This has been brought to my attention by two members and I feel like I owe you all some answers. Alright. I haven't really been around here as much as most of you already know. With school and my health problems concerning stress to deal with, I was not in the condition to fully support Battle Net. There were many things wrong with that site that I was not able to fix because of it. There were things I wanted to add to make it better that I was not able to add because of it. Theoretically, the site was not finished. A lot of ideas that I have gotten for that site sadly could not have been put to good use. I feel like I forced a sudden change on all of you concerning which effects I allowed and did not allow. There were also new rules that you had to follow. Adapting to change is not always the easiest thing in the world to do. I get all that. But would you believe me if I told you someone actually liked the direction that I was taking bakugan brawling in? A veteran member of this site joined my site and thought it was a nice change from this place. He saw it as a chance to start over after being one of the ones who endured the "Dark Ages" of this place when Mindy was in power. He couldn't wait to have fun on that site like he did on here in the past. When I was about to return after dealing with my health problems, I noticed that this site was reopened and many of you left to return here. That's fine. I'm not trying to point any fingers and start anything by saying that. All I'm saying is he felt left out. He doesn't want to come back here. He has so many bad memories of maltreatment from here that prevents him from ever enjoying bakugan on this site ever again. All he wanted to do was to have a chance to enjoy brawling again and look what happened to him. He didn't even have the chance to do anything before you all left. Now he's going to quit...again. bakugan-battlenet.boards.net/thread/508/off-again?page=1&scrollTo=1798I'm not saying I disapprove of your decision to move here. From the way things were looking, I'm not very surprised. But regardless of the circumstances, this is a complaint. A complaint not only against me, but against everyone on here who was present on Battle Net before this site's reopening. I'm not saying you have to go back there to please just one person. I'm not saying you have to take responsibility for contributing to someone quitting. What I want to know from you is if you thought Battle Net could have become great. Was it a step in the right direction like Kingmana believed? Was it a good or bad change? Did it have any potential? Is it even worth keeping up right now? I just basically want your opinion on the situation. If you're not going to do it for me, at least do it for a fellow member. I know he would have done it for you too.

To be honest Zane your site (battlenet) is a great site but we (members that are from wc) we were not that comfortable with the rules, the issue of honor point and others we were ok with it that is why most of us were mot that active. But as for me i think the site should continue and Wc should as continue

1. You can't help with health and life issues and there wasn't anything wrong with the site. I enjoyed being on it.
2. It might not be that easy with changes but it wasn't that hard even for me so I don't think anyone as any complaining on that section. It was fair as it should be concerning with cheating etc, which I'm glad for.
3. I agree with that veteran member. It was a nice change and a good one too. One I liked from the start. I don't want that member to quit at all. Like me some people might choose both sites to be on. No one said both sites couldn't run with the same members.
4. Battle net could become an awesome site and a good one too that gives people form the "dark age" a fresh start and enjoy brawling like everyone is suppose to.
5. Jack in my opinion the honor points is a good idea because it gives people rewards for the hard work they put into brawling, advertising etc. Some people might be comfortable with the rules and how things were being handled.

Honestly I'm short of words. I read Kingmana's speech and my hearth was enveloped with sadness. Although I only experienced little of Mindy's tyrannic reign, it still bug me to see a female(I presume) act in such a ruthless manner. To me I love Battle Net. Its a true RPG site. After playing Final Fantasy Dissidia, I became even attracted to Battle Net and I wanted to be the first Legendary brawler there. I love the battle system, like Sylvanas said "You are rewarded for your hardwork after winning a battle" which WC failed to do. To cut the story short, Battle Net was almost perfect. But the Admin failed to do his task which he had explained why. Battle Net and WC should continue side by side. But I do not want Kingmana to leave just because of another site was opened. He was once forced to quit now he been cast away like a old pair shoes, thats not fair, atleast try to picture yourself in his shoes. We want him back it may not be here in wc, he would be on battle net.

Well,I was a member of Battle Net and I loved it(except when the skin theme was changed and it was snowing in the background, which prevented me from accessing that site from my mobile).I wish both the WC and Battlenet to continue.

Hi guys. After reading Kingmana speech, I felt touched and to be honest battle net was actually almost perfect for me. I was picturing battle net to be better than WC and I wish both sites should continue and Kingmana should please stay to have fun at least after the DARK AGE.

This 'Dark Age' you refer to is in the past as Mindy is not here anymore so what is the problem?

Did you read the post from Kingmana?
I don't know what you think but that apparently affected him greatly. He remembers too many bad things that happened on this site and he doesn't want to come back.

