All Dasia could do right now was sigh. She had a feeling this was coming. Lace knew as well.
"I told you that because I don't like talking about it, okay? That was the first interaction we had since we broke up. I was thinking about it, and I knew there was a possibility you were too," Dasia summed up. "Look, can we please not do this here? I'm going through a lot back home with this Tribunal business, and I thought I could just relax here. That's all."

"You want to relax? How nice," Tank sarcastically acknowledged. "So, it's either that, or you came here to check on me like you said. Both of those can't be true, unless you're as cold as your 'other half'. Wouldn't surprise me one bit."
"Tank," Gladion called out. Tank was crossing the line here.
"It's fine. Really. This isn't the first time that I put in all the effort to make something work and still got screwed in the end. Sorry to ruin your little experiment on trying to make my life better by hanging me out to dry. It didn't work."

Tank went about his business after making those comments. Dasia was visibly hurt by his words. She was confused though. 'It didn't work.'
"Something about what he said bothers me. Based on what I know of your relationship, he is obviously unhappy with you leaving him so he could maintain his own relationships. He is definitely suffering..." Lace reported. "Analyzing the United States' news network... Got it. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is bringing charges against Tank's friend, Steve."
"...How did you know to look for that?" Dasia inquired.
"This is a conversation starter among the Legion fanbase from what I'm hearing," Lace deduced. "This leads me to conclude that your efforts to protect him were in vain. He lost at least one friendship. To him, that may be what held him together after the deaths of John and Katherine. You left him when he needed you the most."
"..." Dasia was too devastated to offer a comment on that. He must think so poorly of her now. It really broke her heart to know that this happened the way it did...

Clarence marched his way to the room where Yuji and Miko were. He made it in time before they went on air again.
"...How did you get in here?" Yuji asked.
"I'm a huge fan of your work, so they let me in to get a quick autograph. Are we on air yet?" Clarence inquired.
"Not yet," Miko answered.
"Good, and no one better make this live either. FBI. Show us your hands," Clarence announced.
"...Uh oh..." As soon as Yuji said that, Clarence's Ventus Bakugan summoned a bunch of jars. The lids opened to spit out a couple of federal agents. Everyone aside from Yuji and Miko were detained to prevent this upcoming conversation from going live. "...Miko, what did you do?"
"Me? We should be worried about you. I told you not to go to that party!" Miko deflected.
"Relax. That's the cops' problem, not mine. I want the audio from the last battle," Clarence requested.
"...Don't you need a search warrant for that?" Yuji thought.
"Exigent circumstances because of the way ya'll handle the files. Plus, I know very well that you're a proud Resistor fan. I have reason to believe that the Army wants to gun for them, and that audio will help prove it. Turn it over, tell no one what was said down there, and that's it."
"So what you're saying is you think I'm going to get in trouble by going around the bosses to save the Resistors?"
"Yes."
"...Okay. You got it."
"...So...our audio cut off because...you know what Krystal did," Miko informed Clarence.
"Understood. By the way, your bosses already knew we were here. They gave us permission to do anything necessary after Benjamin showed out," Clarence revealed.
"Right...the zero tolerance for the behavior and stuff..." Yuji was relieved to say. The siblings gave the agent everything he needed. Clarence stored all of the relevant information on a flash drive he carries around.
"Pleasure doing business with ya. Also, if you tell anyone that we were here, we're all dead," Clarence morbidly warned. He returned all of the federal agents inside of their respective jars and 'poofed' them away. "Have a blessed day."
"...What did he say...!?" Yuji shrieked as Clarence took his exit.
"So...we were supposed to go on air three minutes ago... Do we need an excuse...?" a cameraman asked.
"I just got told we're gonna die if word gets out we did this... Give me a moment..." Yuji requested.
"We don't have a 'moment' though..." the cameraman responded.
"What if we say we were briefed about making sure the barriers were okay after being broken the last couple of battles?" a camerawoman suggested.
"Genius! Let's use it," Yuji decided.

