Tara walked slowly down the hallway of her father's company. She knew the codes, so there was really absolutely no reason for anyone to be suspicious. Passing by the guards, she activated the keypad, sliding her I.D. card through the scanner, and walking passively through the doorway and past the guards. Moving along, she opened a series of blast-proof doorways, high security, certainly, and for good reasons.
Within that room lay her prize. The W.R.A.T. unit. This would be a weapon transport used to transport Bakugan to Sayomi's troops on the front lines...but perhaps she could transform it into a Bakugan itself! Tara moved over to the console the goliath was linked to. With this, she could make any modifications she wanted...interesting. Plugging in a USB she had worn on a string around her neck, she transferred the data from past Mechanical Bakugan to the unit, such as Dryoid and Altair, splicing the genetic code, then applying it to W.R.A.T.'s cybernetic mind.
The loading screen's completion was met with a blue screen, and for a moment, Tara had thought she had deactivated W.R.A.T. But then the wires began to fall from the beast, and its eyes sparked before glowing with life. It then glowed a brilliant tan color before reverting to a Bakugan ball. She had done it...she had transformed a government weapon into a Bakugan.
Pocketing the Bakugan, she then cracked open an air vent. If she was right, security would flood the room, due to the disappearance of such a deadly machine, she had to leave immediately. Moving through the vent quickly, she kicked out the vent on the other side, falling into the courtyard, and behind that man with white hair she'd met before.
"There, I've done as you've asked." She said, revealing the new Bakugan to the man. "Now, what about our deal? Are you going to help me stop Sayomi from controlling my father or not?"
Raiden pressed a few buttons on his BakuScanner and transported the two into his secret and hidden arena, usable by him only. He usually uses it to train his bakugan, or anything for that matter. Once they arrived to the spot, he walked a feet away and activated his battle system.
He was ready to battle, and so was Tara. Who will win this amazing, interesting battle?!

Would she be a worthy brawler to have on his team to fight against both forces of the upcoming war? Or were all the hard work her father put into this bakugan just a waste of time? These questions were going to be answered soon as both brawlers stood feet apart and had both of the BakuScanners activated.
Raiden was not smiling, he was showing any emotions, but it was clear he was ready to brawl. He pulled out a card, "Gate Card Set!" He threw it to the center of the field and took out a white ball figure, with gold trimmings. He threw it to the Gate Card, "Bakugan Brawl! Stand Haos Mega Dristrix! Show them no mercy!"

Tara glared at her BakuScanner. It was so easy to hack into, and this guy must have an override so that he could force brawls. Not exactly wonderful. "I just want to let you know, this thing might go insane and attack everything, or it might do just what I want it to." She pulled out the tan sphere from her pocket. "Either way, there's no time quite like the present to find out. Bakugan Brawl!"
She tossed the sphere casually onto the battle field, and the mechanical marvel that once stood in the laboratory now stood on this battle field, at least twice the size of Dristrix. "This 'Bakugan' has a few handy functions by the way, so be ready for those."

Raiden had no worries of the bakugan going completely loose. Actually, that was exactly what he wanted it to do. He wanted to see all it's powers - mainly because, when not controlled is when you can see the full extent of something. He held his BakuScanner out, then pressed a few buttons. "Battle Key Recognized. Jinx Spartalaser initiating." This wasn't Raiden's usual Battle Key, it was weaker.
Jinx Spartalaser is a mega-cannon blaster with an auto target lock feature that will fire as many shots as needed. It fires flashes of energy beams that can tear into an opponent. It operates a directional defense system to protect itself. Once Dristrix was equipped with Jinx Spartalaser, Raiden didn't hesitate to force him to attack. Raiden was ready to uncover the strengths of this new bakugan.

Tara smiled. "Wrat, transfer all power to shields, and be quick about it." The creature sparked to life once more. "Transfering." It said, before punching into the blast, deflecting it into the nearby wall.
"Now, lets see what you can do here. My W.R.A.T. unit doesn't use Ability Cards, it has command procedures instead. Wrat! Cargo Threat inbound!" Wrat's eyes began to glow and it raised one hand high into the air. "Threat to Cargo detected! Neutralizing!" It shouted, bringing its open palm down into the ground, creating a devastating tremor, bringing rocks up stabbing into Dristrix. "With all this shaking, you should have a fun time aiming, shouldn't you?"

Raiden smirked. This girl had some serious power - at least much more than the last two brawlers he faced. He might actually have fun with this girl & bakugan!!
"No abilities huh? Fine then, I'll just show you the power of Dristrix." Raiden raised his hand and pointed his fingers up to the sky. He soon had a though. Why not let Dristrix use some of the power granted by the power of his Battle Key. "Jinx Spartalaser Demise!" Dristrix fired flashes of energy beams at W.R.A.T.

