Episode 48: Truth and Tribulation

[Markus Hederick]

Gargulion was not particularly worried about the wound. He was about to take care of that in a flash. His spirit form manually removed the injured portion of his body, and then he reformed it by activating, "Building Stone." The broken part was rebuilt, and an extra layer was added on top of his frame to prevent it from being cut through again. Still, repeated jabs at it will break it down to where that won't matter. They had to do something quick.

"Ability activate! Power Theft!" Markus did not want Kyuki to have such a dominant outlook on the entire battlefield. To stop this, Markus introduced his own element to the battlefield.

Gargulion unleashed a ghostly apparition of himself that charged right through the foggy areas. All of the fog dissipated, as it was being absorbed into this familiar. The temperature in the room was now going to steadily rise back up to room temperature, because the ice was also absorbed. In normal circumstances, a user of the ability Kyuki just used would have a fatal consequence for being subjected to an ability like this, because the majority of users will often have their forms changed into this substance. He assumed Kyuki would not be that stupid, so it wasn't something to anticipate.

The ghost flew into Gargulion's body and gave him the option to apply the ability's power whenever he wants to, assuming he has enough energy from the ability to do so after repeated uses.

"Get him! Gargoyle's Beam!" Gargulion quickly shot Kyuki with a green energy stream. Blue strips of energy from Kyuki's ability swirled around it, giving it a bit more oomph to it. It hit the old man hard, but it didn't stop grinding into his health. He was engulfed by the blast completely, so he took a giant hit and had damage piling up from being subjected to the confines of the beam.

Surprising to Markus, the old man was still standing, albeit moderately damaged. Something was holding him up. Could it have something to do with what Kyuki administered to himself earlier?

"You're actually making this a challenge. Congratulations," Markus mocked Kyuki. "What kind of PED's are you into? I never saw that one before. It looks like it's doing it's job just fine."

Gargulion stayed upright, and gestured for Kyuki to bring it on.

A minor obstacle; nothing else. 

With so many upgrades that can and will be done, attacking Kyuki and hope for killing him will soon become a distant memory. Kyuki takes his gaze off Gargulion and sets it on one specific battle- Jennifer versus Lydia. That battle was of great significance for what Kyuki had been planning to do in this battle and by the looks of it everything IS going to flow according to plan after all- Lydia is clearly losing the fight against her own mother who is now far superior fighter. Even without these power-ups, Jennifer's partner Haos Spade Sentinel would effortlessly defeat Angelight/Devilin in a one-on-one brawl. Jennifer was not one of the professionals among Eden for nothing; she used to be far beyond some of the current professionals. Once that little girl is beaten down completely and unconscious Kyuki can proceed with his plan.

"Mayhem..." With a flash released from Kyuki's eyes Gargulion is teleported right in front of him.

Kyuki puts his right index finger at Gargulion's forehead. In that moment all the colors for Gargulion become inverted as severe and painful spasms begin to take over his body followed by unbearable seizures. This ability allows one to manipulate other person's body by forcing an impulse through their nerve system and controlling what exactly that impulse will do. There are almost no limitations so causing severe seizures, spasms and even inverting someone's eyesight is not out of the question. Kyuki then spin-kicks Gargulion into his neck sending him into a cold hug with a wall and several metal crates nearly breaking his neck with that maneuver. His eyes begin pulsing in an even more violent rhythm after this attack.

"Is that all?" Markus taunted after Kyuki's melees. He had one planned for the old man too. "Nightmare Fleet!"

From Gargulion's downed position - which he stayed in for attacking purposes - he emitted a pulse from his hand. A shadowy apparition immediately went for Kyuki, casually floating around him continuously until a swift kick towards Kyuki's throat was landed out of nowhere. It turns out Markus did this himself, and - since he was greatly enhanced by Gargulion's power in the attack - did a lot of damage to Kyuki. He then kicked Kyuki right in his testicles, jumped on his shoulders, and jumped off of them while simultaneously faceplanting the doctor in the process.

While hitting someone in that area is dishonorable in general, Kyuki forfeited his right to a fair fight a LONG time ago. Plus, even he made it a point that there was no use for morals in a fight like this one. It was fair game.

"Here! Have another!" Markus casted the same ability, Nightmare Fleet. This time, Gargulion moved in towards Kyuki via Markus' shadow. As he jumped out, Markus faded back into Gargulion.

