After seeing what can/can't be done in brawl thanks to Damian I have decided I need to test my own stuff again to see if it is valid. Let us proceed.

Okay, it appears you have already used this effect a few moments ago.
And this is one-time use effect per round.
Also, it was a Red-class effect and you already used one- you need to evolve more to use more than one Red.
