"Are you finished with your nonsense?" Alex questioned in even louder and more threatening manner. The position Markus was in and the way he talked would give anyone distaste- if he could not be any bigger garbage he had the balls to say something like that. This bastard did not even show the slightest sign of remorse for what he did and he had the nerve to lecture someone else on what they should or should not do. How would he feel if Kyuki murdered Tracy in front of him and tell him to 'calm down- if you kill me in return you are no better than me'. Alex had never heard bigger nonsense in his entire life and he had heard quite a bit of garbage.
"... I loved her. She was Lydia's best friend." Alex spoke.
"You destroyed her life and got away with it. And all you have to say is 'I am not better if I attack you'. And you even have the nerve to hide behind Silver Knights... just- who..."
"... who the hell do you think you are? Do you think you own this planet and its people, is that it?"
Energy emanating from both Alex and Dante began to reach an alarming and threatening level at that point. Dante did not even seem to go in any offensive stance and yet it seemed like he was fighting for, at least, 3 hours- energy was going off the charts. Alex jumped off and landed by Dante without getting any pain or damage to his body.
"You waste breath..." Dante said to Alex. "Has any Resistor ever been commended as a 'good listener'?" He gave a sarcastic and kinda truthful comment on that.
"Indeed- waste of my time. Sanctuary!" Alex responded.
With the word called out one could feel an odd holy aura around the entire place- probably stretching over a kilometer radius. That power manifested as a dome of holy energy- though it is a thin layer the force within it is something to be worried about. While it does not benefit to Alex's plans in any way it prevents anyone or anything from existing or entering. If something does attempt to do it anywhere- Alex will know it. Dome acts as several abilities at once meaning that each needs to be negated individually for dome to collapse, but even with that it is Alex's ability and it is unknown whether those kinds of abilities can be normally negated or broken in the first place. It requires quite a bit of power to break the barriers as well and Alex can mentally regenerate them. Opponents could see a sword of light form in Dante's left hand and spear of light form in his right hand. Those seemed to be holy weapons bursting with radiant energy that is like a poison to Gargulion's kind or any kind that could be referred to as 'fiendish'. Dante began slowly closing in on the opponents without unleashing an attack- almost as if he was probing them.

"...You have no idea..." Little did Alex know, Markus DID pay. He paid a hefty price for what he did. Genesis Dragonoid's refusal to bring his family back was only a small part, but for those people who aren't necessarily evil and have done something that is obscene to the eyes, they have to live with that. They have to live with the thought that they did mess some lives up. Even after the feelings of anger fade, the victims' pain just got started.
Worst of all, the cycle continues. No matter who lives or dies, someone close to them will pick up where the last one left off so they could renew the animosity.
"I was just trying to see if I could prevent you from making the same mistake that I made. Guess I can't do that," Markus regrettably responded. "Alright. Let's get this over with. Gargulion, you're on."
"Yep," Gargulion acknowledged. Even though he said that, Gargulion was NOT going to be the first to attack. He wanted to make his case as strong as possible for later on. That directly implies that he was NOT going to allow Dante to kill him, but he wasn't planning on killing Dante either.
"Vessel of the Nether," Markus activated. It was a hybrid between an empowered state and a buff, combining both attributes at the same time. Gargulion gathered ominous purple energy in his palms. He pressed the energy on his chest, which scattered throughout his entire frame.
Now, Gargulion's body had nether energy flowing through it, which gave him a wide range of powers. One of them was to afford him the right to manipulate the form of his body without having to account for materials. The frame was forced to mimic Dante's form in its exact appearance, so he did so. Gargulion now had the same weapons Dante had in his hands. He approached his foe slowly, awaiting a response from the Silver Knight.

