First effect is definitely Green.
Now I don't know if second would be Green or Red- considering someone might eventually get a 1200-G Bakugan it'd be like saying 'everyone losses 1200 G'. I mean even 500 G on beginners' level is a bit of a headshot.

When you put it like that it does make me curious. I want to know Damian's opinion on it too before I make any changes. I just thought when making this card that it will be a cool effect.

Considering I already did it, I see no problems with it being Green.
