There was a man sitting right at the top of the bleachers when the Resistor trio arrived. He experienced a wave of force that came from the power the three of them exhibited. He smiled at the thought that they would come here after all this time of being away. That would mean that they're here to see something...or experience it...
He turned around when the Resistors stopped at the top. That's when he gave them their greetings.
"Salutations, Resistors," the man greeted. "My name is Mr. Tinsley. I'm a new hire for the BBBA. One of my responsibilities is to scout for Mr. Keene, so I tipped him on this astounding prospect we have down there. I'm not entirely sure what's responsible for this barrier of force, but I found it interesting enough to ask powerful people such as yourselves to look into this for us. You will be compensated for your efforts, of course."

Noland tried not to look down at this man to not appear weird. The reason why was because...he was one of the energy signatures that unnerved him.
"This man's energy is unlike anything I've ever felt before..." Noland thought to himself. "What's going on here...? What are you...?"
He couldn't really ask something like that out in the open since Mr. Tinsley could easily deny knowing what Noland would be talking about.
"It's her necklace," Noland deduced. "And it's no ordinary necklace either... In fact...that energy signature...is similar to Ares..."
Drago hopped out of Noland's pocket and appeared in his robed form to take a closer look. "Oh man... You're right," Drago confirmed. "That's very interesting..."
"So where are the others?" Noland asked Tinsley. "We were told there were 'girls', so I thought there'd be more to see."

"This man knows of Ares...? That's valuable information..." Tinsley thought to himself concerning Noland's analysis.
"Girls? I don't recall mentioning there were more people from what I told Mr. Keene. I told him that there were 'misfits'," Tinsley answered. "I'm guessing someone there knows a lot more than I do at the moment, which should be expected since I'm seeing this for the first time. I did report that there were two girls at the time who were with her, but they have since disappeared. I haven't seen what they were capable of, but I did see that they were bullying some top-ranked fellows here to the point where they were too afraid to battle them."

"Hmmmm...alrighty then," Allen shrugged. "Well, with the introductions out of the way, what are we planning to do next? It'd be really boring to just sit here and watch people fail over and over again without any action. Or...did we come here to do just that?"
"Wasn't really clear," Gorem noticed. "Although, it wouldn't really be that simple to just watch from afar, would it? If more people become aware that we're all here, they'll want us to do something about all that down there."
"Nephew wants to see some action, so I think we should show him how it's done," Allen figured. "Of course, we have to decide who gets to fight this time though."

The girl doing her homework at the arena was alerted to the presence of powerful figures by her necklace casting a light on them. That caused her to look up, which led to everyone else looking in the direction she was looking. There they were: Noland, Allen, and Alana, the founding members of the Resistor cause.
"They're here..." she said with a hint of surprise.
"They stand as paragons to the modern human and Bakugan," a voice in her necklace stated. "I'd be interested to see what sways their mind so heavily to their cause..."
"Should we fight them?" she wondered.
"If they came to seek us, they will come down here," it knew. "Whoever can enter or break the Domain will earn my interest."

"Gorem, why can't you just settle with saying nothing?" Hydranoid sighed. "Now they know we're here."
People were having a bunch of side conversations about what was about to happen. Many of them were speculating about what would happen if this young lady were to fight any of the Resistors. Considering none of them really knew what any of the Resistors were capable of, some of them assumed that they'd get smacked. This was typical for the uninformed, but the strange thing about it was that...
"Let me try something," Lian volunteered. She walked all the way down to the arena grounds and stood on the opposite side of this girl. "Excuse me, but I was thinking of training on this arena as well as everyone else. Is there a reason why you're occupying that space doing homework?"

"I'm training," the girl answered. "I'm testing to see whether or not the competition is strong enough. Considering there's a barrier here now that people have tried to contest, I'm technically within my right to remain here since those engagements counted as fighting. All one would have to do is breach the barrier or break it, and then I'll be on my way."
"I see," Lian accepted. "May I?"
"Of course," she allowed.
Lian got ready to throw her Bakugan into the battle. In an unorthodox fashion, she got into the stance she would take when getting ready to throw a javelin. She stepped back considerably so she could get her running start. She took off towards this girl, getting faster and more ferocious with each step. The ground underneath her was rupturing with each step she took. She then launched a Bakugan toward the girl with a lot of emotion and power.
The girl was a little surprised at the amount of power Lian's throw carried. While the barrier held itself together and - with it's special abilities - didn't produce any effects characteristic of powerful impacts, a red light flashed when the barrier was struck. This didn't happen for the other combatants, which means that whatever Lian did was extraordinary by comparison...
"Your throwing ability exceeds the power of those who have attacked me earlier..." the girl noticed. "...I want to battle you..."
"Hm... I appreciate the offer, but I'm not here to battle you," Lian denied. "I was testing my strength. I'm not ready to battle seriously just yet, but...I think I know someone who might."

Noland nodded in shock of Lian's move. Whatever training she did obviously paid off. That kind of power while throwing was extremely impressive...
"Lian's gotten really strong," Noland noticed.
"It doesn't sound like she's gonna fight though," Drago heard. "I heard a lot of chatter too... They want to see us fight..."
"..." Noland looked around to gauge the attitudes of everyone. The people at the other brawling arenas stopped what they were doing to watch what was happening. It would appear that they got the close attention after all.
"...Alright..." Noland surrendered. "Darius...we're mostly here for you. Who do you want to go down there?"