The problem with what the opponent was doing was ignorance. Lack of knowledge in usage of Dante's weapons is a sure path to trouble as there are only 2 styles in which they can be used; one style represents offense and other represents very furious offense- so all in all... offense... Though, Dante has specific ways of commanding those weapons in which they have most effect- even if this fiend can mimic the appearance mimicking the movement and style without knowledge of their purpose combat-wise was just a waste of everyone's time. If he was going to fight he could, at least, fight without pulling cheap tricks like his own. Dante is an offense-based fighter in this situation unlike with his base form of a tank, but even with full-offense he was not the type to mindlessly charge into someone hoping to cut through them with his swords- that would be way too simple and way too easy to see through and counter. Considering his angelic nature now and his history as a paladin he was going to use what Gargulion's kind considers equivalent to most-potent poison.
Dante's pace suddenly changed. His wings made a single thrust and Dante was launched forcefully towards this cheap 'copy' Gargulion put on himself. His holy sword was ready for a thrust and his lance was in the front burning with holy energy. Just as he entered the range of 20 meters away from Gargulion, without any announcement, Dante's weapons disappeared only to be rapidly replaced by what seemed like a two-handed holy cross. At the exact same time that happened Dante's violent charge stopped very suddenly as he raised the cross. "Holy Light!" Dante exclaimed. With the ability activated cross released holy blinding light along with holy energy as an area-of-effect attack that not only caught Gargulion in, but Markus and Alex as well. Gargulion's form as Dante quickly began to liquify until all of the armor was melted off revealing Gargulion's form. Not only that, but his skin began to feel very uncomfortable before it started to burn off from the holy light- fiend's natural poison.
Alex stood in his position without flinching at being inside the holy energy. He did not seem to have been affected. Moreover, Markus could see Alex's skin begin to change color, but very slowly- it was changing from gray to blue in several places- his face, hair and arms. There were a few clues into what could have been happening to him. Markus could not pay as much attention to it as he would have probably wanted to- unlike Alex he was affected by the light. He was not burning or being hurt since he was just a human and the ability does not damage humans. However, his heart began to waver in uncertainty. He was not certain what ability to use, what combo to apply, what maneuver to start up, he was not certain in his own actions, why he was where he was- he seemed to be occupied with various thoughts and doubts about everything. Holy Light is an ability that does decent damage to creatures of Gargulion's kind along with delivering ailments such as blindness and fear to creatures below his rank. Considering Gargulion had power of a Legendary Soldier blindness and fear from this basic ability were not going to affect him. However, Markus was certainly affected by one of them- fear.

"Bravo. At least you're stronger in whatever state you're in than your normal form," Gargulion commented, making sure Dante heard him. This implied that the frame took the stats from Dante's base form, which also implies that Gargulion was doing some intelligence gathering, quite the opposite of ignorance. In fact...
The damage from Dante's attack was negligible to Gargulion. The spirit itself had gotten too powerful to suffer from this debilitating weakness to holy light the way that Dante is imagining it, hence why Gargulion rolled his neck around as if he hadn't been damaged all that much.
"Soul Shock!" Immediately after losing his frame, the spirit form of Gargulion had his left arm thrust forward, allowing it to stretch out. A green aura covered his fist as it - to a great surprise - went clean through Dante's body. The punch emerged from Dante's back and went through Alex's body as well. Rather than having to go through their physical bodies, Gargulion simply bypassed all of that and attacked the very core of their existences. When the attack animation was over, it was like Gargulion's arm never extended at all. The extension itself faded away, leaving Gargulion's arm in the same place it was in before attacking.
This hit greatly stunned the Silver Knight duo who may see their bodily functions drastically change from being hit in this manner; however, this can only work if the victim is either weaker or within Gargulion's level of power, or if their health is below a certain threshold. Dante fits either of those categories, so it worked.
"..." Markus' body involuntary shook due to the side effect from Alex's ability itself.
"Your spirit is trembling, Markus..." Gargulion noticed without taking his eyes off of Dante.
"Yeah...this ability of his is making me...scared..." Markus quickly noticed. "That's...weird."
"Just relax. You'll be fine." Gargulion then looked forward to Alex and Dante. "But you won't be if you try that again." Still looking in their direction, Dante reformed his original frame, ready for whatever Dante had coming for them next.
"...I know...probably a little late for this, but could you hold off on affecting me until after Gargulion is defeated?" Markus requested, knowing it wasn't going to work. "I know you're pissed, but come on man... Didn't you see what happened to Noland and I when we did this bullshit?"