"Welcome back, folks. Excuse our delay. We had someone look at our equipment to make sure everything was okay. Krystal's shenanigans really screwed up some things," Yuji started. "And...well, let's not sugarcoat it. We got some talking to over the barriers being broken again. Miko said something about it during the battle, but - for our audience who doesn't know - the extremely intelligent techs designed a barrier that uses AI to make the barrier stronger each time it's broken. So, when you see the barriers regenerate after being broken, they're getting stronger."
"Speaking of which....isn't Krystal the second person other than a Resistor who has broken the barriers?" Miko mentioned.
"She is, right after Damian of Vestal. We'll get to the battle's result in a second, but... I really think Krystal is the most powerful brawler a Resistor has faced so far at this event. For me, when it comes to who was the biggest threat to a Resistor, it's Jadyn hands down. Krystal though... The sheer power she has is undeniable. I can't think of too many people in the league who would respond well to rapid weather changes."
"Thankfully for Tank, it wasn't an issue. We said this earlier, but he was patient. REALLY patient. And calm too... Is that really Tank?"
"I'm actually happy with this change. We got a chance to interview Legion's coach a while back. He was talking about how Tank was more focused than ever. Not that he was never focused, but Tank regularly involved the audience with his brawling. A lot of talking to fans, pumping them up, mid-battle trash talk."
"He still does those things too. Don't get us wrong."
"Just not as frequent, and we started noticing this change in its early stages after the brawl with Blade. Anyway, we only mentioned it since a lot of you are asking about our thoughts on it. Personally, I'm more than fine with it. He's the most dangerous he's ever been. He looks good, battles even more efficiently than before, and can blow you up just as good as his compatriots. The only thing left to do is ask Miko a question... Who do you like better now? Markus or Tank?"
"...That's tough... And I don't think it's fair for me to judge now. Krystal was a tougher opponent than Benjamin, in my opinion. Both of them have clearly mastered their style of battling. I can't choose... I will say that Markus has a bonus point for getting me on his side though."
"Fair enough."
"Getting back to Krystal though, this is kinda the same situation with Drake. I can't pick anything out that really lost her the brawl. I thought her first chance came when she created the blizzard. The fact that Gladion survived that and even beat on Destroyer during the storm was...a little surprising for me. Then, I thought the lightning while Gladion is in the pool was the perfect setup, but... Tank just had more..."
"Krystal just set world records for the most powerful storms ever recorded... She's definitely - in a manner of speaking - one of the most powerful brawlers on Earth. Still, power isn't always enough. We got our final four brawlers up next. Stay tuned."

