hmm idk but the mechtogan do need some cards but i think they should only evolve into a mechtogan titan

Aster, I agree with you about the Vehicles, but what I disagree on is Mechtogan not having effects. I think mechtogan should have effects, but have some effects be illegal. Like in the rules I posted, you have to use the card to bring out the mechtogan, so an illegal effect would be: This Mechtogan does not require the use of "Mechtogan Summon" to be brought into the battle.
If we come up with a list of effects that are illegal and legal, I believe that Mechtogan would have some seriously awesome strategies to go along with them, like when to send out a mechtogan, and having mechtogan abilities, and stuff like that.
But I agree with you that Titans should be evolved into, which is where the evolution rule I posted comes into play.
