Silver, you shouldn't need the test, but I'd wait for Rez to make that decision. I'm assuming I don't have the authority to approve/deny anyone.

I do not believe that Spectra should be allowed to join. For one, his battling skills need much improvement, and two, he was called out by Bruce for cursing when put into a tight spot. A temper is not something that we need.
