Noland wasn't too disturbed by this. It was a nice attack and definitely threatening, but there's one problem: the intended victim can escape from it. Not an easy thing to do, but possible. Mialyn won't know this until after the attack goes through. He'll probably think Noland and Drago were hit by it. He might then feel pretty good about the explosion and the large hole it left in the ground. And then he'll feel pretty stupid since Noland and Drago were right behind them after using Hyper Motion to get out...
"Very nice attack," Noland commended. "I'm assuming you wanted us to be one-shotted by that? That's what it looked like you were going for anyway. Shame it didn't hit us though, but you're free to try that again if you want to."
Drago was still sizing Mialyn up, so he didn't attack just yet. He didn't know if Betadron would emerge and try to corrupt them like he did Tracy and Skystar. For now, he was being careful.

Mialyn growled at his attack failing and being snuck up on that quickly. Him and Calvin jumped forward from where they were and turned around to face their opponents.
"Of course it won't be that easy..." Calvin groaned. "Alright... Activating Elimination!" This was an AOE ability, one that's not easily avoided. With Drago's sensing abilities, he'll likely see a direct attack incoming and avoid it. Therefore, Calvin's best chance at hitting Drago was to box him in. That's what this attack was for.
Mialyn flapped his wings with enough force to produce staggering winds. While doing so, particles left his wings and scattered all over the place. Each particle flashed like a twinkle of a star, and then detonated into huge domes of explosive power.

It certainly didn't help Mialyn's case that his attack had a build-up time. That left more than enough time for them to respond to it.
"Ability activate! Novia Screen!" Noland declared. Drago erected a crimson barrier around himself and Noland prior to the explosions. It shone brightly through the smoke and fire the explosions created.
"You should probably hide somewhere - somewhere NOT in this city," Drago advised based on the blatant attempts to kill Noland.
"I'll leave once those Knights or Angels show themselves. Call it a hunch, but they're probably going to attack us. Once they're dealt with, THEN I'll leave," Noland settled.
"Alright then... So have we seen enough?" Drago wondered.
"Yeah... I figured it'd be best to defeat this guy in an instant," Noland figured.

"...Huh... Not gonna lie... I'm a little impressed," Betadron said in respect to Noland and Drago's strength. It sounded like he could tell where they were power-wise. "...Mialyn, you're probably - well, not probably, but most likely - not strong enough," he concluded. It sounds like he could tell that Mialyn was NOT on Drago's level.
"Nonsense..." Milayn rejected. "So what if an attack was deflected and another guarded against. Do you realize who and what I am? This one's not even an Olympian Bakugan! And this human scum thinks he can defeat me!?"
"Um...I'm sure this will come as a shock to you, but..." Betadron was about to tell Mialyn that he's in a different universe. The said universe was filled with brawlers much stronger than what he had to face so far on average - and arguably overall too. Did Mialyn stay around to listen?
"Deadly Night Dragon!" Mialyn activated on his own.
"Welp, go right on over there and get your ass beat," Betadron surrendered.
"This is proving to be troublesome. My abilities weren't programmed to have their own personalities. What you've unleashed may just get us killed," Calvin complained.
"You can shut up. You wanted my help. You got it. Complain again and see what happens," Betadron threatened.
Without further ado, Mialyn went forward with Deadly Night Dragon. His body turned completely black. How this was supposed to show his skin became metallic was anyone's guess, but that's what happened. His wingspan increased in width by about 10% and looked more vampiric than dragonic - if that even makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that Mialyn charged straight for Drago to fight him in close quarters. What an idiotic idea. His tail did whip the ground to create a very powerful quake that was off the Richter scale. And it also sounded like a ripcord, so that was nice too.

Noland and Drago stood comfortably from within their barrier. Mialyn struck it with his left fist. It created a loud bang that reverberated throughout the area. Its sound had a lot more oomph to it than the force used against the barrier. The barrier did crack a little, so Mialyn did show that he wasn't a joke power-wise.
"You really didn't have to do that to a destroyed city," Noland believed as this senseless act toppled over the ruins of buildings scattered all over. "What a shame. All that power...for nothing..."
Novia Screen was nice in that in addition to how much power it had, if it is used in an offensive manner, additional damage will be stacked on depending on the damage Drago would've taken. Essentially, the damage the barrier absorbed from Elimination and Deadly Night Dragon will pay Mialyn back very soon. What was even nicer than this was that Drago can shape this barrier into another one of his abilities. The ability this barrier turns into also carries the benefit of absorbing damage to turn it back on the opponent.
The barrier shapeshifted into a large, chinese dragon. It swirled around Mialyn in a drill-like formation. This was just like when Noland fought against Maria and had a Nova Sentry grind against Hydra's skin as it swirled. That's exactly what was happening here. Mialyn's body was subjected to a fiery dragon brushing against his skin. The friction against Mialyn's body - which was way easier to create thanks to his metallic skin - created a blaze that, when mixed with the fire that was already burning from Drago's own firepower, created the hottest fire ever spawned on Earth. This was one of the methods of attacking with an ability called Nova Strikezone.

