I hope I'm not too late to the discussion. Honestly, I think the planned Bakugan series is a little too late. I mean, think about the target audience. Most fans of the show aren't kids anymore, and they've moved on. The new Bakugan show would have to appeal to kids today. They'd have no idea whatsoever of what Bakugan is. At this point, I believe Bakugan, for the most part, has been forgotten about.
I have four scenarios in mind for the Bakugan reboot.
Best Case Scenario: The Bakugan reboot proves to be a huge success. Bakugan once again takes the world by storm. Kids start back playing with Bakugan. The show is top-notch. People who had left Bakugan years earlier get drawn back in as well. People start back proclaiming the end of Pokemon, like they did with Yo-Kai Watch a few years ago.
Worst Case Scenario: The show is terrible, and it never really takes off. No one really cares about the merchandise. Soon, Bakugan fades back into the background.
Even Worse Case Scenario: The show never comes to fruition at all, disappointing its fanbase.
Most Realistic Case Scenario: The show is a modest success. Bakugan becomes somewhat popular again, and new merchandise begins to appear in stores. After about a year or two in, the show ends and Bakugan slowly fades out again.
Sorry if I wrote a lot above, but it had to come out.

Honestly, when I first heard Bakugan was coming back I was kinda shocked. Watching its slow decline years back really hit me hard. I really enjoyed waking up and finding a new episode out or some new Bakugan Toy had hit the shelf, but after a while It kinda faded into the background. To be honest, I had even forgotten it had existed for a while, but now the nostalgia is hitting pretty hard and I am watching everything from Season 1 up, just to get reacquainted with it. I have to say, it brings up some fond memories.
"When Good Men can no longer protect the world in the way good Morals Dictate, then it falls on Hard Men willing to do what is necessary. Great Evil committed for the Greater Good, this takes resolve. I shall Kill a hundred, to save a thousand. Any Evil in service to the ultimate well being of all, is not forbidden."
I like the changes so far. And since I watch Negative legend on the off hand I even know the very big changes of the game. I like the changes but highly suggest that the site doesn't switch over for a while. It is 100 percent a new game at this point.
It may not be. We know next to nothing about the show. Just the initial characters, the brawling style, Attribute Symbols and the new name for Subterra. For all we know, Dan Kouzo could be related to Dan, or the Shun we see is related to the Shun we know. It’s too early for us to agree or disagree with the show.
No one Attrib, er, Faction is the most powerful. It takes multiple abilities to compensate for any flaws, especially when trying to save the world.
Win/Loss: 2/0(1) (I personally feel as if I lost my 2nd brawl against Merchant, despite what was ruled.)

im not saying the show will be bad or anything as long as we get a new bakugan show in my opinion im happy but it will kill my nostalgia if there isnt no dan kuso anywhere in the show like even as a cameo
