I have another big and dumb question since I am making my BP all over.
My Condition-Break was approved as en effect.
How about this new one I came up with? Condition-Make.
Condition-Make: - Allows me to change conditions of items that are currently active (does not allow me to delete conditions like in Condition-Break) - Allows me to add conditions to items that are active and don't have a condition applied to them.
For example: I can target myself and/or opponent(s) and select cards that are active. Then I add condition 'This Item cannot be played unless there are two Pyrus Bakugans on the field.'

I'll allow that.
