Atom sat and listened with most opened ears bobbing his head slightly as he took the information in from my explanation.

"Okay, that makes sense." I said. I looked back up at Ivan. "So, you felt like you knew what it would take to stop, correct?" I looked at the toppled trees, then back at Ivan. "Let's try something. You're going to face me in battle. But, it's not just any battle. We're going to try and get you to learn something about yourself. With that, the Attribute Wheel should activate, giving you better control. Does that make sense?"

"You say something as in why I have this power?" I asked.
"Nevertheless sure anything that will get me some answers."
As I said this Atom took a battle stance. I had never been in an actual fight so I took the most awkard stance of my life. A basic two hands up stance with weak support for my legs. I could tell Atom was trying not to laugh.
"HEY WHATS SO FUNNY WISE GUY?!" I screamed comically.

"Okay, you've obviously misunderstood what I meant." I laughed. "I would never use my blade on another person, much less on someone who can't defend themselves. I was talking about a brawl."

Ivan let out a playful "Ohhhhhh" seeing his mistake.
"Well then you know I know the perfect stance for that." I said.
I picked up a card and it began to glow bright red.
Gate Card Set! Bakugan Brawl! Bakugan Stand! Rise Pyrus Trister!
Trister rose up into his bakugan form and took his battle stance.
"Your move pal."

I raised my hand. "This isn't going to be a regular battle, Ivan." My Attribute Wheel began to glow. "That gene of yours is temporary. Let's get you the next bit further to one that's permanent." A Bakugan appeared in my hand. "So, ready for your test of power? Bakugan, Brawl! Bakugan, Stand! Rise Haos Infusion Leonidas!" Leonidas rose, glowing. He looked at Trister.
"It's been a while since I've seen a Trister. The last time I saw the original one, it was during the whole Mag Mel and Rak Taal fiasco."
"Let's not go down that memory lane." I said. "We don't need to give him nightmares." I looked at Ivan again, and raised my fists. "Your original idea was also correct. We're going to do our own battle as well." I readied my stance. "I'll be fighting use Karate, a martial art I learned back home." Leonidas took into the air. "And we'll also be using our other forms to add to the fight. Be ready, because we're coming for you!" I placed my legs about three feet from each other, at about 30 degrees apart. "Take a stance that you feel is comfortable, balanced, and prepared." I then remembered something, and reached into my back pocket. I grabbed two bracelets, and brought them forward. I noticed Ivan's expression. "Don't worry, these aren't the bracelets I use to tap on my friends abilities." I put one that had tints of yellow on my right arm, and pressed a hidden button. It expanded into a Gauntlet. "My and my friend Tom made these in another Reality. I just so happen to have his, since we don't typically use them these days. You can use it for this battle." I tossed it to Ivan. "Get ready!"
"Because we are!" Finished Leonidas.

Ivan examined the gauntlet. He pressed the button and jumped back as the bracelet took gauntlet form. With the three attribute colors shining over it before the lights faded. Ivan looked across the field almost clueless.
"This isn't the time to be being scared It's time to battle!"
"Ability activate!" Ivan called out reaching for a card. "Searing Impulse!"
Ivan threw the card at Trister and his body began to glow.
"ohhhh yeahhhh baby feel the burn!"
After building up a good amount of fire he launched the fiery attack at Leo sending the dragon back quite a bit from it's force.
"Good one Trister, I called out, "thanks to "Searing Impulse" your going to lose access to one of your strategy limits that you haven't used I'm choosing your ability to use support and Leo is striped of all his power."
Leo: Ogs (No Support)
Trister: 500gs

(RP aside, Gs don't determine the outcome. This one is just about seeing how well you can draw out your inner power.)
I smiled. "No support weapons, eh? I guess I'll just have to step things up." I loaded an ability card. Ability Card, set. I then raised my arm, and charged at Ivan. "Ability Activate! Protostar!" The battlefield began to rotate, sending Trister skidding on the ground. "As we're not in the Reality where this card is illegal, I can use it to its full power!" I approached Ivan. "And be ready, because here I come!" I prepared to land a hit. Leonidas flew up even higher.
"Be ready, Trister. This is your first battle against me."