"Panacea." Dante said.
His body was briefly surrounded by what seemed a green glow. It was not a Ventus ability, but rather Clear ability which restored some of Dante's health. Considering Dante does not exactly... have body functions they could not have been altered anyways. Inside the armor he is not exactly as others imagine. Even if it did affect him Panacea would have easily removed it without bigger trouble. A knight of his strength would not succumb to such effects. With that he activated another ability of his just to let this rat have a taste of his own medicine.
"Angel Arm." Dante spoke. There were no changes coming from his body and no changes could be spotted in his aura. It happened very quickly- before Gargulion had a fair chance to react to it. Magic circle spawned behind him and a snow-white glowing hand reached out and it went inside Gargulion's body grasping his heart before disappearing. Not only that Gargulion could feel that disturbance he had the tickets for first-seat of a disgusting ride. Instead of taking any damage on the outside he felt a big amount of radiant damage burst inside his body damaging him from inside. But that was not all. Side-effect of that, whether Gargulion was stronger or not, would make sure Gargulion made a natural reaction to that. He felt absolutely disgusted. Imagine a day of eating and drinking fast food and then realize some of it was moldy as well; that kind of feeling like you are about to throw up.
"Too bad it is too late for me to answer... say that to HIM." Alex said. He did not make clear who he was referring to- he was not specifically mentioning Dante. However, Markus was about to see what Alex has been doing in this short period where he has not been activating abilities for Dante. Markus could now see the blue color take Alex's skin completely. His hair became blue and eyes remained blue as normal. Alex's body began to levitate and now it was giving a disgustingly frightening presence... his body was giving off more energy than Dante himself. Without Sanctuary in place any Bakugan in the world would be able to sense it. Markus could now see Alex's third form- the one he used against Kyuki to win and if Markus has good memory he should know that this form, Achron Order, deflected all of Kyuki's powers effortlessly and brought him down with no effort. And all that one year ago. "Initiate Achron Order!" Alex said with a completely different voice and tone; he more sounded like some sort of alien rather than human and his eyes were moving rapidly following Dante's and Gargulion's fight. He was actually able to follow it and rapidly analyze it.

"Fucking hell!" Gargulion shouted in disgust. "I've been dead so long, I forgot how that felt!" To Dante's credit, this did stun Gargulion. That wasn't a bad attack at all.
"Hm..." Markus was watching the transformation on Alex's body. Without batting an eye, he knew exactly how far Alex was going with this. All he could do was shake his head. He could now feel what Tank or Tracy must have been feeling when he was the one running around with murder on his mind.
"That's very telling... I thought you were better than that," Markus commented on Alex using that form in the first place. "Alright...secret art time, Thought Probe!"
Markus wasn't going to risk targeting Alex with this secret art, because he didn't want him or Dante powering up to the point where this fight will become extremely difficult. What he did instead was cast it on himself and Gargulion. This was done to force them both to unleash their greatest feeling right now, which was reconciliation. Alex should remember this ability too, since Frosch used it around him before. Essentially, Markus HAD to curb his emotions, because he was now motivated to bring grave harm to his opponents for the power they were about to unleash on him. That should tell Alex all he needs to know about what the right thing to do is, but he won't listen.
This also meant that Markus and Gargulion couldn't harm each other, no matter what they did. This was important, because...
"Let's give this a shot." Markus pulled up his BrawlX and pressed a series of buttons. A purple star surged around Markus' body, which meant one thing that he never did before. He was using DNA Stimulus...on himself.
Markus grew in size to get to around one quarter of Gargulion's height. His muscles became more toned and refined. His pupils had a hazy purple color flowing through them as well. Of course, this was only done to protect him in case Alex decides to attack him personally. Judging by the atmosphere of this battle, it was looking like it was headed in that direction.
"As much as it pains me to say this, we actually have to try with this one," Markus informed Gargulion.
"Yep...another day at the office." The duo got in their fighting stances to prepare for what's to come. As they weren't in kill mode, they were intentionally being more laid back with this one, not using certain things they really wanted to use right now. They'll see what Alex's power packs before deciding on any further advancements.

