The way second effect looks like, in my opinion, would be a simplified version of 'opponent losses 600 G'. Also, first effect can last until end of the round, no need for shortening it to 4 turns.

I would rather say 2 tokens since this effect could, technically, be used instantly and reduce someone by 300 G which would be too OP for an unevolved Bakugan. Also, your first effect can be 200 G instead of 100 G if you want that. And you can move from Red to Blue.
