this abilty is a shield that hits away all your bakugan
for example if you use an abilty card that decrease me by 500 with the shield it hits you instead so instead of your attack hitting me it hits you this works for two turns plus you cant skip your turn while this card is acivted

Helios goes up by 300 and he cannot be effected by any card you use
so you just wasted your card now its 1600 vs 2500
