Someone give me a cookie for posting here. Still, I'd rather ask than find out harder way.
1. If I change opponent's Bakugan attribute into his special attribute [copyrighted to me] can he throw in his Support Weapon if his Support Weapon is Dextra? Since Dextra is made of six normal attributes I doubt special attributes go in there and think he cannot throw in his Support Weapon while Bakugan is special-attributed. Is that true?
2. If opponent's Bakugan is Clear can he send in a non-clear SW?

If you change your opponent's attribute into his/her special attribute, they will not be able to use their support weapon in this scenario. 2. No.

Sorry for asking again, but things don't come to my mind all at once. I need some information.
1. Can you do an effect that turns your opponent's counters all into a specific type of counter? E.g. turn all opponent's counters into negations.
2. If you loop an ability form Bakupack can you play a Fusion Ability with it despite you didn't use it directly?
3. When you make Preyas-evolution; one Bakugan 'makes other Bakugan'. Does your original Bakugan get additional start G-power (1200 G) or your new Bakugan has that G-power? Or both only have limit of 1000 G?

1. No. That's illegal.
2. No.
3. I don't know how to answer that at the moment. I'll get back to you.

Guess who asks questions. I know you have lots of work, so answer whenever you feel like it.
1) Support Weapon cannot stand alone without Bakugan in play, right? 2) Effect 'send back all opponents' Bakugans and SWs not matching my Bakugan type'. Is that legal? 3) Opponent cannot apply his battle conditions. Effect that would not allow opponent to play non-effect things stated in 'Effect' section. Allowed? Copyrightable?

1. I think it should depend on the type of support weapon in play. E.g. A battle gear shouldn't be in play since it isn't attached to a bakugan. 2. It is legal. To me, it should be general, but I'm not sure if it is copyrighted. 3. That should be illegal.

For 3, it is illegal to create effects to prevent the activation of brawlers' copyrighted effects.
