"I'd be honored," the Emperor gladly accepted. "BUT...a word of caution. Rafe and I can only intervene if the Tribunal show up themselves. Other than that, they can't know we're here or they might kill Fabia and Jenna to spite us. Father Lyles killed the children he was supposed to sacrifice when him and I got into it. Just keep that in mind while we're out there. They WILL kill your friends if they can't have them for themselves."

"Not on my watch," Rafe declared. "There's no way I'm letting them do another thing. I'll have them sealed by sundown if we can get them out in the open."
"Do be careful of what the Emperor said though," Wolfurio stressed. "I will cease all of my cooperation if I feel like you're endangering the Princess."
"Not sure how you all take to military-style tactics, but I got an idea," Rafe spoke up. "It's a little uncomfortable-sounding, but just listen for a second."

Without any knowledge on what was currently brewing, Tracy was out with Seiki. Seiki was showing her around San Francisco after Noland trained with her there. Tracy always wanted to go, but never got around to it. They were in Sausilito hanging around and catching some sights.
"I have to admit... I never thought it was gonna be as cold as it was up there," Tracy expressed. "I can see why cold temperatures rarely bother you anymore. Noland sure has his ways of training... I'm so glad he never put me through this." She laughed the last point off, but that was probably because Noland was still a freshman at that time and wasn't as powerful as he is now.
"Hey, Seiki...what's the toughest thing he ever had you do? I hear a lot about how he trained you, so I wonder if he went through anything similar."

"Hm...that's a tough one..." Seiki admitted. There were a lot of challenging activities, so it was hard to narrow it down to one... "There are three things that I can't rank above the other..."
"Surviving against Drago without using an ability...for fifteen minutes..." Seiki briefly remembered Ahio scurrying around the battlefield trying to avoid getting hit by a rampaging dragon. Of course, Ahio did get hit a couple of times, but she still managed to pull through...luckily anyway...
"Training in the Ventus Dimension so that our bodies reach the same level as Oberus... That was Nero's idea, but I'm including it anyway..." Getting through that was REALLY HARD. Even the windiest places on Earth can't compare to how it is in the Ventus Dimension. Way stronger winds blow through there 24/7. It's a wonder how her and Ahio even made it out of there alive...
"And learning how to control and refine my powers with Noland and Tank..." That was just as difficult as fighting either one of them. One mistake is all it takes for Ahio to break another barrier and end up in another series.
"Honestly, I haven't had to try that hard at something since I learned to sing," Seiki admitted. "If anything, it makes me curious how everyone got so strong. I always thought you needed the luck of the draw when it came to which Bakugan wanted to put up with you."

"The last part is very true," Tracy laughed off knowing that Skystar thinks she's a handfull. "You know, now that you mention Tank, I'll let you in on a little secret. Noland was very stubborn about training most of the time. At one point, he didn't think it was necessary. He only started doing it after fighting Tank the first time. He thought that battle was way too close. ...Looking back, it probably was."
"Tank is actually the major reason why Noland knew what to do and how to do it. He knew each of our strengths and weaknesses just by looking at us, so without him, I'm not sure any of us would be where we're at. Markus doesn't like to admit it, but listening to Tank's pointers every now and then helped him out a lot over the years. He doesn't like surprises all that much, but I think we should do something nice for him one of these days."

Skystar was having a merry time reminiscing about the past, but then an unwanted visitor tried to creep up behind them. Skystar turned her body around faster than Tracy and Seiki could see. She pointed her staff towards the individual: Father Lyles, the same man who fought the Gundalian Emperor and lived to brag about what he did to his people.
"Not gonna lie. I didn't expect either of you to notice me," Lyles sorta congratulated.
"You've been creeping around here for an hour," Skystar informed him.
"Coincidentally recruiting followers while you were on your field trip."
"While staring at us every chance you got?"
"You're famous, you're strong, and - in my expert opinion - you have two very beautiful women there. Who wouldn't?"
"Then speak up. Introduce yourself."
"Only when it's time to do so, which would be now," Lyles announced. "Father Lyles at your service. I have a proposition for you. I have hostages. Excuse me. I personally don't have them, but I know where they are. I don't like my colleagues, and my colleagues don't like me. I say you help me screw them over. I'll trade you a Princess and a teenager for...I think her name's Alana?"

"You mean that girl that was kidnapped earlier? Hm...wait there for a minute..." Seiki sounded like she was considering what Lyles was saying. Skystar briefly looked at her like she was crazy. Even Ahio had to stare.
"So, let's say we believe everything you're saying and agree to the trade. How do we know you'll produce the hostages? How do we know you won't get greedy and take all three people for yourself and leave us with nothing? Better yet...why do you think you can suggest you want to nab Alana in front of us?"