"Calvin, Noland, Jimmy, and Allen - just knowing that these four gentlemen are up next has me both excited and scared. I'm a huge fan of all of them, so...the thought that two of them are gonna lose scares me. I haven't felt this nervous for a battle since Calvin and DeAngelo fought. Sometimes, you can go into this and have expectations, whether it's right or wrong in the end. Here, I have no idea what's about to happen. I hate not knowing," Yuji expressed. "That's the perfect feeling," Miko believed. "I think that, for the first time, we as a community are feeling the same way. None of us know how this is going to end. All four of them are heroes in their own right. Two saved us from the Pack and the Hurranians, one developed technologies that helped law enforcement solve thousands of crimes, and one is the greatest pro of all time and has united the entire brawling community. Many of our contestants today look up to these people as well, so all eyes are definitely on them. There are going to be a lot of broken hearts today regardless of what side you're on. But...the show must go on."Noland was up next. He did a bit of dowsing to see who his opponent was. It wouldn't make sense to pair him up with Calvin on the second-to-last battle. They'd want to save their superstar for last. "...So Allen got him then... Lucky..." Noland said with a smirk. "...Not surprised. They've mixed a lot of things up to keep it interesting. At least now, you get to decide how hard you want to go." "I'd love to think that, but...you never know," Drago figured. "We know they can, but if they really pull this off...""He will. Let's make sure we set him up for success." Noland walked on out to the battlefield. "Um...quick spoiler. No, we didn't do the obvious," Yuji glossed over. "Now, from the blue corner, he turned pro right out of high school, and is already hyped up to be a contender for Calvin's crown. Many are even saying that he and Noland are equals in power. We'll see if that's really the case coming up. Give it up for Jimmy Kyudai!" Yuji introduced. "Out of the red corner, he really needs no introduction. He's the leader of the Resistors, three-time savior - four if you count the terrorists from DC - and is universally recognized as the strongest civilian in history, with law enforcement and even the Silver Knights saying he's the strongest brawler in history. Wow. Let's hear it for Noland Hardy!" Miko introduced. Their presence naturally attracted a lot of cheers, but there was a lot of curious eyes on this. Many people were expecting a Noland vs Calvin showdown. That would've been too obvious though. Jimmy was very surprised as well. He had it written on his face when the platforms met in the center. "Honestly, I thought you were fighting Calvin," Jimmy expressed. "Would've been nice, but can't complain. Certain people would hate me even more if I fought him and won, so... This works out for me in the long run," Noland rationalized. "Anyway, so Team Blaster has gone national huh? Like a smaller Silver Knights?" "Nah. We do things a lot differently. Crime-solving technologies and training is what we do. We're much more active in helping the community instead of participating in warfare. Keeps us out of trouble, and we're making bank. We make millions off of licensing software alone.""...I thought you were a nice guy, man." "What do you mean?""Arms development for local and state law enforcement. You left that out. Is that because the RPG you modified was used to target Alana and nearly kill a federal agent?" "...""Yeah. I figured that out once the FBI inspected that weapon. I'd be more willing to look past it if you acknowledge it." "I have no idea what you're talking about.""Denying it to protect yourself and your company huh? Alright. Like I said, I thought you were a nice guy. Preferring the US dollar over morals? You were a hero once." "I still am. Just a different approach from being against everyone, including the military. The right people saw the effect it had on you, and they did good by me. Honestly, I'd love to have the Resistors on board. You help train law enforcement, build a relationship with them, save yourselves from being ridiculed by the public for your actions. Hell, I WANT you to join us.""Ignoring the systemic issues with law enforcement isn't building a relationship. You're only giving them a safety net: you. And you're supplying them with weapons that targeted my friends. You're even worse than them." "You can spend all day and night crusading against us all you want. You're wasting your time and your life being angry over the past. Let it go...""Learn from the past then and stop making the same mistakes. You now have the platform to do that, but you refuse to. Your day will come." "Whatever you say. I'll just leave it at that."When the ref came over to do the usual, Jimmy offered to shake Noland's hand, but the Resistor leader was having none of it. When Noland was back on his side, he made a startling declaration. "Drago, I never thought I'd say this, but I'm in the mood to destroy Team Blaster, and it starts with him," Noland stated. "After listening to that...I agree. Let's get him," Drago joined in. ( Fierce Battle)

