Ventus Flip does two things
1. It gives me the advantage in battle.
2. It gives me a 200 G-Power boost.
As for Holy Ophan Spear, this card does two things
1. It takes away 500 G-Power from my opponent, reducing your G-Power back to 1000
2. Beginning next turn, my cards' future effects are doubled from what they usually are.
Me: 1000 G-Power (+200 from Holy Ophan Spear)
You: 1000 G-Power (-500 from Holy Ophan Spear which was transferred to me)
Advantage: Me
My Life Gauge: 480
Your Life Gauge: 500

If you have a Pyrus Bakugan in the battle, decrease your opponent's Bakugan's power level by 300G. Also, negate your opponent's Ability Card that affects your Pyrus Bakugan.
So bye bye effects of Holy Ophan SPEAR.