"Might need to take another pill," Gargulion coldly recommended as he got to work. He fiercely landed on Kyuki's back. He grabbed Kyuki by his hair and pulled his head up, only to activate, "Void Ripper!" His right arm glowed immensely, forming an energy blade. He swiftly executed Kyuki by severing his head from his body. He didn't stop there though. He was so disgusted by Kyuki that Gargulion let his blade run through Kyuki's body, cutting through many vital organs necessary for a body to function properly such as his heart. Gargulion dug his foot into Kyuki's body and lifted it with his foot. He launched it elsewhere.

"Look out for any anomalies. I think we've all learned our lesson when it comes to this, since Dasia has done it far too often. That couldn't have killed him," Markus believed. "He may even be more dangerous now, but that's whatever. It was going to happen eventually."

"Heard." As much as this didn't matter - as he was getting hit anyway - Gargulion stood ready for whatever was coming. At the very least, he'll be ready to receive what's coming to him.

Several moments after being severed, Kyuki's head moves on its own.

Its teeth sharpen and extend and with one swift movement he bites Gargulion in the arm and causes temporary shock to Gargulion's cells. This pushes Gargulion back a bit and then his massacred body gets a hold of the head and repositions it. His own cells and bones begin to regenerate and soon are recovered that it does not even look like it ever was severed. His body begins to regenerate as well, but it does not appear like Kyuki was hurt badly from the damage to organs... Who knows... maybe he is an undead giving these people an impression he is alive so they would focus on physical damage. He then grabs Gargulion and smashes his face against one wall a couple of times before causing elemental shackles of ice and flame surround Gargulion and render him immobile. He then walks away and presses a button on one of the control panels that were, luckily, not destroyed in this battle.

A hatch on the floor opened and a capsule emerged from the hatch.

Judging by its design it could store a single person. Was he planning on putting Gargulion or Markus in? Did not seem so.

"Enough of this bullshit. Deliver the Perfect Key, NOW!" Kyuki yelled at Jennifer who just knocked out both Lydia and Devilin. In this room, only Kyuki and Maria are fully aware of what Perfect Key exactly is... Maria has not been long among Advent but she learned a lot about this 'Key'... and it is not good if it is used the way Kyuki plans to use it. However, Maria cannot stop it and she does not know how either; she herself is not related to the Key and only Key-users can stop another Key-user. "Make sure there is no interference..." Kyuki commands his creations as he awaits for Jennifer to deliver the Key.

[Tracy White]

The battlefield did not look much better from Tracy's perspective. From what she could see, Tank and Markus were doing exactly what they were supposed to do. Tank overperformed and actually inflicted severe damage on Virus, and Markus was doing what he could to destroy Kyuki. It can be argued that Markus would have won by now if Kyuki was not regenerating so much. For him to survive mutilation on that scale must mean that a special method must be used to kill him. Even then, Tracy was not concerned about Markus' condition at the moment and saw no reason to offer him assistance as of right now. Frosch was in the same boat as Markus. Despite the Legendary Soldier doing his job, he required no sustenance, as he was in a similar standing with Kyuki when it comes to the "immortal" aspect.

That left the Andersens. They were struggling. She knew their parents were tough, but this was absolutely disgusting. They needed help fast, because they could not fall, no matter the circumstance.

"Sky. Aquos, attribute change," Tracy called out. Skystar's belt shifted to the Aquos symbol, and it shone. Aquos had been activated, just as Tracy had said.

"Send 'em," Skystar requested.

"Sentience!" she activated first. Skystar's brain emitted an invisible pulse that locked onto Lydia and Devilin. Through this ability, she was able to decipher what was specifically wrong with them before applying any healing countermeasures. Now she knew what caused their injuries and how she can provide a remedy.

"Heavenly Waters!" A ripple of energy flowed through Skystar's scepter. She gently grazed it over the floor, sending out blue and yellow ripples. Frosch, Gladion, and Hydra would go unaffected, since they did not require this ability's aid. As for Alex, Lydia, and Devilin, they will surely be in Tracy's debt.

Upon being seized by Sky's ability, Lydia, Devilin, and Alex glowed yellow. In Alex's case, a blue light surged throughout his body. It surged through him like the stormy seas. This cleansed him on the inside to prevent him from getting a staph infection from the inflicted wound. His blood supply was restored back to normal to replace the blood he lost. The axe was slowly pushed off of his body until it had nothing to lodge itself into. It fell on the floor, and the mark that it left on Alex's body closed itself up. He should be a-okay soon, because the ability gives him healing factor to recover.

An identical situation would take place in Lydia and Devilin's bodies. The internal conflict caused by the tranquilizer was attacked directly by this ability. It seeped outside of their bodies like water. It appeared as a tarry, blue liquid that eventually became clear, showing that it was not lethal for anyone to touch. Those two should be looking healthy very shortly from the healing factor as well.