The worm decided to take arms himself and join the fight. Whatever transformation he might have that was not going to be as effective as he might have been hoping. Unlike what he had Alex had been granted alien powers from creatures whose technology is hundreds of thousands of years superior to human one; creatures who are descendants from gods. While Alex barely has a shred of their power and technology inside of him it is still plenty to challenge anything he comes across- it would be scary to know what an actual Achron member could do in this situation and not a human with a piece of their technology inside of him. Ares and Ran are direct creations of Achron and so their power is on a whole other level than Alex's- something he will never be able to reach. And there are way more powerful creations than Ran. When all that is put together then one should look at their creators who are even stronger and then creators of creators... it is an intimidating chain. If Markus's thought some ability like his was going to stop Alex in his tracks he was in for a suicide.
If they had to try seeing what Dante and Alex are capable of now then they were not on a good path. For one, Alex did not even begin with his work. For two, Dante still did not go through any changes which he could initiate at any moment- Chaos Takeover at this point would have been a disaster for the opponents. Since Alex's third form can force-control Dante he could activate Chaos Strive as well which would definitely be a chaotic outcome. Though, neither of them seemed to be in any rush. Dante initiated activation of few low-cost abilities that would be helpful in the long run.
"Bane! Bless! Detect Evil and Good! Shield of Faith!" Dante spoke as he initiated quadruple ability very quickly. His body flashed in dark-purple, white and then golden twice. These are low-cost abilities that, to powerful opponents like Gargulion, look like a joke, but their usefulness is not to be underestimated. Bane reduces one's chance of landing a hit or resisting a hit- it makes their decision-making faulty and forces doubts upon them which potentially can cause their arm to swing too early, their laser beam to shoot a little too to the left and so on. Bless does the opposite- it helps one with their actions to land a hit or resist it. Detect Evil and Good is very effective against beings like Gargulion and Skystar as it detects the nature of their existence in a certain radius and immediately reports to Dante regardless if they use invisibility. Most anti-detection abilities fail against this. Gargoyle Bakugans are considered 'evil' by nature- whether they truly are or not does not matter for this. Same goes for 'good' beings like Skystar- even if she was evil this would detect her. Shield of Faith grants additional defense to Dante- not only that his physical and magical defenses become sturdier- enemy's perception of Dante becomes different and he might not be in exact position where they perceive him. Once they miss an attack they might notice Dante is actually 5 meters further away.
"Blessed Twin!" Dante activated another ability, but of a mid-tier. His holy lance immediately disappeared and was replaced by another holy sword identical to the one in his other hand. Having both of these swords increases Dante's movement and attack speed along with increased combos and power. It is much easier to maneuver double swords than a single sword and a lance. While Dante's main abilities where showing offense he did not seem to go on full offense for this considering how aggressive they seemed in the beginning which was odd. He slowly began approaching the opponent again.
Meanwhile...
Alex's eyes locked onto Markus ignoring Gargulion briefly. "Target in sight. Initiating 'Purgatory 67' routine." Alex said in this different voice. He did not seem to be acting anything like in his normal form or second form. This form was something completely different- it was questionable whether his personality and voice changed or if it was a completely different person as if someone else was in control instead. His eyes continued moving rapidly following the ongoing combat, but he himself was not going anywhere or attacking anyone. His body began giving away odd energy without indications to what he was doing. "Preparation... Being Virus progress 25%... Fallen Down progress 37%." Alex was talking very quietly so it was questionable if anyone could hear this, but it did seem he was preparing something to activate and it was already at decent progress.