Both Drago and Heronix appeared on the field instantly when the ref gave the signal. Compared to his other incarnation, Heronix's base form looked heroic:
He was called Enforcer Heronix. His previous evolution was the Ultimode form of the Evoblast Heronix. He got rid of the metal parts on his body since he no longer needed them. This was due to his newfound mastery of energy. His energy control was now on par with Drago's. In fact, Heronix's energy control was so good that he created a new type of energy. It is self-sustaining by drawing in light. As Noland figured out, Jimmy used this for arms development. The RPG used against Alana and Nero in Annapolis Mall uses Heronix's energy for faster firing, stronger propulsion, and auto reload. Jimmy also designed weapons for Heronix to use. He refers to those as 'Battle Gear.' There are other secrets: two-sided ball form, an exosuit that powers itself with Heronix's energy, and a particle cannon that was used to defeat Drazardon.
He was bare here though. All he had were his fists, feet, and the slight concern that his progress in power may not be anything compared to Drago's. Still, he stood valiantly, and did not show any signs of fear. Perhaps he should be scared. Drago's stare was almost as intense as his calm power output. The heavy feeling in the air caused sweat to drop from Heronix's forehead, and the battle hasn't even started yet.
"Something wrong?" Drago inquired since he saw it.
"Nope," Heronix answered.
"Cool. Good luck and have fun. I know I will," Drago responded.
"Ability activate! Lightning Sky!" Jimmy activated. A bright light from the heavens pierced through the clouds. From this light came an array of homing lightning bolts. They traveled slower than an actual lightning strike, but they were more damaging. Also, this is like a 'field spell' from Yugioh in that this stays active until it's negated. So, this process would restart until Drago does something about it.
Drago's response was about what you'd expect. He stood there without a care in the world. Each lightning bolt was warded off from Drago's body from exertion of his power, which he has done before during Asuka's 'test'.
"Calling on Battle Gear," Jimmy announced. A chrome-covered cube materialized on top of the BrawlX. Jimmy threw it in play and watched it grow to where Heronix could hold it. The cube shifted into a hilt.Once Heronix poured energy into it, it became an extremely lethal blade. Somehow, holding the blade gave Heronix a significant boost in power. It was even a bigger boost than what Gladion gets from holding an ordinary weapon...
"...That's actually a good idea... I should totally do that... You don't have a patent on that, do you?" Drago remarked.
Heronix attempted to slice Drago into dragon bits. The elongated size of the blade gave Heronix room to be further away from Drago just in case. Unfortunately, due to Drago's capabilities, every swing was read like a book. Drago didn't have to put much effort into dodging. The only time he had concern was when Heronix went for an overhead. Somehow, the blade drew in all of the lightning from Lightning Sky. The resulting slam would be a catastrophic AOE attack if it makes contact with something.
"Ability activate! Novia Weapon!" Noland finally initiated. Drago's scales buzzed with sizzling red energy. He put his left forearm in the way of Heronix's blade. The scales on his forearm served as a shield. Since the ability will absorb the impact from the blade and assimilate the power, Drago parried Heronix. Using his hips for greater power, Drago swung his forearm left. Heronix was pushed to his right and nearly lost his balance from the aggressive parry. Drago used his tail in an attempt to impale Heronix in the chest.
"Ability activate! Luminous Guardia!" Jimmy hastily played. Heronix produced a ball of light in his left hand. He awkwardly let it go so it would detonate near himself and Drago. This was meant to repel both combatants and blind Drago; however, only one of these tactics worked. Drago's tail was repelled from the detonation, but he was far from blind. He just closed his eyes to not get blinded in the traditional sense. He could still sense Heronix attempting to counterattack from above. This time, Heronix swung for Drago's head. A big no-no. Drago placed both of his forearms above his head and guarded against the blade. When the light dispersed, everyone could see that his eyes were closed...
"...Is he really doing that with his eyes closed...?" Miko asked in astonishment.
Having absorbed the impact and additional power via Novia Weapon, Drago pushed up slightly so he could grab the sword. He gripped it tightly and pulled back like he was getting ready for tricep extensions. Heronix was surprised that the sword was forced out of his hands. That was to mask what Drago just initiated by pouring energy into the ground from his foot. A field of Novia Blades stuck out from the ground. Each of them homed in on Heronix due to the assimilated power from Lightning Sky.
"Oh my goodness..." Yuji gasped at the result of Drago's ability. The ground was utterly destroyed. There was nothing to stand on in the arena anymore. Furthermore, it was hard to see Heronix at all. He was masked by all of the Novia Blades that went through his body and were holding him up as a display of Noland's premature wrath. Jimmy's life gauge hit 0 immediately. This meant that Jimmy lost...or did he? There was a glow on Jimmy's BrawlX that signaled for him to activate a certain ability, or it would mean certain defeat. The clock was ticking, but for now, everyone had to witness what was just done to a rising star.

