1) gain P and gain 500g
2) you cant increase your power and lower it by 200g
Me: 200+100+500=800g
You: 800-200=600g

Yeah sorry there is a miscalculation, as now you have protection our G's will be
Helios:200+300=500+500=1000G(protection)
Hydragon:800-300-200=300G
So I will just edit my move.

Edited please check also I don't know if I can negate that ability card as you have protection so please tell me if I can't I will re-edit my move.

you can negate shadow yes but our g-power wont be swapped

2) lower opponent by 200g and another if they are haos ventus or subterra
