Outside of the apartment, a shadow had begun changing shape out in front. It formed into what appeared to be a human being. Then another shadow appeared next to it and formed in the shape of a robed being.
It was obvious by now who they were, Markus and Gargulion, thestalkers spies of the Legendary Soldiers.
"..." Markus made himself visible in the physical world by coming out of the darkness and returning to the light. He crossed his arms and laid back on the wall, remaining in constant thought over what he witnessed. He started having flashbacks of how he used to hang with the wrong crowd as well, the constant run-ins with Amir and the situation with Roxy continuing to surface, even to this day when he felt like he moved on from that stuff.
"You alright?" Gargulion wondered, feeling the uneasiness in Markus' posture.
"Yeah...I'm just happy this guy's starting to get it. That's all," Markus answered. Feeling content with the end result, Markus and Gargulion faded away, going to some location that was definitely no one's business but theirs.