Mialyn screamed in agony from not only being burned, but being grinded into Olympian dust. A whole lot of red colored the flames. Just like the time with Admiral Maria and Hydra, this could be blood. It may very well be blood considering how loud Mialyn's scream was.
"Amazing..." Calvin said in awe of how versatile Drago seemed to be. "Seems this 'Olympian' whatever doesn't apply here, right?"
"Tried to tell him..." Betadron sighed.
"Activating Devil's Retribution and Ultimate Skill!" Calvin played. The first ability created an illusion of Mialyn that appeared behind Drago. This illusion lunged at Drago to hug him so he could sink his fangs into Drago's neck. If Mialyn is able to do this and acquire some of Drago's blood and energy, he may be able to assimilate Drago's power and acquire the same amount of maximum health that Drago has. Assuming that Drago's health is massive, this would be very good for Mialyn since he's on his way out.
That process will serve as a distraction for Mialyn to upgrade his Olympian shielding to where it might be possible to resist Drago's abilities. Considering Mialyn is already benefiting from Calvin's Achron shielding, this could be a game-changer.

Noland found this 'illusion' very interesting. For the very short time he had to react to it, he did find that it had no power at all. It did concern him though. Despite not being a threat power-wise, what would happen if contact is made? For that reason, and from sensing a monstrous power-up from Mialyn, he decided to do what he rarely does.
"Switch," Noland called out. In about the same time it takes Drago to go into the Hex Code, Drago's scales switched to a rainbow color. The 'illusion' recoiled back once it touched Drago, like it had hit a brick wall. Now for the finisher:
"Ability activate! Havoc Extinction!" This was the goal from the beginning. Before Mialyn can fully power-up and potentially overpower the Nova Strikezone dragon, Drago was going to blow it up. He shot lasers from his eyes directly at the dragon. This filled it with energy from all six attributes and made it highly volatile. Before Mialyn could curse their names, he was blown to smithereens by a chaotic explosion that sent ripples throughout the entire planet...
Drago allowed all the smoke from the explosion to linger for a bit. He blew it away to show everyone that he didn't have a single scratch on him. There was a large, No Man's Land-like landscape that he stood over. Luckily for Calvin, Dragonus was still alive, but he had scratches all over his body and was laid out on his back at the bottom of the crater. It appeared that the rather permanent transformation into Mialyn meant that he actually takes the damage meant for the Olympian overlord. For that reason, it was easy to conclude that Dragonus was defeated.
"Hm...you were right about that vessel of yours, Betadron. I hadn't thought about using this in a while. Not bad for a bad guy," Noland commended. He and Drago deactivated the Switch Code for now since they no longer needed it. In fact, "Even if I used it as a precaution and not a necessity," he claimed.
"It's over now though," Drago declared.

"...I lost to another one..." Calvin sighed. "And so easily too... That's sickening..."
"Agreed..." Betadron concurred. "Seems you're a worthy successor to Apollonir after all. Alright, dragon. You've earned a reward..." Dark power sank from Calvin's body and formed a giant glob of darkness. This glob shapeshifted into a demonic Bakugan with fiery orange hair, four pairs of wings, extremely rough scales,a tan chestplate, and a crimson-red color scheme on his skin that looked...kinda like a Pyrus Bakugan's...
"I take it that you'll be dealing with me yourself and leaving your Colossi out of it?" Betadron pondered.

There it was. Betadron's true form. It didn't seem like Betadron's actual body though. He's still sealed in the Doom Dimension, so he must have fed off enough hate energy from Calvin, Dragonus, Drake, and Drazardon to form a body that can interact with his surroundings. While this would not be the same as being here in the flesh, it was still very problematic that Betadron set foot on Earth at all.
"I'm guessing the 'Colossi' was what blew your ass back to the Doom Dimension, huh?" Drago figured based on what he remembers from the incident on Neathia. "Don't complain if it happens again, but don't kid yourself. If it's either me or it, you're done either way."
Before Drago and Betadron could go at it, there was one more serious problem that hasn't been resolved. Well, the one that's not involving Alex and the others. An object was plummeting towards Noland from behind at a high speed. Noland simply moved out of the way without really thinking about what it was. But then when the object hit the ground, his eyes became huge when he saw that the object wasn't an object. The object was a person, and that person was...Admiral Asuka...
"..." Noland's heart stopped for a moment thinking that Asuka just fell to her death. It turns out that she was...still alive? But she was bruised and took a long time to get to her feet.
"...You're kidding me... Trinity!!" Noland shouted in anguish.