If that is how you all feel, then I'll continue Battle Net so it can run alongside WC. I placed the forum in maintenance and am currently working on it so it can have all of the necessary changes that I did not make, and as a result, some rules will be changed and will require all of us to start from scratch.

Update: Just to give you all an update on my progress, I should be ready to reopen Battle Net this weekend. There are still rules that must be fixed and things added. Some of the new additions to the site include forbidden ability cards and complete rule sets for all of the "support weapons". There are also some new things within that category that I think you would all find a bit interesting as well. I have also buffed the cards in the shop to make them more viable rather than mostly useless.

Oh Dear Goddess. I am glad I am not the type of person who backs down of his words, but I cannot help but feel a bit uneasy after being pointed out so many times in a single thread.
First off, I am here because Tehrag looked for in another site. I was planning to sneak in sometime, just as I had done in the past, to see how you guys were doing as I cannot help myself but check on my old friends once in a while. I am just glad Tehrag told me about all of this so I could log in earlier.
Then….Dark Age and Mindy, Dark Age and Mindy, Dark Age and Mindy…that's all I see over here, but there is much more there that you are not realizing. A single person can't be pronounced as the unique guilty of a Dark Age, there were a lot of things. Members that would not respect Staff at all, Staff that would treat others how they pleased and do what they pleased as well, uncountable of times when a Shop Helper or similar was yelled or treated badly just for trying to do their job as good as they could, People creating overpowered effects to win all battles and Staff allowing them just because they were friends or family. It was as if there existed an 'Elite' of people who had to be treated as superior and let them do as they please with you.
But that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that there was not a single friendly contact between Normal Users and Staff anywhere. There were only yells, insults, bad treatment and more. You didn't see a time when you could just have fun and enjoy the site. That's more than horrible for a site which is supposed to be made for fun.
So that's the so called Dark Age. But about now? If I were to analyze the site as I have just done with the Dark Age, I would say that I see no change. Sure, those people who were causing trouble are nowhere to be seen, possible banned permanently. But that doesn't fix the problem. Just by cutting and replacing pieces of the head, you can't magically fix the body. I mean, come on, do you really think the site has changed that much since Mindy has gone? I can still see the links of the 1st Season with Skull, Calvin and Cage over the header. No word of my vocabulary can really describe what I feel about that. You can't claim a change without updating those once in a while.
Now moving to the more bright part. What is the site actually missing for me? It's missing some communication. That's, just some communication. Sure, there are a bunch of other things to fix but communication is like the best step forward. What do I mean by this is just some feedback between Staff and Normal Users. Admins just tend to take decisions by their own here and they never let anyone the chance to at least share their thoughts. As the admin I am in my other site, I can say that letting your Users share their thoughts about the things you do, and even get them to help you decide, is the best thing you can do. You don't know if you are doing well otherwise. Users always have the answer and it's not hard to snatch that answer from them so give it a chance sometime.
As for what I'll do. Well I am not joining WC, not unless I see some true change. I really don't see that the Admins here are doing much. As for Battle Net, I'll actually give it a chance. Zane, he truly has some dreams about this forum of his and he really wants to work for those. So yeah, I'll give it a chance. It doesn't matter how much the maintenance takes, I'll wait patiently and join again. As long as there is hope, I will never let it die.
So well, that's all I have to say. I probably should thank you for reading all of this so eh, thanks. I am just too talkative when I have important stuff to say.
Kings is out.

When I was last here Mindy and Calvin where running things as best they could, and this site was fun and friendly but now we cannot make anyone have that experience without active members that's my opinion.

Maybe your memory is not functioning correctly, but "A single person can't be pronounced as the unique guilty of a Dark Age, there were a lot of things." When a single person controls everything, it can. As for disrespectful people, that happens regardless of where you are. As for the overpowered effects, that was ridiculous and a stop has been put to that.
Maybe YOU didn't enjoy yourself or have any friends that were staff, but you speak for yourself.

I had i little taste of Mindy regin but during that period it was horrble. Although she wasn't active with the Game master but a new account which immediately she registered she made her self a staff so as not to be corrected by any one. The was also a thread that she created in the Gym area (Terra Vs Terra) she threw in the first and second bakugan with the same account but different post and forfeited with the same account and he counted it as a win so as to evolve her bakugan. What she did if it should be a normal user who did that he/she may get warned or even banned, he didn't care about the way he hurt people just doing things any how, get people banned without a genue reason. Those the Dark Age Kingmana is talking about. But if only Kingmana could give Calvin a chance to prove that he is better than Mindy. I believe Calvin has great plans for the site.

I don't think he is bashing Calvin. He is just saying that if there was enough change to suit him, there would be no hint of the old times. He just doesn't want to see anything that reminds him of those things.