The audience was in too much shock to do anything. Jimmy's a rising star. He's positioned to be one of the ones who can take Calvin's crown. Noland just flipped everyone's expectations upside-down. They knew he was strong. They didn't know he was this powerful. The worst part is, this happens every time. So far, the only opponents that fazed him were Maverick Alana and Mother Bowen. Even the higher-ups in the military, Silver Knights, and Eden were watching this happen. If there was even a sliver of hope of gauging where Noland is power-wise, they wanted to see it. So far, they can't seem to figure it out.
Jenna was looking at Allen to see if he was surprised at all. Allen's face was completely straight like he has seen much worse. That made her think. How much did Alana hold back against her? She didn't expect to be equal to the Resistors, but she was curious about how far she was. Noland's display of power suggests that is father than she's thinking...
"...I'd rather avoid fighting that Dragonoid at all costs..." Geos admitted.

"Huh..." Calvin was taking all of this in while watching the brawl with his wife and kid.
"...What did we just watch...?" Rumiko asked. "No way Jimmy lost that quick... He's supposed to be as strong as Noland... But I guess not..."
"Seems like Jimmy's still got something left, so I wouldn't count him out just yet," Calvin noticed. He was on cue with Jimmy's BrawlX glowing brighter for everyone to see. "Still...Noland's strong. Extremely strong. That much should be very clear to everyone. If Allen's truly his equal, or anywhere near his level, this'll be a tough battle... Probably the battle of my life..."
"...You'll win, Daddy? Won't you? Like always?" his daughter asked him.
"Of course, sweetie," Calvin answered. He lightly whistled soon after saying that. This is one of the few instances where he is aware of the possibility he may lose.

Noland was growling at this pitiful sight. He was angry about reaching this point in the battle so soon and so easily. It was uniquely aggravating for it to happen against Jimmy after what he had done. "I understand now," Noland started. "This isn't about some noble cause of unifying with law enforcement. You're too weak to stand up to bullshit practices, so you help them to stay on their good side. You gave up so you could make millions at the expense of the people you were protecting. I'm amazed you came up with that idea." "Are you done with your conspiracy theories?" Jimmy wondered. "This 'theory' is the only thing keeping me from beating you to the point of no return," Noland revealed. "Fuck the life gauges. I will beat you down again and again until you own up to what you made and what you caused. In the meantime, why don't you make this interesting? I'd rather it not be this easy. I'd feel bad for being a bully." "But that's what you are. You've grown so powerful, you use your strength as a means to control. Like you're trying to do to me, the Army, and the police," Jimmy argued. "Are you done with your conspiracy theories?" Noland sent right back at him. "Looks to me like your time for getting back in the brawl is almost up..." "...You know what? You asked for this... Ability activate! The Second Path!" This ability goes back to one of Heronix's secrets: a two-sided ball form. On the other side, Heronix is a Darkus Bakugan. So, the light side closed while the dark side opened. Heronix appeared as a different Bakugan:
Jimmy's life gauge went back to full. Heronix's injuries seemed to be healed as well; however, he couldn't go back to his light side now. Usually, for this type of ability, you'd scout the opponent and figure out how to beat him, but...that hasn't happened yet... Jimmy was still fighting an uphill battle.
"That entire process describes you perfectly," Noland commented. Now knowing that he currently doesn't stand a chance at defeating Noland, Jimmy had to add something else: the exosuit. Without saying a word, Jimmy ran a script to scan Heronix and equip him with the exosuit. The chrome suit was slim. It fit right in with Heronix's figure. He didn't stop there either. The main functionality of the suit is to simulate capabilities via application data. So, all he'd have to do is launch an app, and things will happen.
Having visions of his multiversal counterpart gave him a neat idea: simulate Ultimode and Chaosmode. Out of concern for Drago's power, Jimmy cranked Heronix all the way up to Chaosmode Extreme:
"Just so you all know, what Jimmy's doing would be super illegal if Heronix's power wasn't the basis for this," Yuji added in just to set the record straight.
"Plus, this is closed source and isn't for sale, so... No pay-to-win here," Miko added in.
"The ability to influence the suit with apps is a legal gray area though... There are no rules against it for now, but...just like with Morgana's venom outside of battle, I wouldn't be surprised if that gets banned..." Yuji believed. "In any case, Jimmy's back in the battle now. Heronix looks very demonic. Hopefully for his sake and for New England Dominion fans, this means he's powerful enough to contest this monster of a Dragonoid."
"Our differences aside, this is very dangerous for everyone. You do realize what could happen if you distribute dark power, right? Or if it falls into the wrong hands?" Drago brought up.
"Do you really think I'd be that irresponsible?" Heronix asked.
"Before we did our research, I'd have said no. Now...I'm not so sure," Drago shrugged. "Regardless of where your mind is, you have to admit that this is a very serious risk for you. You're really going to profit off of people's hard-earned money so you could fund their destruction?"
"Enough with the lectures! Our minds are made! We'll settle this fight here and now!" Heronix declared.