Ivan began to panic as Atom closed in on him with his choice of weapon.
"Ivan don't stand there do something!" Trister dhouted as Leo closed in on him.
I lvan immediately snapped out of his fearful state.
"Out of my way!" I screamed. Ivan punched Atom but Atom was obviously built for fighting as he managed to recover from thebattack quite quickly. Ivan turned to Trister.
"Hang on buddy!" "Ability Activate: Pyro Burst!"
Trister formed a bubble of pyrus energy and launched it at Leonidas trapping him.
"3!" "2!" "1!" Trister shouted. An explosion erupted weakening both Leo and Atom.

I recoiled from the hit, then from the explosion. "Leo, you still good?" I called.
"Of course." He replied. The smoke vanished, revealing him mostly unharmed. "Just a small scratch. Nothing major." I smiled, then focused back on Ivan.
"Okay Ivan, not bad so far. Now, for the next phase." I raised an ability, and placed it in. "Ability Activate! Enforcement Infusion!" Leonidas began to glow brightly, and a shield appeared around him. "This'll grant us protection."
"So get ready!" Said Leo. He charged Trister.
"And now to reduce the effectiveness of your Pyrus Abilities." I raised my hand again. "Form Change!" My Attribute Wheel began to glow. "Pyrus!" Leo's attribute changed, and his body reflected that. My shirt changed color to red to reflect Pyrus. "Time to continue!" I charged in again, and drew my fist back. "Focus on the emotions you felt back against the Destruction. But instead of the anger, which reflects Pyrus, try another emotion." I closed in.

Ivan braced himself as Atom closed in. He thought back to all those emotions he was feeling. The ground began to shake and as Ivan thrusted his hands forward a giant rock wall appeared shielding him from his attacker. Atom was to say the least impressed but then he pointed sending Ivans attention to Trister and the now Pyrus Leonidas.
"Oh no, Trister!" I screamed. "But what can I do with Leo now Pyrus my abilities are weaker" I thought. "Wait a mintute the Gate Card!
"Gate Card Open: Switch Color!"
The gate card began to glow and it opened changing both Atom and Leonidas back to their Haos forms.
"Trister take this!" "Ability Activate: Fire Flare!" Trister pushed the now Haos Leo off of him and sent the dragonoid flying with a blast of fire.
"Good one Ivan!" Trister replied.

-A rock wall? I guess he used Subterra.- I thought. I looked back at Leo, who nodded. "Looks like we need to step up out game a bit!" We began to glow. Leo's wings became encased in light, while my body changed. As the glow faded, it was easy to see that Leo had changed, being that he was in the sky. Then I took flight, with my wings. "Ivan, what you see right now is called Reversion. It allows me and Leo to access another plane of power that we share together." I flew up next to Leo, facing Trister. I grabbed an ability, and loaded it into my Gauntlet. "Reversion Ability Activate!" We both began to glow brightly as we charged up the attack. "Darkness Shiner!" The glow focused on out hands, and was projected out in a beam.
"Better think quick!" Said Leo. "Reversion Abilities are more powerful than your run of the mill abilities."

Ivan comically let out a cry of panic.
"What do I do what I do!" I bounced around frantically.
Trister palmed his face in embarrassment. "Ivan calm down!"
The attack closed in and I quickly snapped into action. "Okay Trister ready Ability Activate: Fire Wall!"
"A pyrus ability, Trister exclamied in shock, "Aren't we suppose to be trying to activate the power of this "attribute wheel" this is all the power you've got?"
Ivan frowned and put the card away. Atom and Leonidas attack struck sending both trister and Ivan flying away.

"Crud." I said as I saw them get flung away. "Let's go!" I swooped down, with Leo right behind me. "I call upon an old ability!" An ability card appeared in my hand. "Ability Activate! Hyperspeed!" Me and Leo glowed, and sped up tremendously. I caught Ivan while Leo caught Trister. I set him back down while Leo set down Trister. "Are you okay?"
"Sorry about that." Said Leo. "We haven't used our reversion forms for a while. Forgot how powerful we are."

I rubbed my head lightly. "Ouchie Ouchie man that packed a punch. "Ughhhh this is too hard." I complained. Atom's face stiffened with frustration. Ivan quit complaining and looked at his friend.
"What?!"