Trinity appeared out of thin air next to where Calvin was standing. Unlike Asuka, she was nice and dapper. No injuries whatsoever.
"Here!" Trinity joyfully answered the call. "So, hope you don't mind, but I placed Drake and his buddies somewhere else to make things easier for you. You're welcome," By somewhere else, she means the Doom Dimension...
"...This is ridiculous... I didn't even really do anything!" Drake complained from inside of the dimension.
"And who do you think you are meddling in my plans?" Betadron angrily asked.
"Mine are more important than yours, so you should get out before you piss me off," Trinity bravely asserted.
"Huh... You have a little attitude, I see. Well, I guess I'll let you have this one considering you're showing that Achron user what power really is," Betadron settled.

Hearing that Trinity could be looked at as a friendly by Betadron was frightening to Noland. Trinity is already dangerous enough, but if she potentially aids Betadron, there could be big trouble. Asuka's getting her butt kicked right now for some odd reason. Despite the risk of a villainous team being created here, Noland didn't care.
"I don't know what your end goal is here, but I'm gonna tell you this for the second and last time," Noland prefaced before giving Trinity the last warning she'll ever get. "Get the fuck out of here right now, or that's it for you. I'm not primarily focused on you, but I'm not gonna stand here and watch you do what you're doing. I'm done with all of it."

"...It really hurts me that you're being so mean. I've been nice to you this entire time," Trinity claimed. "Oh well. I'm still not gonna fight you...at least not right now. Hopefully, these people will keep you busy until we work things out."
Suddenly, Alex, Daniel, Petra, and Sydney appeared out of nowhere in front of Trinity. All four of them looked badly damaged from being hit by Betadron's Black Burn. Aside from their injuries, they looked like...zombies? No, that's the wrong word. They did look like they were under someone's control though. Take a wild guess as to who that 'someone' is. His name definitely doesn't start with a B.
"'Ol redhead was concerned about the dark energy influencing two of these people, so I did her a solid and checked on them while I was pushing her around. They took a lot of damage, but they're still fine. Very pissed off about something, but they're fine. I'm sure you'd know whatever it is they're mad about."

"Uh oh..." Noland sighed upon seeing Petra. He already understood the risk that Betadron's energy may have taken her, Sydney, Alex, and Daniel over. He was really hoping he didn't see her of all people. Trinity was just the worst.
"...Betadron's gonna get revived...and there's apparently not a damn thing I can do about it..." Noland knew what was going to happen next. Probably the one pissed at him the most is...well...you know... "Here we go..."
"Considering how little you listened to me, I'm gonna keep it short for you. I'm gonna savor every precious second of breaking all of the bones in your body," Petra angrily promised.
"Trinity, summon literally anyone else but these people. I mean it. This goes beyond any problems we have. This guy right here's gonna benefit from them being here like this," Noland tried to warn her.

"Then you should defeat them all right now, hero," Trinity suggested without any remorse for what she has set up. "Anywho, I think I've caused enough trouble here. I'll go and have some 'me time'. I'd love for you to join me next time. Later."
With that, Trinity disappeared in a flash of light. Asuka, who was in a very battered state from being beaten around by Trinity, did something she rarely does. She showed emotion on her face. She was very pissed off. But she couldn't stay pissed for too long and not be aware of what's about to happen...

A dark aura ran down Noland's body. As it did, it shifted him to his Gundalian form. He infused some bio-electricity into his fist. He then Hyper Motioned to Asuka's flank and delivered a high-powered punch to Trinity's face right when she appeared. Trinity flew off into the distance from this and crashed into some ruins a couple of streets down. Trinity then dissolved into light particles and faded away...
"Your senses and reaction time are impeccable. To feel her presence that quickly and respond just as fast... Hate to admit it, but you're just as good as I am..." Betadron commended.
"That was a copy..." Noland seethed. "Asuka, I'm gonna ask this respectfully. Is what's going on a fluke, or does she have an edge against you? Please tell me now before she comes back."
"...Don't worry about that right now," Asuka suggested. "This fiend is now my responsibility. Two Knights are under his control, so I must respond."
"Obviously. Look, none of us are on the best of terms right now. I'm not a Knight and I have my way of doing things. I get that, but this guy needs to go NOW. I'm at a disadvantage against Betadron, and you seem to be against Trinity, so for once, I think we might need to work together."
"Alright. That's it. I think everyone here has talked enough. It's time to die!" Betadron declared.
"You'll have to follow my orders for now. And I really mean FOLLOW THEM, not like before where you used your discretion to disobey me. If you can behave, I'll tell you what you want, including what you want to know about from before. Can you do that?" Asuka proposed.
"...Deal," Noland reluctantly accepted. "But the second you don't hold up your end, I'm doing what I do."
"Fair enough," Asuka understood.
"Umm, excuse you. What did I just say? Stop talking! We're on a battlefield! We're supposed to be fighting!" Betadron tried to interrupt.
"Trinity uses teleportation to a degree that not even I or Ares can keep track of. You and Drago can react to her better than we can. I want you to play the support role while I take the lead so you can better respond to Trinity if she comes back. I will let you use your discretion on how much you assist me. I'm not entirely aware of your full capability, so conduct yourself accordingly, BUT do not deviate from this plan unless we're in mortal danger. Do you understand this?"
"Understood."