"Hmmm..." Darius looked at Noland, Allen, and Alana multiple times as he tried to pick one of them. It took him about 10 seconds to make his decision, and it was one that got him all smiles. "Alana," he decided. "Hydranoid's awesome! I want to see more of him."

Hydranoid immediately took on his robed appearance when he heard that Darius picked Alana. He was chuckling at the thought of going down there and causing some trouble.
"This is why we get along, kid," Hydranoid stated. "Coming, Princess?"
"Mhm," Alana acknowledged. Her and Hydranoid went down the stairs. As they did, everyone started staring in her direction. It was an awkward feeling. It was also scary, because there are only two results from this. She either gets rid of whatever this girl has active, or the Resistors may look weak. Hydranoid definitely wouldn't live another upset down, so - for his sake - this had better go their way.
"She said all you have to do is breach or break it," Lian informed Alana.
"Oh..." Alana responded with shock. "I'm gonna be honest. I had no idea what you were doing earlier. That makes more sense now. Hydranoid."
"Of course," Hydranoid accepted. He walked right on through the barrier, not bothering to break it and hurt someone on accident. There were a lot of 'ohhhhs' and 'ahhhs' from that act...
"Does that count?" Alana wondered.
"...Just how strong are you guys...?" Lian facepalmed.

Jenna wasn't entirely shocked that Hydranoid just walked inside of the barrier like it was nothing. She was still shocked though. It could be that intel was wrong or she didn't know where the Resistors' power stacked against hers. It wasn't clear. The interest that the being in the necklace had in Hydranoid was very clear.
"I was not aware that planet-busting power could come from the civilian population..." the being expressed. "This interests me greatly... Ms. Jenna, if you would be so kind, I would like a duel with this creature. Perhaps combat will allow me to better understand what has happened since the Beginning, and how these creatures came to be."
Jenna gathered her things and put them in her backpack. She then reached into the bag to grab a BrawlX. She clearly was a new face and doesn't have the credential to even wield one. As for the people who think that, they'll have to give thanks to her father...Edward.
"I apologize for the pompous attitude I displayed with that. I'm new at this. I'm not trying to hurt anyone on accident if they can't handle me, so the barrier kept those who were not strong enough away," Jenna started off. "My name's Jenna. I am one of those people who can't sit by and hear your names mentioned all the time. I want in on the conversation on who's the best, and I'm ready to show everyone my power."

Unbeknownst to Alana, Jenna was actually a familiar face...
Years ago - when Alana took on the Karen persona - she was friends with Jenna. It is doubtful that Alana remembers anything about those interactions given the circumstances of her being there, but it was important to mention. Does Jenna know though? Maybe...maybe not. That would be something...
"Nice to meet you, Jenna. I'm Alana, even though you know that," Alana greeted. She smiled at Jenna as she declared what her intentions here were. "Well then, if you're truly new at this, I won't annoy you too much. You have two choices. I walk away and you'll keep doing homework - boring - or we can see if you're really able to say what you're saying. What's your decision?"

"Second option sounds like fun. Let's go with that," Jenna calmly said, not being nervous about facing the Resistor at all. "I'll be waiting outside where the arena is safer for people with our abilities. Follow whenever you feel like it. I can act like I'm studying for an hour or so before I have to go home. I'm sure the fight won't be that long."
Jenna gathered her things and went outside after saying what she said. Her necklace rumbled a little as she was heading out of the door.
"Do you know how to use that device?" the being asked her.
"I was hoping you did honestly," Jenna admitted.
"I'm like Captain America waking up around 70 years later, except my slumber was for FAR longer. Of course I'm not going to know," the being summed up.
"Well, I'm sorry. I thought it looked cool or whatever. Dad told me to wear it to look tough, so..."
"It's not really important. Ability cards and whatnot are reserved for the Bakugan. I am not one of them," the being insisted. "We'll just pretend like it is."
"Whatever you say," Jenna shrugged.

Allen was watching Jenna walk out of the building with lots of people in there thinking of following. Gorem was getting fired up just hearing what was about go down. Hydranoid might actually get pissed off in the next couple of minutes. That's always the right time to get excited.
"We might actually have a good fight here. I wonder what she's gonna do against a behemoth like Hydranoid," Gorem wondered. "You think Alana's got this, Allen?"
"..."
"Yo. Allen?" Gorem decided to go into his robed form to get a good look at what Allen was doing. It was almost like he was staring in Jenna's direction as she was leaving. "..." Gorem followed Allen's face to get a good idea of what was really going on here. "You seeing alright there?"
"Oh, yeah. Yeah, I'm good. Alana's definitely not going to let anyone upset her again like Yita did," Allen suddenly expressed.
"..."
"...Something I said?"

Noland was getting interested in what Jenna had to offer. Unbeknownst to Jenna, Noland heard that ENTIRE conversation. With this mysterious being confirmed to not be a Bakugan AND with his/her energy signature being similar to Ares, is Ares related to this being in some way? Maybe it was too coincidental to confirm anything just yet, but Noland had his suspicions. All he could do is lightly nod at what he was just given.
"Let's see how this goes then," Noland shrugged as he started walking. "Hopefully, your intuition is a lot better than who scouted the prospects from previous years."
