Description: Clade belongs to a subspecies of Dragonoids whose powers developed into the darkness and negative energy rather than developing towards fire or light. Clade was cursed during his early years of life by a witch Bakugan. He became one of few Hexed Bakugans.

Hexed Bakugan is attached to a dark card and it can only be summoned through the card. Card is indestructible. If Bakugan is active and brawler dies Bakugan immediately goes back into the card since its function heavily depends on brawler's own life.

Admiral of Silver Knights, Amagi, fought against brainwashed Marcus Lyonel and his phoenix. Amagi got too careless and phoenix bypassed Clade killing Amagi in the process. Then Clade's card was handed over to Crimson since Clade is an overpowered Bakugan. Later on, Hurranians recreated Clade to fight against Resistors- however, revived version may only be a recreation as Hexed Bakugans cannot die, be revived or destroyed. Basically, you could say it was a clone. Now Crimson owns Clade.

One may question why Clade decides to work with a terrorist when his last partner was a fighter for justice. Clade does not have right to choose- he might prefer one way or another, but his brawler's intentions is something he cannot go against. In exchange for being so dependable on the brawler, being attached to a card Clade receives a massive power-up making him a formidable tank and dps at the same time.