Gargulion received the same treatment as the rest. The attack on his cells was rendered ineffective by this ability, so he should have no trouble escaping his hold, especially when their overall physical condition was holding up very well despite who they were up against.

"Illumina: Vengeance!" A whirl of light strands revolved around Skystar. They flowed around her body downwards. The same thing happened for everyone else in the party. For the amount of health that they recovered, their offensive potential increases. From the amount of health that they lost overall, their defensive potential increases. It was a nasty buff, but they deserved something for all their hard work while Tracy lets them do the fighting. No one would catch her casting these spells in an actual fight, because some of these spells can tax her stamina heavily at times. It hasn't happened yet, but everyone has their limits.

"Whatever he's planning to do, it needs to stop," Tracy knew, and shared with Maria. "That old man should've been creamed by now. He shouldn't be able to come back like that. There has to be another way to destroy him..."

As soon as Maria heard what Kyuki said her spine got the chills.

About three years ago she started researching on Alex, Daniel and Lydia- them having powers than no normal human should have and results showed her that Achron race had their fingers inside this business. Term 'keys' used in Achron technology was referred to type of powers one was given and the role of the person it was given to. 'Prime Key' or 'First Key' is referred to the wielder of 'blue power' or 'Purgatory' and it serves as connection between other keys- in this scenario that would be Alex. 'Second Key' is referred to 'red power' or 'Inferno' and it serves as primary offensive and defensive tool in the set of keys- Daniel. And, finally, 'Third Key', which is also referred to as 'Final Key' or 'Perfect Key' is created based on mistakes, flaws and experiences of other two keys so the 'Perfect Key' will not make such mistakes and will truly be perfect- it has powers of other two keys, it has evolutionary manipulation over wielder's body and mind, serves as archive of data, offense, defense and also a way to stop other two keys if they are to start mischief. And in this scenario that is Lydia- wielder of 'purple'. This system would have been perfect, but it had one major interference- Kyuki. His attack on Andersen family made First, Second and Perfect key unable to interact for over a decade with one another, learn from one another and allow one another to develop their power. After several generations, Andersen family are among the weakest wielders of this power due to this... Even then Lydia is extremely overpowered, but she cannot bring herself to use the power- she is too frightened and now... Kyuki will not hesitate to use it. Red orb he used in battle with Gargulion... it is Daniel's 'red power' he managed to steal while keeping him captured. Utility of 'red power' makes its wielder have absolute control of their own physical and mental state meaning that they do not even need their brain or vital organs as long as ONE SINGLE cell of the body is alive. Combining two powers of these in one body would create... as Maria would call it... a creature akin to a god- something like Asuka's Ares.

"Hydra, destroy it!!" Maria shouts giving an order to her Bakugan.

"Misfortune!!" Hydra says and her body 'explodes' creating smoke. Giant Excedra emerges from the smoke. "Ability activate! Order 13th: God-Killer!" Maria declares and all thirteen heads accumulate dark, dreadful power meant for killing gods. This ability has potential to one-shot Ares if he is not careful with evasion, but it would also kill Ares- not just defeat him. All thirteen heads release dark beams towards Kyuki, Jennifer and the capsule that just emerged from the floor. "They've had enough of you, old psycho! You won't take the girl!" Maria yells as the attack goes on.

[Andrew Andersen]

"Not so fast!" Andrew's voice pierces like a thunder and disrupts Maria.

Using Gale Movement he approached Hydra's front before the giant thirteen-headed lizard could prepare or properly react and in that stage of ability she could not do anything anyways. How did he get there? Dante was strong, but no strong enough- Andrew effortlessly shook him off seconds earlier and took his axe back ignoring Alex's restoration. They would not have time to react either with that quick movement Andrew had. "Let me show you something cool, lady..." Andrew says with a creepy smile on his face and diabolical laughter. He readies his giant axe and prepares to take a strong swing. "Dragon King Battle Blade!!" He roars as an overwhelming burst of energy emerges from the axe. Axe becomes powered up by deadly energy that was enough to take down hundreds of elite Silver Knights at once.

Axe swings once and cuts of the left-middle head of M13. Another swing comes in and there goes the second left-middle. Another swing and another and another until there are no heads left. Time of execution: 2 seconds. Hydra did not stand a chance.

Hydra reverted back to her base form and looked battered thanks to Andrew. Andrew could see Maria's expression of shock. "Wish I got 50 cents every time I witnessed that face." Andrew jokes and lands before Hydra hitting her in the belly with the bottom of axe's hilt. Hydra flies into a wall and collapses- as a result she falls unconscious. She cannot stop Kyuki now and no one will stop him from doing what he had been planning to do.