"It wouldn't be a 'nabbing' if I stuck to the terms of our agreement," Lyles suggested. "Here. I'll make it more convincing for you."
A puff of dark smoke popped up to the right of Lyles. Out of it came one of the hostages: Jenna. She was wrapped up in an unknown material. It appeared to be duct tape based on human understanding, but it was a lot stronger than that. This was normally used on people who were scheduled to be executed. It is highly combustive too.
"You can have this one as assurance that I'm being honest; however...the moment she leaves my custody and/or if I'm attacked in any way, I will assume you agree with the terms, and I will also exchange the Princess for Alana. If not, then I guess I'll settle for less and keep the girls. Your choice."
Lyles floated in the air and laid back to relax. Jenna was hysterically jumping up and down. There were rivers of tears flowing down her face as well. What did they do to her...?

Ahio was getting ready to make a move on Lyles, but Seiki stopped her by placing a hand in front of her. She didn't want anything to happen just yet...
"This one sounds like he has this all laid out," Seiki thought. "I don't think it'll matter what anyone says now. He looks untrustworthy. That, and he looks like he wants to do something bad..."
Seiki groaned, because she really didn't know how to proceed from here. It would've been a lot easier to decide if Jenna wasn't jumping up and down and crying. "Chrono Field," Seiki declared extremely fast to the point where she knew she said it wrong. Ahio must have understood what she was saying, because she ended up using the ability.
Ahio's energy seeped out of her body to form a circular aura that blew Ventus energy upwards. Everyone at the scene was at the center of this circular area. Anyone within the said area will experience different phenomena depending on the way Seiki wants to play this. For this instance, anyone in the affected area would be treated like they're inhumanely slow far below the standards of even special needs citizens. At this point, Seiki would like to end him right there, but the ability takes so much concentration that attempting to attack him would cancel the ability immediately. It's a give and take, but it was well worth the price for what they need to do here.
...That doesn't mean someone else can't attack Lyles for her though...
Ahio moved Seiki, Tracy, and Skystar out of the affected area. Now, all they had to do was come up with a plan.
"I don't know how likely it would be for whatever Princess he was talking about to come from the same place Jenna came out of. I thought it'd be good to check before we do anything to set him off," Seiki believed.

Tracy was a little shocked, but happy at the same time. Seeing Seiki with all her new tricks was exciting. Skystar was very impressed. "Let's hurry in case this man didn't come alone," Tracy advised. "He didn't," Skystar noted. She was still going to do what she wanted to do, but there were shadowy figures rising from the ground. "Jenna has been found, but a mysterious man and several shadowy figures are here to confront us," Skystar called out via telepathic communication where the other Resistors would hear her. "They have a Princess and they're gunning for Alana right now. I repeat. Alana is the target. Please respond.""Salutations, Legendary Soldiers," one of the shadowy individuals told them. "We are Father Lyles' armor bearers. We will go to any length to preserve our Father's integrity and well-being, even if that means we have to scatter your blood all over these lands.""Gargulion, see if you can locate this Princess. We're about to go to battle," Skystar advised him. ( Earth Tribunal Battle)

Markus and Gargulion were already on their way to California to get Tracy and Seiki out of the area per the instructions he was given, but if they have a feeling that Fabia is hidden away by identical methods the Tribunal are using, then it wouldn't hurt to use that method himself. Gargulion decided planted himself in the mountain peaks of Salt Lake City, Utah.
"Markus, you brought that guy's soul, right?" Gargulion asked.
"Yep," Markus responded from within Gargulion's being, which implies that he was hitching a ride from within Gargulion's soul.
"Great. Won't take long then." Gargulion's eyes turned purple to match the aura of Orloth, the man who possessed Maurice's dad. Now, Gargulion could use the man's power to its fullest potential. In addition to breaking boundaries, Orloth was also capable of traveling through them. This was how he was going to get into the same realm where the Tribunal were conducting business.
When he put this power into action, his perspective showed the landscape flipping to the left. On the flip-side, he found an exact replica of Earth, but with a darker view to it...
"...What in the world..." Gargulion was very confused by his surroundings... "This sky...it reminds me of the Doom Dimension..."
"...Maybe because it is..." Markus believed. He found the approaching enemies to be...disturbing. There was constant growling to be heard, and it came from none other than...
"The Pack?" Gargulion nearly shrieked. There was a bunch of them too. Mass numbers of them amalgamated to form multiple Baalenoid. As they were forming, Markus and Gargulion could hear a female screaming in agony. It was as if a troubled soul was calling for rescue.
"Gargulion, go. Go!" Markus wanted before something else happened.