Alex was going to be very disappointed if he thought he would get away with what he just said. The DNA Stimulus makes a strong genetic trait even stronger, meaning that Markus didn't just use it to make himself strong enough to defend himself from Alex. As Markus' vision was essentially perfect, he was able to grant himself ocular powers, hence why he got the coloration in his eyes in the first place.
Using this ability, Markus was able to accurately read Alex's lips to figure out what he was doing. His pupils went in Gargulion's direction, and then flashed. Gargulion's eyes did the same thing, which showed that Markus had communicated to him all that he needs to know.
"Not bad," Gargulion commented on what Alex was trying to do, as if he could understand the extremes Alex was willing to go through to make his point. "So I'm not the target..." The only reason why he knows that was because Alex conveniently told Markus that just now.
"Double ability activate! Hollow Render plus Unleash!" The first ability in line is like a reset button, except that it's very dreadful to suffer through. Gargulion's frame became indiscernible for eyes or abilities to recognize completely, and the reason for that was due to the frame itself becoming a medium for a dimension property: the afterlife.
Circular diagrams showed up all over the frame. They began emitting invisible waves that traveled all around the area. Alex and Dante's bodies trembled involuntarily, as they were being subjected to a constant scream that sounded like a banshee. While that's traditionally associated with sound, the scream itself didn't really make much noise. All it did was greatly attack all of the victim's senses simultaneously, something that 99% of beings are unable to handle all at once. Gargulion devised this as a counter for Drago, but it still works nicely for those who are not at that level. Alex and Dante found ALL of their current plans brought right back to zero, making all of their abilities - including the barriers - crack from the sheer amount of stress they had to endure.
As for the second ability, this was a species-specific ability that places a curse on the current frame. If it gets removed by someone other than Gargulion for ANY reason, they will immediately suffer a debilitating curse that will take away a quarter of the being's maximum health and stamina. This meant that the ability was on standby until it got triggered. Paired with Gargulion's actual combat nature, this was extremely dangerous; however, judging by how lackadaisical Gargulion was being in this battle, it was clear he was only doing it for self-defense, as he was not thrilled with the idea of fighting against someone he thought of as an ally in mortal combat.
"This has to stop!" Markus sternly told Alex, his voice depicting how frustrated he was that the Silver Knight absolutely refused to learn from his and Noland's mistake. "I'm not messing around anymore! I gave you a chance, and you still won't listen! Charge those attacks again, and I swear to God, I will-"

"NO!!" A female voice shouted. A comet looked as if it was about to crash down in the area where Markus and Alex were battling, but it gracefully dispersed when it hit the ground. It showed Skystar next to Gargulion with her bident being placed in the Darkus Soldier's path, not like he was making an attempt to move anyway.
"It's over! No more!" Skystar declared. It sounded like a fire was burning within Skystar's soul, her anger boiling over at the thought of these two combating each other like this.
Tracy ran back to Markus' location so she could talk to him. She had to look up at him, since his DNA Stimulus made him grow. "Markus, I understand, but you can't do that!" Tracy pleaded with Markus who was probably getting ready to cut loose and act like an assassin. "Just let it go, okay? Sydney and I can take care of this. You don't have to fight anymore."

