An energy representation of Lye's body glided through the energy plain as he searched for Houston. For a moment he caught a glimpse of his rich lin hua, or light energy. It radiated all six attributes entwined in them, their brilliance beckoning his manifestation forward. Then Lye spotted thick lines of gan hua attached to each brawler, including his comrades. Lye partiall pushed himself out of the energy plain, keeping his place in the world though he wouldn't be able to move. "Ryek?..." Lye, being partially in the energy world could just barely see the small black void in the center of his purple Point of Wisdom. He could also see the thick gan hua that engulfed Chaos Baracudas. It gave him the same feeling that Makai's energy gave him. Although Makai's gan hua was delicately laced with lin hua. "Ryek that bakugan is possessing you, I can't fix it, the old hag said there was more to my sage energy that I had to figure out, and I don't know what." Lye didn't know it, but there were many items of power for sages to use. Like his curved blade, the Sage Dimensia. He hadn't known, but his now deceased mistress left him a Sage Compass which had the power to enhance his abilities in the Celestial, mainly referred to as the energy, Plain. She also left him Sage Critical, a small dagger which was the easiest weapon to send someone into the Shadow Plain with, and the most powerful of all sage weapons, the Folios of Celestial Energy. One was destructive, violently laced with the gan hua of the second sage, Kumuro Hisagaki, and the next was diligently traced with the powerful lin hua of the first sage, Sanai Yamamoto. One pure and soothing, the next destructive and madness inducing, both protected by living, snake-like pearls that were created by the concentrated hua of their authors. Both books held powerful secrets, and Lye had to find them, it was his destiny. But he had already agreed to protect the princess, all he can do is hope he can obtain them in the energy world. Lye plunge back into the energy world, looking rapidly for Houston's awe-inspiring energy, but it wasn't where he last saw it, he had to keep looking.

Houston released a telepathic, one way message to Lye.

"Defeat Ryek's bakugan. Finding me is the least important thing right now. Caesar and Ryek need to be defeated before you can locate me. The dark energy radiating from them is causing interference," he communicated.

"You think your puny, little negation can stop us?" Caesar taunted with a smile, "Obviously the "great" Arazel I have been hearing about is nothing more than a stuck up poser! You aren't worth my time. Ability activate! Destruction Wave Pulse!"

Zamial released a powerful EMP from his mouth, causing all the opposing bakugan great pain and anguish. The pain was so excruciating that it caused the bakugan on Arazel's team to collapse in pain.

"Zamial," Caesar called, "Return to me. These posers aren't worth our time." Caesar emphasized the word poser as Zamial flew back to him. Caesar disappeared, but the ability's power lingered, still causing great pain to the bakugan on Arazel's team.

Of course. Lye leaped out of the Celestial plain only to meet the anguish of the EMP blast. Phaeton shielded him, of course, but he still felt the shock wave from it. "Phaeton are you okay?" Phaeton rose almost unaffected, a lie, "Yeah I'm fine Lye," also a lie. Something Glinted in the corner of Phaeton's eye as Caesar left, "Lye, what's that?" He beckoned him to the glare.

Azazel finally woke up from his coma-like state. Entress was on the ground and Caesar was nowhere to be found. He cursed silently and saw the new person. He sort of looked familiar. He saw his outstreatched hand and shook it, giving a weak welcome, due to the fact that he was still shakey from his nightmares...or were they more than that?
"We need all we can get. Entress, come back! You could start by helping us take out Barracudas.
Bakugan brawl, go subterra Blast Elico!" The military-hardened subterra bakuganrose from the ball it came from and launched a heavy hand to hand combat assault on Barracudas

Bakugan brawl arise from the depth of Thartarus Pyrus Drakrudon

A gigantic bakugan arose from the gatecard he was a more powerful version of the "Hydranoid" he has spike all over his body making him immune to physical attacks.

Come on Drakrudon let show Ryek and his partner out to brawl Daniel said with his mouth opened.

Ryek looked back at Azazel and Daniel." Danny boy, good to see you. How goes it?" he said in a relaxed tone of voice. He then saw drakrudon appear." What happened to your draykus?oh and Azazel, I have bertayed no person."

think they want to brawl." he then lifted his left hand and released a black and white field, catching Entress and Drakrudon." this is the second area: Tierra opisitae. Hope you can survive."

"This is nothing, Double ability activate, Earthern Revolt plus Subterra Force Alive!" Azazel commanded. Elico released a large burst of subterra power from his body. Entress came back out, only at a fraction of the power, but the main purpose was powering up Elico. Subterra Force Alive then doubled their powers.
"Sit back Entress, for support! Elico, go!" Elico saluted Entress and I and charged back over to Barracudas.
(Ryek, Entress was callled back. It only could've hit Elico, your ability that is.)

" you know..." choas begun to speak. Then, elico turned around and ran the other way." ... Oppisitae means opposite. This is a fun trick. Oh and think fast." he tried to run towords baracudas, but instead sprinted after Elico and kicked at him.

Ryek was not interested." Azazel, if that's all you got, there's no way you can beat me." he said being compleatly serious.

Lye was still enveloped in the power of his celestial compass. He finally managed to resist the call of it, beckoning him into the energy plain. "Phaeton, enough fireworks, let's get down. Ability card, activate! Pyra Dragon Fist!!" On command, Phaeton swallowed a sun sized fire ball and punched both of his fists together, "Alright, Now I've got a fire in my belly!!" He charged into the fight and therw a quick, fiery jab at Baracudas, in an attempted strike to the mid-section.

Double ability activate attribute drain and demon scythe

uhmm... Ryek just for a head's up that card drain all your bakugan strength and use it as his own,it also make all my moves to be doubled so prepare for some pain baracudas cause here comes one.

Drakrudon fired tentacles at the chaos bakugan and absorb every of his power and he used it has his own then he multiplied into two the other one fired fire ball with eletricity at baracudas countinously giving him no chance to dodge or do anything.

How do you like that ryek your bakugan is close to extinction and there his nothing you can do.

Phaeton landed his punch on Baracudas and saw the fireball coming at him. He smirked and swallowed it whole. Whipping back around, he fired a stream of searing flames amplified by his own power into Baracudas' face. "Now that's what I call fire!! Tastes great too!" He kicked off of Baracudas' head to evade Lye's next attack. Lye rushed in, still in mind sight, and cut the dank gan hua that enveloped Baracudas. It wouldn't change his nature, but it would at least stop him from possessing Ryek. Lye sheathed his blade and kicked Daniel in the head one good time before saying. "Ryek Marachion is not a traitor, I've known him long enough to know he'd never betray his friends. And if any of you question him, you answer to Phaeton." At the remark Phaeton grinned, letting small flames ignite under his toothy grin.

"Lye," Houston said in a telepathic message to Lye, "You don't have time for this. This guy is just distracting you from your goal. If he has to come along, fine, just get everyone who needs to go with you. You should be able to locate me now."
