After activation, if you are ever attacked for life-gauge damage, your G-power will increase by 1000G until the end of your opponent's next turn, ignoring any G-power related effects. This card can only be used once per brawl.
It only applied for one turn not round. Unless i'm incorrect.

And it specified something else:

As a point of reference, ULI's claiming of attacking was him thinking that Level Stratum was no longer in effect. The posts following that up to this one are us talking about it. ULI did attack successfully, as my power increased by 1000, leaving me 400 below him. Thus, gauges are like this:
Me: 600
ULI: 900
Any objections ULI? If not, set the Gate!

For the Special Shot, I choose Torrential Reverse! Any decrements against me are increases, while increases for you are decrements, applicable to Special Shots. So, allow me to correct your Special Shot:
The life gauge damage inflicted upon any opponent(s) your Darkus Bakugan defeats will be doubled. Decrease your power level by 100G each time a card is played.
How do you like them apples?
Torrential Reverse: Any form of decrease(s) made to your Aquos Bakugan will become an increase instead. Any form of increase(s) made to the opponent(s) will become decreases. This shot's effect can only be applied to special shooting skills. - 150 HSP
