Also, you're going to have to elaborate on what the second effect is doing. If it's doing what I think it's doing (forcing them to attack you for life gauge damage if your power level is higher, thereby ending the round), then it's denied. If you're saying that the opponent won't be able to skip their turn anymore, it's denied, because the effect was designed and copyrighted by Maximus, one of the staff members.
