3) All Ventus Bakugans have their G-power increases gain a 200 G bonus

You stated my power is 400, I do not see any decrease that would move me from 500.
But anyway- doesn't mater.
Your base is 400 due to my hit and you have 2 Bakugans, so total base is 800.
Me: 500+200+1800= 2500
You: 2600-200-1800= 600
