*Does your effect mean it will not drop when Pyreon is affected by only one ability that reduces power? It is not illegal, but it is a bit underpowered since opponent can always play another card that reduces power.

As for the other part, what color would it be to prevent Pyreon's power from being dropped from opponent's abilities in general?