It did not matter if the Perfect Key was healed or not. Her fate was already sealed the moment she came to the laboratory. And she was about to pay the price. Annoying Hydranoid was knocked out removing the only possible threat that could interrupt Kyuki at this point. Being a man who aims for quick and efficient solutions it would have been for the best if everyone here just died as soon as possible, but that could not happen if there was someone constantly healing everybody- so it would take him a few minutes longer to kill them. "Enough games, Traqdrach. Make yourself useful for once." Kyuki ordered to the beast fighting Frosh. Traqdrach began using sudden and violent movements- it used Gale Movements like Andrew to get close to Frosch and then showered the frog with some thick black goo that Traqdrach threw up. It was thicker than crude oil and washing it would take one hell of a shampoo which Frosch was not going to get any time soon. Not only that the goo kept Frosch stuck in place but it started harming his skin since it was highly hazardous for bare skin. After a few moments it should be a giant frog skeleton once this thing burns through his skin and then consumes the skeleton as well.

Having had that done Traqdrach changed his target instead of targeting Frosch who was now an overly easy target. 

It was Tracy. Giant monster simply popped up in front of Tracy and her Bakugan. It mercilessly mauled Tracy with its tail and sent her flying into a pillar where she left a vertical crater upon collision. As a result girl died on the spot. Just swinging its tail at her was enough, but the impact against the pillar broke many bones and along them any chances she could have survived that hit. Monster then released a beam of darkness at Skystar pushing her backwards and pinning her against a wall where she was left stuck. Darkness coursed through her body keeping her immobile and tainting her internals even more... in that state Traqdrach caused she could not function- she could not think, move, attack or heal... all her functions were shut down. In order to make sure the girl was dead Traqdrach fired a thunderbolt at her electrocuting the dead body just in case and frying it like a piece of meat.

Then it released dark chains from its claws and caught Devilin. It pulled her in and then smashed her into a wall so she could not aid Lydia. Lydia was again caught by Jennifer and tosses towards Kyuki.

Kyuki grabbed Lydia and put her into the capsule shown earlier by force. Capsule closed and went underground. At that point Kyuki took another gaze at the battlefield and disappeared- his body turned into gas and he was out of there. Did he run away or was it something else? At that point disturbing changes began to happen inside the laboratory. Alarm sirens began going off and lights turned red and everyone present could feel it- something like a giant heartbeat. Like the entire building itself was alive and had a heartbeat right below them causing tremors inside the building and in the surrounding area. Andrew and Jennifer could sense it and they looked disturbed... even Traqdrach began to move unexpectedly as if it was afraid. Virus growled as he looked around for what might have happened.

[Tank Stryker]

It was uncharacteristic of Tank to turn away from an enemy, but he had no other freakin' choice. What he just witnessed had him mortified to the very core of his being. His eyes were nearly bulged out of their sockets. His right hand was over his mouth. He was shaking uncontrollably. "No...you didn't...You didn't just..."

Not only was Maria made useless that quickly, but Tracy...she was just...hunted like an animal...like Kyuki didn't even care about how he carried out his business. One of the nicest souls on the planet just got treated in such a despicable manner. Tank was BEYOND PISSED now. "I'm...going...to kill...EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU!"

Gladion himself felt the same way Tank did. The way he turned slowly to look at their enemies after looking at Tracy's body summed up what he felt in body language alone. Someone was about to pay DEARLY.

"You guys think you're tough or cool for doing that?" Gladion questioned their opponents, his muscles easily getting the blood flow they needed for what was about to come next. His anger had reached an all-time high. Gladion doesn't normally do this, but he exerted his power, easily stirring up a lot of pressure in the area and shaking the entire building before Kyuki even began to do it himself. "You couldn't defeat Skystar herself, so you had to go for the girl!?" Gladion swiftly appeared behind Andrew and delivered a back-breaking punch to his back. He then snaps the man's neck with relative ease. He reached around to Andrew's right wrist and swung from underneath, forcing him to lose his grip on the axe. Gladion then went to his left side, gripped the axe, and kicked Andrew off to the side. Right after his body bounced off of the wall, Gladion hurled the axe into his throat. Targeting Traqdrach came second, because Andrew's interference was what started the process that led to Tracy's immediate death. He didn't want Maria to meet the same fate. "What's wrong!? Tougher than a human, isn't it!?"