"Alrighty then," Drago accepted. Both combatants were in the air since Drago destroyed the arena grounds. That was unsurprising. What was surprising was Drago taking a battle-ready stance and getting serious. Heronix was now in the position to cause harm to Drago. This was a rare case where Noland will have to take a fight seriously. Everyone should want to see that.
"Ability activate! Exo Grothia!" Jimmy played. Heronix generated an orb of darkness around his body. It was larger than he was. It progressively got smaller until it was condensed inside of his body. His monstrously-high power level just got even higher. The important part of this ability thanks to Chaosmode Extreme: effectiveness of dark-type attacks are increased by 10%. So, Heronix became more powerful, and everything he does is stronger on top of that.
He immediately rushes Drago. "Ability activate! Battalix Hammer!" Noland initiated. Drago's internal aura produced a flame that melded with his color scheme. With this, Drago was able to bolster his might using a raging flame. Heronix's aggressiveness pressured Drago. His maniacal attempts to hack, slash, and bash Drago kept the Legendary Soldier busy.
"That power's not half bad. Impressive," Noland commended. As he said that, Heronix managed to land a good hit on Drago. His massive gauntlet claws managed to scratch Drago's midsection. A claw mark was left on Drago that took everyone by surprise. There was at least one person that didn't expect for Drago to be damaged at all.
"Heronix damaged him!" Yuji was quick to point out. Unfortunately...that was short-lived. A rainbow aura briefly covered Drago's body. The wound was healed almost instantly... "And then Drago heals from it like it's nothing... Dang..."
"How!?" Heronix demanded to know.
"The damage was negligible. You scratched me. Big deal," Drago confirmed. He brushed the affected area just to show how little he cared about it. "Not a stab wound or a gaping hole, but you damaged me nonetheless. Well done. You're a lot stronger now."
"You allowed that to happen! This isn't a game. Stop toying with me!" Heronix shouted.
"Okay," Drago accepted. Without warning, Drago started wailing on him. His punches and kicks were a lot more aggressive and powerful than Heronix's were. Even with Heronix blocking some of the blows correctly, the damage was still going through. His exo suit was cracking from the punishment. Even worse, the barriers were progressively cracking from the pressure of Drago's blows.
"Ability activate! Exo Blade!" Jimmy activated. Since Heronix damaged Drago at all, this gave him hope. Heronix's claws grew bigger in width and glowed with Darkus energy. Now, any form of contact steals health and stamina. Heronix flew backwards and upwards while unleashing a hellstorm of needle-like projectiles from his claws. Drago guarded against these with a flame barrier via Battalix Hammer's powers. He flew directly at Heronix without a care in the world.
"Ability activate! Exotic Crashyria!" Heronix quickly generated a massive pillar of dark energy. It progressively expanded so that it'll eventually cover the entire arena. That was a very bad idea...
"Ability activate! Havoc Extinction!" Noland smartly chose. Instead of overpowering it, why not just blow it up? That's what Drago did when he shot the dark pillar with eye lazers. The energy contained in Heronix's ability violently detonated. The barriers shattered instantly when the explosion happened. For the first time ever in a competition, special satellites rose from all over the stadium to nullify the explosion's power across the area. The aftermath left a giant trail of smoke that covered the entire arena grounds. It looked glorious from the sky, but within the stadium, no one could see anything.

