Alright, this is where you create a character, construct your deck, and select a Deck Master.
Deck Masters (with effects):
Kuriboh - You can special summon this monster to negate one enemy attack.
Flame Swordsman - You may reduce this monster's attack power by any amount to increase a face up warrior monster's attack by the same amount.
Lord of D. - Once per turn, you may select one face up Dragon-Type monster on the field. That monster's attack power is increased by half its original atk until the end phase.
Goddess of the Third Eye - Once per turn, you may discard one spell card to use the effect of "Polymerization" from your deck/graveyard.
Jinzo - Once per turn, you may negate the effect of one Trap Card on the field. This can be activated during either player's turn.
Deepsea Warrior - If you control exactly two monsters, once a turn you may negate an attack and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the attacking monster's original atk power.
Elemental Hero Neos - Once per turn, you may perform a fusion summon by sending the correct fusion material monsters from your deck to the graveyard. The fusion summoned monster cannot attack and is returned to the extra deck during the end phase.
Robotic Knight - Once per turn you may select 1 level 4 or lower Machine monster from your deck and add it to your hand.
Malefic Paradox Dragon - You may control more than one Malefic monster at a time, however if one is destroyed they are all destroyed.
Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter - Once per turn, you may select one card in your deck and send it to the graveyard.
Destiny Hero Diamond Dude - Once per turn you may select one Destiny Hero monster in your deck and add it to your hand.

Character Name: Chase Rhayne
Character Age: 17
Personality: Chase is a serious, collective individual. He carefully thinks through everything he does before doing it, rarely allowing himself to be caught offguard.
History: Along with his sister, Chase spent much of his young life living on the streets, scraping up what cards he could and dueling with an old Kaiba Corp. style duel disk. After he and his sister were discovered, they became miniature dueling stars, becoming decently known and widely seen as underdogs due to their age at the time.

Could I suggest an Addition to the Deckmaster's? Either Flying Fortress SKY FIRE or Evil Hero - Malicious Fiend. You can decide the effects if you choose either or both.

Character Name: Masiko Reizen
Character Age: 15
Personality: Cool minded, outgoing, sorta crazy, usualy hype
History: Masiko was alwas a cool minded kid. He took up Dueling when his Grandfather Kurio showed him his deck. It was based on one of eight gods that he worshipped. His Deck was based on the Terror of Death: Eikou. The Eight Gods were, Eikou, Seibakkou, Geikou, Sekki, Gaaru, Kiengas, Hieikor, Gianos. He said that his seven other brothers had the other decks, and that there was a fabled card that went with the decks: The Keishin God Cards. It was then that Masiko swore to gather the Keishin Gods of the Morganna Period.