Tank was getting an ability ready that would solve this mess. A tear dropped on his BrawlX as he was about to use it. Something in him told him that this was the right thing to do; however...

"No, Tank! Stop it!" Frosch yelled out. "That's not a very good idea right now!"

"To hell with that! Lydia's been taken, so I'm doing it!"

"No, stop! Listen to me! Tracy herself is a liability right now! Resurrecting her with that is not worth the price Gladion is going to pay for doing that! Leave it be! We'll get to it once this guy's dead!"

"Tsk...you know what..." Tank then thought of a better idea. He pressed a certain combination of buttons on his BrawlX, and then inputted a command that had it shine like a star. The same surge of power occurred on Gladion. They progressively turned red as Gladion's armor flourished in a red aura. He had now shifted to his DNA Catalyst state, making him stronger than ever before. "You guys want to pick on her? That's cool, because now it's about to happen to you!"

Frosch turned in Markus' direction after Tank's direction was corrected. "You want what's on me, or do you want me to get rid of it?" he wondered, knowing about what Markus could use the substance for.

Markus was silent as he came out from Gargulion's shadow. He didn't have to turn around. What he heard told him all that he needed to know. He was beyond saddened, because Tracy WAS the nicest person he had ever met, a common feeling among everyone. She never asked for any of this bullshit. She was here by her OWN DECISION, not because some prick attacked her or anyone she cared about.

"Yeah...I'll take it..." Markus sighed. With Kyuki temporarily retreating to do whatever he was about to do, Markus had to change his target while he still could. He inputted commands on his BrawlX and initiated the DNA Stimulus, covering both his arm and Gargulin in a bright, purple star. This resulted in Gargulion creating a muscular body for himself to adapt to his massive increase in power.

Markus pointed directly to Traqdrach, and declared an attack. "Reactive...Blow!" Gargulion covered his left arm in Ventus energy and quickly dashed towards the creature. The boosted acceleration his arm had allowed him to swiftly slug Traqdrach across its face, rocketing it towards the far side of the room.

"Armed Vessel!" Gargulion pointed towards Frosch and shot at him with a finger beam. Doing so allowed him to manipulate the substance for his own uses. It shapeshifted into a Gargulion with a bat body, and it contained all of the characteristics that made the substance so dangerous. It was Gargulion's now. The Gargulion body spat the substance on Jennifer, and had her suffer the horrible effects of it.

"Good job," Frosch congratulated. "Keep your wits about you. This is about to get REALLY dangerous." Frosch could tell that things were about to get ugly from the power level he was feeling. He didn't sound all that concerned about it, implying that he could handle it, but he wasn't going to call that out just yet.

"Gargulion, send me into her body right now," Markus said with a very serious tone. "I'll handle the healing. Just give me Kyuki's head."

"Okay," Gargulion accepted. His eyes gazed upon Markus. With a hint of effort, they seemed to exert a power that touched Markus, covering his body in a green aura. Markus approached Tracy's fallen body. As he looked at her, he started shaking his head and closing his eyes, doing his best not to cry for her.

"I'm...so sorry, Tracy..." Markus apologized. "Don't you worry... I got this... This one's all for you..." Markus seeped into Tracy's body. With that being done, he had full control over her body and mind. The energy from Gargulion supercharged Tracy. Her body's power had reached the point where her injuries did not deter Markus from having the body rise. As he stayed, the wounds were constantly being taken care of by the mere fact of Markus forcing it back to life.

"Ready, Skystar?" Markus asked through Tracy.

"...Yeah...on you..." she accepted, her voice cracking a little.

"Soul Cleanse!" By activating this ability, Skystar was bathed in a bright, cleansing light, cleaning her up from the sheer amount of cancer Traqdrach put on her. After he did that, he had another ability ready to go. Right now, it was absolutely necessary that he does this to prepare for what's coming. "Ability activate! Mode Change: Seraph Form!"

Skystar dislodged herself from the wall. Her shoulder discs moved down her back a little and sprouted angelic wings. A clone of herself appeared alongside her as well. It briefly switched between three other Bakugan: Zero Hydranoid, Dante, and Angelight/Devilin, implying that she could adapt their powers to her own now. The clone revolved around Zero Hydranoid to make her conscious again. She couldn't afford to get put to sleep like that again, so she better make sure she doesn't get caught off guard like that again.

"You better watch yourself, Kyuki. You hunted her like a fucking animal. You were relentless. You even decided to attack her corpse after she died. You disgust me. You better not think for a second that you're going to get by after what you just did to her. You're fucking dead," Markus declared.