"Restart." Alex spoke quickly. His body flashed in blue color for a brief moment.
There was no need for an explanation of what Restart did, but if anyone needed a detail on it it was pretty simple- both Alex's skills were restarted and began charging up again from 0%. "Backup." He spoke quickly again. By sacrificing a portion of energy he would receive back the charge where he started off. This time one skill was at 50% and other at 88%. Stopping Alex in that form was a good dream to have- though this form could feel pain it was deprived of reacting to it and not only that- Achron Order being an 'embodiment of Purgatory's power' is deprived of emotions meaning that once it has its mission set it intends to fulfill it to its best ability and will not listen to arguments. That was why it was so effective against Kyuki. As a matter of fact as Alex was doing this a silhouette of Kyuki could be seen just for a brief second, but it was there. "Override." Alex spoke again activating the Overload skill which affects all of his charging skills immediately setting them to 100% and speeds up their firing by 3.
"Being Virus! Fallen Down! Initiate!" He shouted.
Shining orb of red light formed in his left hand and another orb of blue light formed in his right hand. He collided two together forming a purple orb. He threw it forward with great force put behind it causing the orb to explode and release a blast of purple energy at both Markus and Gargulion. Being Virus is a terrible ability once it affects somebody since it prevents them from resisting user's influence and user may control their body and mind along with inputing some pretty simple, yet hazardous commands into them. Fallen Down is a skill similar to what Alex did to evolve Dante and Maste into their current forms except that it turns one creature into its most base state before evolution- combined with Being Virus it can affect any other 'hidden tricks' Gargulion might have set up since it attacks the being, not just the body- it attacks its very rules of existence.
Dante was not moving or attacking for a moment. When he noticed the purple blast incoming at the opponents he spread his wings and quickly moved aside so he would not have been affected by Fallen Down.

"Ability activate! Guardian!" Sydney spoke. She arrived alongside with Tracy.
"I can't let you do that, Knight!" Vergilius shouted as he came in between the Resistor and Alex's attack. His body was surrounded by blinding light for about 1 second and then it was dispersed revealing something that looked like a statue of a humanoid knight. It was representation of one of minor deities in Vestroia- Prince Valiant; the one whose name is still recognized in tales of Valiant Strive. Ability called 'Guardian' is, ironically, not connected to Vergilius's power of Valiant Strive, but his own knightly code. It summons a statue that symbolizes justice and protection- for about 10 seconds all attacks within 1000 meter radius are drawn towards Vergilius, but at the same time he is capable of absorbing a massive amount of damage into the statue form before any of it reaches him; along with that it can block up to 15 various non-damage effects such as debuffs and it does count what Alex just did. Because statue is not a living being it cannot be affected by Being Virus anyway. The blast hit the statue and disappeared in a second with statue remaining intact- then statue disappeared as Vergilius manually deactivated it.
"Alex! Enough is enough!" Sydney said, but his Achron Order did not seem to respond to her call. It even began charging two new attacks as she spoke. She could allow this to continue on- she ran towards Alex and stopped right in front of him spreading her arms as in a way of showing disapproval and that she would not allow Alex's attacks to pass through. Vergilius did show signs of concern because if she did not move... there would be a lot of trouble for her and everybody else. Normal human cannot survive any of this. "We are going back! Cease the attacking, NOW!" Sydney said angrily.

Alex began preparing two other attacks- one is Field of Exhaustion and other Stacking. Field Exhaustion is a skill that works in a wide radius- any being inside it who is considered a foe by the user uses 25% more resources with anything they do- that would include energy, stamina and basically any resource any being has. Stacking is a stupidly overpowered skill which allows a temporary stack of stats- it creates a 'hidden copy' of a creature (Dante) and merges it with the original creature doubling the base stats which, in other words, makes Bakugan nearly invincible with that amount of power, resistances, health and energy. Though Alex never finished preparing these abilities. He and Dante were confronted by somebody Alex never had intention of fighting in a hostile manner- Sydney and Vergilius were definitely allies and he could not possibly attack them on purpose. Even with Achron Order taking over it had its users rational sense as to who he considers an ally.
As soon as Sydney 'blocked' Alex from going any further with this his charging slowed down and then both skills halted with charging until it was visible both were canceled. Slowly but surely his Achron Order form disappeared bringing him back to his normal senses. Though he was still in second level, Achron Chaos- he was perfectly capable of sensing everything around him. Right in front of him there was Sydney with a serious expression on her face, but also a small sign of relief- Alex could notice sweat running down her face; she... was not actually expecting him to stop- she was making a big risk and she was aware. Alex did not say anything to her and he did not move from his position- even though he was not aiming to make an attack on Sydney there was still hostile air about him in general. He did stop, but he was not happy.