Tara narrowed her eyes as the blasts struck Wrat, completely destroying his left side. "Wrat, initiate regeneration and adaption procedure." Wrat began to regenerate, using a program similar to Helios' old FARBRAS system. "Systems regenerated to 190% efficiency." The system echoed, and Wrat stretched his neck. "Damage healed and systems upgraded. Tara, options suggest we take the offensive now." Tara just nodded, snapping her fingers. "Very well. Enable battle systems."
Wrat activated his adaption procedure. "Generating ammunition, rounds now capable of bypassing Haos Jinx Spartalaser overshield. Weapons free, firing." Tan glowing shots began to fire from Wrat's blaster, enveloping Dristrix in smoke.

Raiden held out a card, "Special Ability Activate! Great Advance Rapier!" he then threw it, and it spiraled around both of the bakugan. It created a tornado made purely out of light and nothing else. It increase the power of Dristrix by a handful. Dristrix started blowing barrages from every other angle, and was moving too fast for the naked eye. Once the attack was done, W.R.A.T. fell to the ground. Dristrix stood tall and started laughing, "You're not that tough."

Tara's eyes widened. "Wow, Wrat couldn't pick up the movements, that's really impressive, but lets see how well you do against this! Wrat! Initiate command procedure 9640!"
Wrat turned to mud, a metalic voice heard from everywhere as it sank into the ground. "Now you see me, now you don't..." It said coldly, a hand reaching up and grasping Dristrix around the ankle. "Now, strike him Wrat!" With that, thousands upon thousands of volts of electricity were blasted into Dristrix, forcing him to the ground. A clone of Wrat, comprised entirely of stone, now stood above Dristrix, preparing to crush his skull into the earth. "Disappear!" It shouted.

Raiden thought for a second about his next move. Although he was using not even a bit more than a quarter of his power, he was impressed. He was about to show the little girl and he toy the full power of his Battle Key, Spartalaser.
"Jinx Spartalaser Extreme Battle Original Automatic Defense System!"
This was the ultimate move usable by Spartalaser, well when it came to defense. However, in offense, this is a different story. The body of Dristrix shined - shined so bright that everyone would have to cover their eyes. Once the light faded, W.R.A.T. was now standing straight in front of Dristrix, being hit by multiple barrages of punches. "Wrat! You could definitely be my personal punching bag!"

Wrat simply regenerated every bit of damage he received. "Maybe, seeing as you aren't doing much damage to me...Tara, may I please?" Tara blinked. Was Wrat actually...speaking out? Acting like he had free will? "Umm...I suppose?"
Wrat grasped one of Dristrix' fists, crushing it in one hand. "It's time I destroyed you. Command Procedure, Cargo Bomber!" His chest opened, revealing a devastating cannon. "With my adaption procedure, your shield will be no match for this attack, and to think, my Battle Key is yet to be used..."
With that, the cannon gained all its power, and fired directly through the shield and into Dristrix' chest.

Raiden pointed to the ground below. He actually would of needed to switch partners if that attack actually happened. But once he pointed down, it showed a mirror with a normal sized, perfectly fixed Dristrix in it. And on the ceiling, it showed another. The mirrors began to come together and one by one, the split into twelve different mirrors, spread apart from W.R.A.T. "This shall be fun!"
Since Dristrix was still equipped with Spartalaser, he didn't need to activate another effect attack. Instead he just shot lasers from all different directions. Up, down, left, right, everywhere. He kept shooting and shooting. Soon the auto-repair system of W.R.A.T. broke down and W.R.A.T. fell to the ground.
((This means no more auto-repairing -- Just so we can hurry this up)).

Wrat was hit head on by all the blasts, falling to the ground. "I...can't repair this damage Tara! We have to act now! Test your battle key!" Tara nodded and pulled out her laptop. "I don't have the entire code created yet, but this should be a nice test run."
A computerized voice rang out around the arena. "Battle Key Sub-Terra Ryu Magnifront recognized." Wrat stood up, new canons appearing on his shoulders, and the one in his chest now extending. "My statistics show that there is a fifty percent chance of either destroying these mirrors, or setting this arena in flames Tara, do you wish to procede?"
Tara just rolled her eyes. "I'm pretty sure I didn't click it on accident Wrat, don't go Windows '98 on me. Now fire!" Wrat charged his canons, launching into each mirror, shattering it like glass, and the real Dristrix being launched out of one in the process.
"Still think I needed tested?" Tara asked, smiling and leaning back to enjoy the fireworks.

He hated to admit it, but he was actually frustrated by the power of the girl & her bakugan. He held out a card, "This is my ace Special Ability. Lets see how well you can do against it!" Raiden jumped in the air and the card up to the ceiling of the arena. The card flashed a huge bright light, covering the arena. And that was Dristrix chance. He flashed behind W.R.A.T. jabbed him a few times, then to the front and did the same. He did this for about 10 seconds before the Wrat fell to the ground-face first. Both Battle Keys were sent back.
Mega Dristrix: "Now it's just us two W.R.A.T. No Battle Keys or anything!"

Tara scowled. "Wrat, get up, you're not done here yet!" Wrat slowly sparked back to life. "You my friend...are becoming a nieusance." Slowly getting up, he grasped Dristrix by the throat. "Lets see if I can shock you a bit." With that, millions of volts of electricity, from Wrat's own everlasting battery, began to blast into Dristrix.
Tara just smiled and laughed. "Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree! Hehe!"