Room began to shake violently without any announcement. Sound of a heartbeat continued to go and it became louder and faster. Floor began to move around the middle of the room and was followed by movements on the ceiling right beyond that. Two long and wide pillars emerged- they look like two giant cones coming at one another. Another giant hatch appears on the ceiling and something emerges out of it- a person wired up in tubes and cables. Judging by the appearance it was Kyuki, but it was difficult to recognize. Right near the two cones comes another hatch and an orb made of glass-like translucent material emerges- it is filled with water-like substance and there was Lydia inside it. It appeared like she was being electrocuted inside as bolts could be seen inside the water and without resistance or spasms she just directed her look towards the survivors of Kyuki's massacre. She was not dead- blinks could be seen after a while, but she appeared to be in some... drugged state.

Once Kyuki emerged in his unusual state he looked down at the ones fighting and just sighed carelessly- he could not spare one fuck for the fact that Traqdrach killed the girl. Why would he anyways? She was an enemy and enemies are to be killed.

"Wage a war against someone who slaughtered millions of creatures, bring a knife to a gunfight and then get emotional over a single death... If I had a heart I would have pitied you. War is period of no mercy and limitless bloodshed- if you can be brought to tears by one death then you should have no expectations of the future. And yet... back then you looked down on Silver Knights- cowards who are afraid of one man? They have lost more than you ever will, they knew me more than you ever will and yet you have rushed in like a bunch of headless flies into this domain- and you even brought me what I wanted. I have other business to attend to, so I might as well wrap this up."

All of a sudden, a powerful tremor shook the building and bolts began flashing in between the tips of two cone-shaped pillars. Concentration of purple-colored mass grew thicker until it formed into a purple orb. Radiation from the orb could be felt by everyone present- a gentle breeze of warmth coming in waves. It felt a lot like... Lydia. Platform Kyuki stood on traveled towards the orb and Kyuki grabbed it. Red orb he used during battle against Markus made him practically immortal- power Daniel carries includes Ultimate Cell Recovery which is an ability that regenerates one's body as long as one cell is present alive and even if person is decapitated or completely massacred. Not even a Legendary Soldier or BT System could fight this because there will always be one cell that will be killed the last- the one furthest away from the attack. And that one will instantly recover other cells before it dies and those other cells will keep repeating the process infinitely and at speed that nothing can keep up with. Daniel is, due to this, virtually immortal. His idea was to convince Tank to slaughter him since Virus would die if Daniel's body dies, but that would not work due to the UCR. There are no other ways to nullify it but to use power specialized for nullifying an Achron ability- and that one would be Lydia's. However, if Kyuki has even Lydia's who the hell was going to counter it? And Lydia's power is far greater than Daniel's and will kill Kyuki instantly even with UCR once he tries to obtain it- for this reason he equipped himself with devices that contain more heals than all healers combined on this planet have. It takes 10 seconds to obtain the power and while he is attempting it his body will be damaged heavily so the devices will keep him alive until the 10 seconds pass- then he will be in control of the power.

Kyuki grabbed the purple orb and burst of energy came out of it. It skinned Kyuki's entire body in a millisecond before it started melting off his internals and bones. Devices and UCR proceeded to restore Kyuki's body simultaneously. Shockwaves around Kyuki and the orb kept everyone away from them- if someone tried to come there to try and stop Kyuki this immense energy would turn them into dust and then break that dust into nothing. "GOOD FUCKING LUCK FIGHTING ME NOW!" Kyuki yelled as blood gushed out of his mouth and then dissolved in another shockwave. After a couple of seconds orb was crushed in Kyuki's hands and then his body exploded- literally. There was blood everywhere and this time there was no shockwave to clean it up. Kyuki disappeared. Not for long tho.

*flash* Magnificent and yet terrifying feeling fills the bodies of everyone present.

Godlike creature spawned in the room with a raging flash of white bolts.

"This power... this godly feeling... it is far greater than I could have ever anticipated. Power these children were so hesitant to use- I have the chance to see it first..." Creature spoke and its tone filled the entire room; it sounded godly, but not anything like a good god. No, that creature was far from the title of good. Was that Kyuki? It did not sound or look like him and it was definitely very powerful. Kyuki's body was crushed so it could have been something else. "Unfortunately, some will not live to tell the tale..." Creature said and it looked down on his enemies. Kyuki was never obsessed with power or rule... this creature did seem to enjoy power way too much. Did Kyuki's mind get obsessed with power after witnessing it? Who knows?

"Rise, you worthless worms." Creature said while looking at Traqdrach, Andrew and Jennifer- it did not turn its attention to Virus.

