We're just going to get straight to the point with topics I need to discuss before summer is over, and judging by my job and workout schedule, I need to make this now.
Some of you already know this, but I've recently graduated from high school. I will be going to college in the fall. The impact it will have on my schedule is self-explanatory especially to the college students I already have in my passe. I am a student-athlete; I make sure my GPA is high and I am a track runner. My appearance is not to be expected every day of the week, so do not come to me and tell me anything about me being inactive on purpose like some people have done with the Battle Net incident. I have worked with plenty of you this season, so I expect the same in return.
We are getting close to the end of season 1. After episode 28, I will have multiple episodes up at once since nothing will be spoiled, which means we can move faster. After 34 is done, I will have a few surprises. If you've been paying any attention to certain episodes, you will know what that is. I will leave that up to you to figure out. In the meantime, I've already started preparing for season 2 to take place not too long after season 1's epilogue is completed. I need you to know two things before that takes place.
1. Sign ups will start once the final boss is being fought. If you read my rules, you know what I want. Any returning characters that I trust will have priority consideration over the positions they apply for. There are two people that have been apart of my plot that I will not allow back in any of my seasons, and I will name and shame them not to show my anger or distaste for them if any exists, but it's just so you know that I am very serious in enforcing my rules.
Markus: Bailed without giving prior notice and paved the way for this behavior to sink in before I had to put a stop to it. When I say I want to be informed in advance, that's what I mean. None of this will be tolerated.
Tracy: (In my opinion, this is worse than Markus, and I was very forgiving.) I will commend this person for having a great attitude at the beginning and being a good example of what I was looking for, but that's where it ends. He is primarily responsible for us not being either really close to being done or being done with season 1 in its entirety for his unexplained inactivity until it was too late, and when he was online, I was not provided the password due to his extended absence nor was I informed about what was going on on more than one occasion. During this time, he has made really ridiculous posts that were very short in length, which was very unacceptable. He is also responsible for spoiling episode 24 by creating an evolution for Gargulion before it even happened in the episode, which I specifically mention in the rules as being an offence that calls for immediate expulsion.
It is the same thing I said when naming and shaming Rex Solarix in my rules. If you're going to do these things, DO NOT SIGN UP. It's that plain and simple for all of you. This leads to what I'm about to say in number 2.
2. Among a few rules that I'll be adding to my list, there's one that I want all of you to know will be there when the sign ups are created. Every canon that participates in the plot will be required to allow me to have access to their character's account. In other words, you will pm me the password to the account when you're accepted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in you being rejected for the season. This is to ensure the mentioned situations will not happen again.
Many of you seemed to like what I did with season 1's teaser, so I'll be doing another one for season 2. You will not see that teaser until season 1's epilogue is completed; however, I will drop a few blurbs at certain times to hold you over until then. There is no set time for when these will go up nor will there be a set number. They will also be vague to provoke speculation.
Once the final boss is fought, I will create a thread where I will ask you to evaluate the season in its entirety. You've all set the bar in terms of the rating system, so I'll have a five star rating system that will be used. Keep in mind that I will only accept CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM ONLY. Any hate posts will be removed and the poster will be dealt with accordingly. Reading your feedback can allow me to deliver more of what you love, and it also allows me to fix anything that needs to be fixed. This is especially mandatory for the people who participated.
The last thing I need to say involved disciplinary actions that I've had to take the past few days. Please make sure you're doing what you're supposed to do to avoid my attention. If you're cheating in battle or attempting to hoodwink any staff members in the shop, please stop. You've all been doing very well and I hate to see that ruined by a few bad apples.
That's all for now.
