As for the effects this looks like a simple attribute changing but what do you mean by clone? Want to know for sure as this card may not be blue afterall. If another member of staff could also look at this I would be glad.

*In this situation I can allow Attribute to be 'Any'. It is not overwhelmingly powerful and it is a bit tricky.

*I have forgotten to mention, Atom , since this goes into cloning category card needs to be classified as Green. 

Blaze Hayes , he means he makes a clone and clone is differently attributed than original Bakugan.