Traqdrach rose from its position and then it screeched causing a painful feeling in everyone's heads. It's 'eye-cover' began to glow in snow-white and a silhouette of a giant white Dragonoid spawned beyond Traqdrach. Spawn disappeared, but thick threads of white energy emerged from Traqdrach's body and came in contact with both Jennifer and Andrew. Andrew rose back to his feet as his health immediately recovered to full including his energy and stamina. Same went to Jennifer who became immune to effects of the black goo as well. Three of them then lined up in front of the creature facing it with their backs. They were ready for another round with these stubborn people and Bakugans. Lydia's body continued to suffer from electrocution and her pupils widened at the sight of the godlike creature- as if she recognized it. 

"Kill them. I would rather not waste my precious time." Creature ordered. Three began closing in for an attack.

((( Boss Battle Music )))

[Alex Andersen]

"What... the fuck...?" Alex said.

Despite all the healing and recoveries combined with the strength of his body he felt weakened- not only physical but mentally and emotionally as well. Every time he would set his gaze upon the creature a strong headache would take his head over. That feeling- it was like experiencing a surge of light and darkness, good and evil, joy and horror- all at the same time. Most unusual feeling he had ever experienced and it felt... so familiar. Waves of energy could be felt coming towards him, towards everyone... Such... overwhelming force. Among the ripples of light and darkness Alex could feel them... "Daniel... L-Lydia... how could this happen?" He mumbled with tremors in his voice while trying to regain balance and consciousness.  

What happened to Tracy utterly disgusted him- he did not know her personally and has not particularly cared about her, but this was too much. He could not stop it... And it was about to happen to Lydia as well... poor girl was so happy and shared nothing but warmth and care around her- she was so happy about reunion with Alex and Daniel... And it might be the case that the only way to stop Virus is killing Daniel.

"I am so...tired..." Alex mumbled silently in a dark tone. "So... so... tired..." 

"You've taken their parents, tore their family apart and continued to torture them for years. You've had a nerve to take their parents as a weapon against them. And you've STILL have not had enough..." Alex kept talking in a dark tone and it started becoming less and less clear- almost as if his mouth were covered by something. The blue light his body was producing in the fight against Andrew turned dim... dark-purple and black particles began spawning around Alex's body and flew into the air. "So... so... tired..." He said again. The darkness from far before began taking over- this time stronger than ever. He remembered the darkness- this feeling... desperation... anger... tiredness... wrath so overwhelming that it could not be expressed by word. "D-Dante..." Alex mumbled and slowly turned towards his partner.

"Alex..." Dante responded. He was reverted back to base form and automatically transformed to Chaos Takeover. "I'll..."

"Kill..." Alex mumbled. Darkness surrounded Dante as well. "Kill... kill...kill..." He kept saying until darkness got deeper and deeper. Alex drew a card- Valiant Strive transformation. Through the Chaos Takeover it was forbidden... Valiant Strive takes the main element of thing it transforms from and multiplies it. If it takes element of Chaos Takeover, which is pure wrath and anger, it will transform into something horrifying. Neither one of them seemed to care at that point. Alex indeed was tired... having had struggled for such long decade destroyed that little happiness and sanity he had left leaving nothing but a shard. And the shard is now gone. "KILL!" Dante began saying as his tone turned into something unrecognizable. Dark matter surrounded his body that began to glow along with the Valiant Strive card. Dark matter began glowing as well as it covered the Bakugan's body more and more until he was entirely covered in darkness. Like an organism, membrane began to pulsate  on the surface of  the dark matter and it broke revealing what appeared to be a new form.

"...Grrrr..." Hulking beast growled as it emerged from the matter. Valiant Strive transformation card burned to cinders. Form known as Chaos Strive was discovered during an attempt of Trial of the Twelve- like all Mighty 5, Alex went to the test to get a new form for Dante. He accidentally used Valiant Strive while Dante was in Chaos Takeover- what came out was a monster of unimaginable strength that nearly killed the person responsible for examination. Necro Dragonoid confronted it and managed to destroy it somehow, luckily. Now, fueled with real anger there was no chance of that. Monster looked towards the group of enemies and charged at them with its body. 

[Andrew Andersen]

"Oh, fuck you..." Andrew said as he leaped forward.

His aim was to cut this thing up like a turkey on Thanksgiving and the blade was ready to chop. "Dragon King Battle Blade!" He yelled with his thunderous voice and then swung his axe towards Chaos Strive. Axe hit dragon's body and ricocheted as if he hit the body with a stick rather than the axe. "Ugh..." He muttered and force of the impact pushed him back.