Tracy was VERY disappointed about what she saw. She already had time to process what Alex was doing, but the fact that he went as far as to use his powers in this manner was beyond the scope of what should be used against people who are on your side.
"Shame," Skystar commented on the current circumstances. Alex probably didn't care, but it had to be aired out. What he did was shameful, no matter how you look at it. "I'm not sure what to say to you..."
"I do," Tracy volunteered, stepping forward to make sure Alex heard her loud and clear. "This is my fault, really. I remember us talking about this power of yours and how you should accept that it's apart of who you are. So, after what I've heard and saw, THIS is who you are now, Alex?"
Tracy was doing her best not to imply that Alex was behaving like a monster, even though he was by definition. The only thing she wanted to do was to get Alex to do some self-reflecting. He shouldn't need anyone else to tell him that what he did has serious consequences, not just from the Resistors' standpoint of potentially labeling him as an enemy, but the Silver Knights at-large. It is absolutely unacceptable for a Silver Knight to behave like this. They all know it.
"Look, it's true that we don't know you on a deep level, but, at least for me, I thought you were a cool guy. You've helped out so many times and have seen what it was like to let those emotions get the best of you. Why would you succumb to that same sickness?" Tracy expressed.

"Don't you dare give ME lessons about that crap!" Alex yelled in anger.
The fact that pile of crap who is walking streets freely and exacting 'justice' however he sees fit was troubling for Alex after what had been done to Andrea. He was the one kept in dark about it the whole time. And there was no justice for the girl- her life, career and friendships were ruined as she fell into deep depression while her involvement into deaths of Markus's family did not even exist. He simply went on a killing spree murdering everyone in the department and nearly killing her without even doing a research on who might or might not have been involved. Andrea then became infected by a virus and is a bigger monster than terrorists themselves.
"And this edgelord pile of shit with a terrorist record on his ass keeps waltzing across the United States thinking he is some bringer of justice- you ruined her life and got away with it! Where is justice for her!? You think it is all fair and square because your family died? You think that makes it 'even'!? Some Eden asshole murdered them and suddenly entire department is at fault? Curse them for not knowing there was a conspiracy, right?" Alex ranted angrily at Markus's deeds. He was not going to let that one go no matter what these people said. He wanted to make Markus experience pain Andrea had to experience and he was going to make it so- sooner or later he was going to do it. With 2 more Bakugans involved there was no chance he could make it so, but there was plenty of time- all he had to do was wait.
"I am done with this... I'll go help her myself." Alex said referring to Andrea's infected state. There was probably no chance he could do it according to the reports about her newly acquired powers. He was going to be in deep trouble if he tried, but it did not matter. She suffered way too much and somebody had to put a stop to that. "Wish you happy lives... Resistors..." He said quietly. Dante quickly flew to him to pick him up after that rant as they took off and flew away from the area. "We'll end this." Alex said... Dante could notice Alex beginning to shed tears very slowly and trying to hide it. "It's... not fair..." He said. Seeing somebody he deeply cherished have their life turned over so rapidly and chaotically where they turned in a complete monster as a result was getting to him. He could not bear the pain knowing this and that nobody was taking responsibility for it anymore. Everybody just forgot. She is not strong or important to anyone- nobody even remembered she existed until her name showed up under 'infected' list. Nobody cared.
"I'm with you. We'll end this." Dante reassured Alex. He was going to be by his side to help Andrea even if it cost him his own life.

"Again...shame..." Skystar repeated, having figured out that the Silver Knight truly doesn't care about the repercussions that will surely come his way as a result of his attack. "I will notify the others of this so they're not alarmed if they ever encounter them. Are we done here?"
"..." Tracy wasn't expecting to get yelled at, but it is what it is. She glared in Alex's direction, as she was now envisioning him to be a potential enemy the way he was going. She turned around to walk back to Markus, but passed by Sydney on the way. "I hope you can deal with that," Tracy told her. "If he does that one more time...you know what's going to happen." It wasn't a threat; it was reality. She can keep Markus in check, but Noland and Tank...not so much.
"Hey..." Tracy greeted... "You did good... Thank you..."
