Sonicanon would just negate that effect.
Ability activate! Dragon Blazer!! I can choose any power increase that either me or you gained from a card, and we would transfer that each turn. You gained 1000G from your Burning Stream, so we will transfer 1000G each turn, and you are prevented from using normal abilities.

that effect has to be illegal.
double ability activate.
ability breaker plus justified force
if that thing cancels out one ability per turn, than i just have to try negating the same ability twice with 2 abilities so boo yah
ability breaker stops dragon blazer and i use justified force to negate dragon force, hope thats enough to keep that sonicannon from negating my abilities

((You know Sonicanon is using a support weapon effect. Your abilities negate my abilities, not my support weapon effect, which is why it is negating your effects.)

Sonicanon would negate your effects. And you are out of normal abilities, so your special is all you have...if you have one.