Giant monster was still coming at them, roaring madly, but not attacking just yet. That axe should have cut it in half, bud did nothing- that was problematic. Was it stronger than Misfortune 13 or does that skin have some sort of special defenses against this destructive blade? Maybe yes, maybe not, but that thing was pissed. Not even the 'real' Andrew ever knew of this form's existence and had time to tame it and now it was in hands of an inexperienced punk. Definitely not good- it was going to attacking everything in sight as soon as the main dish is out. The creature that spawned and began ordering around... it feels like Kyuki, but... again it feels like someone else- was it a god of some sort? Whatever it was it could probably defeat this dragon on its own, but Andrew did not want to get it pissed.

[Jennifer Andersen]

Jennifer gazed at the beast coming at them. It was like nothing she has ever seen before. She could sense the darkness and evil coming from it- it was not as high as with Traqdrach, but the thing is that Traqdrach never directly emits darkness... this creature produced so much darkness that it could probably taint everyone in the room and change their judgment using overflow of the dark. Having seen how ineffective Andrew's action was against the beast she got chills running down her spine- that thing took down Misfortune 13 and could not handle this failure of a transformation. She clapped her hands releasing streams consisting of mixture of flames and darkness that surround the monsters. Ability was called the Hell's Incursion. Despite the similarities in attribute and elements it is a very effective ability when it comes to handling enemies who resort to darkness- it turns their element against them and then causes a violent burst of damage. "Do something!" Jennifer yelled at Traqdrach.

Monster moved forward and slammed Chaos Strive in the face. Then it proceeded to blast it with numerous beams and missiles from its mouth, covering it in black goo from before, electrocuting it and summoning 'mouths' to take the bites of Chaos Strive. Once all that was done it used a combined ability based on both Deathcrown and Elysian Dragonoid- Blessed Inferno. Traqdrach launched pure-white fire at the enemy surrounding it and incinerating while being combined with Hell's Incursion that came there from Jennifer.

[Alex Andersen]

Dante has already been taken over by Chaos Strive form- form he and Alex swore to never use after an incident in Silver Knights' testing facility. Just by existing, this monster produces darkness around itself and affects those who are present- ally or a foe. As a matter of fact, there is NO ally- this monster is focused on the enemy it hates the most, but if ally gets in range of its eyesight or makes it aware of their presence it will attack them as well without giving it a single thought. That is why Valiant Strive and Chaos Takeover should NEVER be mixed- VS amplifies the main trait of form it was used on and CT's main traits is energy it gains from negativity. With amplification, more darkness is allowed in, more negativity, more pain and more power, turning one's mind into a black-and-white battle; if you exist- you're dead. As if this thing even cared about the puny axe that stupid man was using- Chaos Strive's skin is made of similar material as Chaos Serum Maria used on herself once- there is no weakness to it. Only way to defeat it is to fight it straightforward with a lot of power- build up your strength and not rely on weaknesses of the enemy. That kind of attitude will not work for everyone. Once Andrew was done with his bullshit, Jennifer and Traqdrach combined forces and hit Chaos Strive. It did not even flinch.

"Grrr...." Monster growled and then aura of red and dark-purple formed around its body.

"If everyone is dead..." Alex mutters with darkened voice and a blank stare at the enemy. "...there will be no more pain, no more war..." He said as more of the dark aura surrounded Dante. "...kill them all..."

"Grrrr...." Monster growled even louder and then screeched maniacally.

It's body dispersed into darkness and then reappeared behind three enemies. Without any charging or preparations whatsoever it fired a blast of pure darkness at all three enemies. Darkness instantly did massive damage and kept doing moderate continuous damage while applying paralysis, power-decrease, dark taint, slow down etc. Three of those were disrupted from using any abilities as the monster fired off a bomb of darkness and ice. Bomb instantly exploded and dealt massive damage to all three instantly scattering them across the room. Since it was behind them and was facing the direction they were facing its eyes were now locked on the party he came here with, growling monstrously as if it was preparing for another wave of attacks. And that none of them can afford- with or without their weird power-ups. Three enemies rose once more and they looked angry. They looked VERY angry- this was not in their plan. Without any big announcement Andrew made his Gale Movement and moved behind Dante preparing his Dragon King Destro Blade. Jennifer teleported right above the monster and her body became soaked in several different elements- ability is called Elemental Bombardment and it is supposed to do heavy damage to the area. In the meanwhile, Traqdrach rushed towards the monster while surrounding itself with Elysian Dragonoid's stolen protection ability- Holy Veil.
