This card copies both effects of Conflicts, not applying its limitations.
That means I can copy one of your cards and then double my Gs.
So first my Gs will double from the effect of your Deadly Nebulous, which I thank you for, and then they will double again due to the second effect.

Because you failed to activate a card with that, you've lost your final normal ability count.
Meaning, I will now name myself the winner with a card as simple as this:
Ability Activate!
Gate Buster!
As you should know, this nullifies a Gate Card.
Now, because you are out of normal abilities and according to your Bakupack, you have no fusions or specials, I am the winner.