Skystar heard the distress in their voices. This was certainly getting ugly very quickly. Skystar assumed her monster form and prepared for the worst.
"Seiki, please take Jenna away from them so we don't have to worry," Tracy asked.
"Good luck with that," the collective said. They pointed their palms towards the Resistors and unleashed a reddish wave that subjected them all to excruciating pain.
"What...is...this...?" Tracy struggled to get out. She was in so much pain that she couldn't move a muscle. Skystar, Seiki, and Ahio were in the same situation. A giant-sized hand - the size of which dwarfed even Skystar - was prepared to fall right on top of them all. If they didn't do something quick, then it's gonna be a sad day to whoever has to clean Tracy and Seiki up from this landscape...
"...Angel's Guidance..." Skystar slipped in. She was able to cast this through her bident, so movement was unnecessary. Tracy, Skystar, Seiki, and Ahio sprouted angelic wings that soon burst into a bright light. Now, all of the incoming damage is converted to health restoration instead and will be doing so for the foreseeable future unless someone 'clips' their wings.
"Seiki, go now. We'll keep them busy!" Tracy said with a sense of urgency.

"Okay, okay," Seiki responded with some hints of stress. "Ahio, hurry up!"
"Alright. Sheesh," Ahio groaned. "Hope you all realize that he's gonna get released from my thingamajig here, and then we're really going to be in for it." Ahio said that while running to go steal Jenna back from the Tribunal, and then run straight through the giant-sized hand that was threatening to turn them all into mush. Ahio appeared next to the ladies while the construct was breaking apart.
"Jenna's here...bawling her eyes out and squirming..." Ahio announced.
"These guys need to be taught a lesson... Tracy, you got my support?" Seiki wondered, fully intent on fighting for all the suffering Jenna must have been put through.

Lyles was released from his temporary banishment from the battle, and when he found out what had happened, he was...unaffected...?
"So we have a deal then..." Lyles noticed. "Very well then... You can have the Princess back... In fact, I see you've already taken steps in doing that. A certain Resistor seems to be trespassing in one of our sacred grounds. I can hear the incessant howling of the Pack as they try to chase him to feast on his flesh and bones."
"The what!?" Skystar shrieked.
"Nothing to get excited over," Lyles sarcastically responded. Without saying anything about what he was about to do, Lyles pointed a finger at Jenna's body. What he did wasn't all that clear, but Jenna's screaming went up an octave. All of that pain and anguish turned into a stream of red energy that flowed into Lyles. As if he was getting a high over watching and hearing Jenna suffer, Lyles' power skyrocketed. The veins on his body was visible for a moment, but that all went away about as fast as any potential hope of stopping him from getting what he wants right now.
"Tell you what... Just to be nice, I'll make you feel like you're making a difference by playing with you for a few seconds," Lyles informed them. He assumed his battle form - the scary-looking Gundalian form he showed against Barodius - and prepared a gift. It was the distortion of the weather pattern on Earth. It then led to the torrential downpour of what appeared to be blood...
Yes, everyone in Sausalito were being pelted by blood drops. It sounds disgusting when you think about it, but that was far better than what was really happening. The victims will only know that their most painful memories are being brought out and used as weapons against them. They won't even know that a single man is capable of unleashing hell on Earth.

There was good news and bad news. The good news was that the whole party was getting healed instead thanks to Skystar's Angel's Guidance. The bad news was that everyone else had to suffer.
"Ability activate! Heavenly Walk of Life!" Skystar called on the Holy Providence to project a light from its center. It shot straight up into the sky. Lyles' technique was suddenly disrupted, and the light of the heavens shone brightly throughout the area. This enchanted the sky to be used as a source of light for her abilities. Not only will this lessen the strain on some abilities and allow much faster casting times, but it will also allow Skystar to target anyone in the area with her healing spells.
"Double ability activate! Angel Salvation plus Elemental Fury!" The light in the sky intensified for a brief moment. Everyone down below gained the same angelic wings that were protecting the party, which can only mean that Skystar extended that protection to them as well. But, the most devastating news came in the form of Skystar slamming the Earth with her bident. This didn't cause an earthquake, but it did cause a bunch of debris from all around Sausalito to rise up. She enchanted each of them with attribute energies. This made mere pebbles turn into comets and meteors among other things. Skystar then pointed towards Lyles to direct them to the one they needed to hit.
