chris: 1000 (cannot play indirect effects, cannot have SWs, cannot play NA, Gold attribute)
CARDS Me: 5N 1S 1F 3G You all: normal full count

(Please, always state which Gate Card you are activating; cloned or original, so we can figure out if you lose a count for not using an ability with an original Gate Card and the rest. Since you only changed my bakugan's attribute, I can use the card I'm about to use. Moreover it can be used for any attribute.)
Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. The same reckless move... Ability card activate! Marine Transmutation! Create clones of any bakugan and support weapon I control; the clones will be able to use the cards of any bakugan you choose from your bakupack. Gain 500G for each bakugan and support weapon that has appeared on the field OR set two new gates on the field. (This is treated as a Special Ability but still, it counts as using a Normal Ability count.) I'll clone Xanthor at 1000G and he'll be able to use the cards of Chaos Cruzer. I'll also set 2 new gates.
Gate card, open! Thunder Tackle! Negate or reverse or reflect chosen effects used by any of your opponents. Loop one card from your bakupack. I'll negate all of Jason's effects (but I think it still affects all of you).
- Thermal Radiation: You can make any or every item that belongs to you/your opponent protected in any or all ramifacation (s). Choose to throw in up to two bakugans/support weapons clones OR reduce any or every of your opponents' power level to 0G. I'll protect my items in all ramifications. I'll also throw in Narga's Rage and a Doom Bot both at 400G. I activate Narga's Rage's effect to loop an effect.
- Bumper Mirage: Use a restriction effect (Ex. I can restrict the use of Normal Abilities). Choose two things on the field and make a clone of each. I'll restrict all of you from increasing your power levels. I'll clone Narga's Rage and Doom Bot at 400G each. I activate the original Doom Bot's effect to have an effect in my bakupack. The effect is "make my opponents lose 2 card counts" which will be your Normal Ability counts. I'll activate the cloned Doom Bot. The effect is "gain a card count", targeted at my Fusion Ability count. I'll activate the cloned Narga's Rage's effect to loop an effect.
- Aquallurgy: Double any or every of my used/future effects AND/OR double my G Power. I'll double your card count losses so you guys lose 4 card counts more. 2 will be your Normal Ability counts, 1 will be your Special Ability counts and the last will be your Fusion Ability counts, making all of you out of card counts. I'll double my card count gain to gain 2 more counts, preferrably 1 Special Ability count and 1 Ability count. I'll double my bakugan/support weapon throw-in (from Thermal Radiation) to throw in 4 more bakugans/support weapons. I'll throw in Kyubi Torahu at 1000G, Battlemaster Gladion at 1000G, Jujitsu Ahrangi at 1000G and Songbird Ahio at 1000G. I activate Kyubi Torahu's effect to nullify and replace Tristan's gate with one of mine, unused. I'll double my power level. Spell gear, transmute! Aquos Thundra, mutate at 400G!
Thundra Xanthor :: 15600G Magna Tritonus :: 1500G Azure Barracudas :: 1200G Majestic Astraius :: 1200G Warden :: 1000G

Yeah, Christopher? Ryek doesn't have a Legendary Bakugan in his bakupack, therefore none of us can use them. Strike one. I'll throw in my Support Weapon, Haos Starblazer Magnus at 1000 G and use its effect to negate Christopher's ability, thereby making his move useless, and send in Haos Starblazer X (600 G) and Haos Stratos Soarer (2500 G) at double their G Powers (1200 and 5000, respectively). Then I will activate Legendary Ability - Magnum Tribeam! > I get to switch out your bakugan with one of my choice from your bakupack at 100 G. > I get to send out your Support Weapon and switch it out with one of my choice from their bakupack at 0 G, with the effect being changed to: "This Support Weapon cannot be sent back or brought above 0 G. The user of this Support Weapon may not throw in any more support weapons while this one is on the field, and all extra supports on the owners side of the field are returned to their arsenal with their effects negated." > No normal abilities for any of you. Muahahahaha. Since two of you don't have Support Weapons out yet, the second effect will not be affecting you. Tristan - I will replace your Bakugan with Haos Laserix at 100 G and your Support Weapon with Haos Hylash at 0 G. Christopher - Your Bakugan will be Aquos Torpedor Dragonoid at 100 G and your new Support Weapon will be Aquos Skyfler at 0 G. Jason - Your Bakugan will be Pyrus Primal Dragonoid at 100 G. Ryek - Your Bakugan will be Aquos MAC Spider at 100 G (solely because I like New Vestroia and it brings nostalgia. Ah... memories.) So, the power levels are: Carson: 8700 Jason: 100 (No NA) Ryek: 100 (No NA) Tristan: 100 (No NA) Christopher: 100 (No NA) Cards: Carson: 3 N, 1 S, 1 F, 2 counters Tristan: Full count plus Gate Ryek: Full count Christopher: 3 N, 1 S, 1 F, 2 counters Jason: 3 N, 1 S, 1 F, 2 counters EDIT: Perfectionist need for perfect grammar.

Carson, because you just countered Christopher's stuff, you made Jason's effects become active again. You just doomed us all.
You couldn't have played Magnum Tribeam in the first place because we were all still prevented from using normal abilities.
Your support weapon's effect would have been meaningless as well because Jason also had an effect that prevented us from having support weapons, and it became active again because of you. You then threw in two more support weapons while that effect was active. This means that your entire move would be useless since Starblazer Magnus wouldn't exist.
You also attempted to replace Jason's Bakugan while he was protected.
Now...that looks like 3 strikes to me just by picking out everything that was wrong, but the main problems were the support weapon and the card. You may decide how that should go.

Didn't quite think that all the way through. I'm not gonna make any excuses. I am disqualified. Disregard my last move and continue on.

Alrighty then. My move. Before that, I have something else I noticed.
Since Christopher was so vigilant to get Carson out of here (No, I didn't notice Carson's mistakes myself. He made me aware of what was going on.), let's analyze what he did to see if his move wasn't messed up. Spoiler...it was. I'm going to give him a second and third strike. He cheated with the card count decreases and Bakugan/Support weapon throw ins.
"I'll double your card count losses so you guys lose 4 card counts more"
^ You can't do that. If you doubled the effect, that would mean we would lose 2 more card counts. Instead, you made it say lose 4 more card counts when we lost 2 initially. 2x2=4. We should have only lost 4 card counts, but you made us lose 6.
"I'll double my bakugan/support weapon throw-in (from Thermal Radiation) to throw in 4 more bakugans/support weapons."
^ You did the same thing with this. The original effect was to throw in 2, which would have been doubled to 4. You threw in 6 altogether.
You did the same thing with the card count gain too.
I believe that's another disqualification.
