In addition to retaining his own combat abilities, Drago now has access to Wavern's central power: psionic manipulation. With this, Drago has access to Wavern's mental/psychic abilities, enabling him to quickly imprint on his new abilities.
He now sports a humanoid stature just like Apollonir did, and his wingset grew to resemble the elder as well.
This form is the strongest any Dragonoid has been in history.