"Yeah! That's what I'm talking about!" Hydranoid antagonized. His cheering was heard by everyone nearby. They still didn't know what was happening yet. Jadyn's mouth was slightly hung open from sheer shock. She became even more shocked once Drago cleared the smoke by blowing it away with his wings. Heronix was barely hanging on in the air. He was badly bruised, and very bloodied. He almost ceased flight multiple times. To top it all off, the exosuit shattered and fell into the abyss below them... ( It's no Use, Jimmy. Give it up...") "They need to stop this fight... Drago will kill him with one more hit..." Alana feared. "...Not that I was rooting against your boyfriend, but... I thought that Jimmy's power-ups would've meant a lot more than this... And I know that Drago still has that glowy form of his too..." Jadyn fearfully expressed. "...He's not... Just go with it, Alana... They're going to say it anyway," Alana facepalmed.

Everyone upstairs was silent, awestruck at this display of overwhelming power. The lack of care and respect in Noland's glare made it even scarier to be near him. Tinsley was nodding in approval.
"No wonder you were able to defeat Mother Bowen in battle. You're approaching the power of a White One... I can hardly believe a mortal made it that far. I wonder what drives you to such a level..." Tinsley thought of the situation. "More importantly...it seems that Jimmy gained some traits from his multiversal counterpart... It'd be a shame if any of his work were used for our purposes..."

"If you hadn't given Heronix that suit, the attack would've killed him," Noland made known. "Here's an actual conspiracy theory. You wanted Heronix to get killed so I'd go down for manslaughter. How's that one?" Heronix looked pitiful as he tried to gather enough strength to continue. Noland knows what one more blow will do. Bullying wasn't Noland's thing nor was an unnecessary killing. He was done fighting. He just stood there with his arms crossed. Drago looked down at Heronix with pity and a lot of disappointment. "I used to think you were cool... Inspiring even when you were in New York defending it with all of your might... And now you've done all this... Very disappointed..." Drago expressed with a depressed sigh. "This didn't last as long as I hoped, but oh well. This is the situation. You can't take anymore. Give up and save yourselves," Noland advised. "..." Jimmy was too stunned to surrender himself. Heronix wasn't in the position to say or do anything either. The referee had to assess the situation. A bottomless chasm and a badly injured Heronix who is about to fall into the said chasm... Probably a good time to declare a TKO. That's exactly what happened. With the wave of the ref's white flag, it was all over. Heronix then decided to scare everyone by ceasing flight and plummeting into the abyss. Drago caught him just in time. "It's settled then," Drago declared. He waited for the medic Robotallion to take over before taking his leave.
"I gave you the chance to hold yourself accountable, and you were a little bitch about it. For that, I'm reporting you and your company to the FBI and the ATF. Enjoy explaining to them why you're shit. And, if an incident with your creations happens again, you'll be seeing me," Noland promised. He waved off the audience and left the arena.

Sargon replayed Noland's battle with Jimmy multiple times. He was in awe of just how easy it looked for Noland. Then Sargon got a phone call from a certain U.S. Army Investigator, the same one that did him in...
"What are you going to fuck me with now, Linda?" Sargon asked.
"There's a major controversy brewing, and I'm just making sure I don't have more work to do because of you," Linda prefaced. "Were you ever approached by Jimmy Kyudai for any reason?"
"No. Why?"
"Are you absolutely sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure."
"Alright...because he's in a world of trouble. Noland and someone on the inside just tipped the FBI and ATF about arms development. Considering you're already involved in controversy about that, we're making sure the Army doesn't take another hit."
"Arms development? Him? What for?"
"We don't have an official reason yet. None of the responding agents will give me any information. They're preparing search warrants as we speak. So, in the event you're lying to me, they'll find out about you and take you out. I'll believe you on this one though... Please don't be guilty..."
"Like I said, I didn't do it, okay? Got damn... Wait a minute. Who on the inside snitched?"
"Edin Ryu, his 'former best friend and co-founder of the company.' They've had a falling out recently. That should explain why this is happening."
"And he's still alive...? Huh...interesting... Alright."
"Also, one more thing. You didn't hear this from me, but you may be summoned by the President soon. Don't know if it's good or bad. Good luck with that."
"...I'm toast..."
