If I am reading this correctly "Blue Sea Wave Crasher" is a fusion ability that can only be played with Neptune's Dragon and Warrior. Those cards must be in effect. Due to starting a new round, it's a clean slate, those cards are not in effect and therefore not valid.
Also, "Blue Sea Wave Crasher" giver the user +200G and the opponent -300G. You're calculations are 100G off there. (If this added 100G came from evolution perks, I apologize for the false accusation. I haven't be brushing up too Mich on the new battle system. Even then, this is a fusion ability to it would technically be illegal.)
