After Drayper managed to reverse the gate card, Dragonus began to sink into the hole. "What! No way! Dragonus, come on, you gotta get out of here!" Calvin said. "ARRGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I......CAN'T!!!! OUAAHHRRRRGHHH!" Dragonus screamed, returning to ball form after being sunk as he couldn't resist anymore.
Calvin Life Gauge: 80%
Calvin picked up Dragonus. "Are you okay?" Said Calvin. Dragonus opened his ball form. "I'm... I'm okay, sorry Calvin, that last shot was a bit harsh." Said Dragonus.

Drayper: "Hahahaha!!! Harsh? The brawl has just begun, and you haven't even begun to feel anything harsh."
He returned to Skull in ball form, while Skull had a smirk on his face. His revenge has just begun, and Dragonus was already falling behind. Thinking of how much joy it would bring him to see Calvin stuck in the black dimension for over a year, he wanted to end this as soon as possible.
"Drayper, keep this up. Gate card set!" The gate card hit the field, but was a different color than normal gate cards. It could possibly be a forbidden gate card.
"Bakugan brawl! Drayper stand!" Drayper rose from ball form, and growled at Calvin.

"Grr!!! We'll show you!" Calvin flicked Dragonus in the air and caught him, then threw him. "Bakugan Brawl! Dragonus Stand!" Dragonus rose from ball form, and roared as he was getting started. "I'll crush you this time Drayper!!!"

Drayper: "Don't make me laugh Dragonus. You're strength is obviously not as strong as mine. I've absorbed an enormous amount of dark power in the black dimension."
Drayper automatically summoned his support weapon, Chaos Burst Scythe. It had a nice bloody trim on the handle, very sharp edge, and pulsing with immense power.
Drayper: "I'm going to make you wish you never messed with us. I'm going to annihilate you and your worthless rat, and my master shall rule over every being in the universe!"

"We'll see about that Drayper!" Dragonus said, opening his eyes wide. "If you think your plan is gonna work, you're wrong pal! Ability Activate! Ultimate Revolution!!!" Dragonus flew up after Calvin activated an ability. The booster shields appeared in front of Dragonus, and Dragonus fired a laser beam through the booster shields that increased in size as it went through each shield. With the laser beam going through all shields, the shot headed towards Drayper and blasted him! While Drayper covered himself from the hit. Dragonus continued firing at Drayper again, until Drayper was down.

Drayper: "Arghh!! Can't keep this up forever!!"
"Ability activate! Killing Burst Scythe!!"
Drayper broke out of Dragonus's barrage of attacks using his support weapon, and waves of energy came out of Drayper's scythe towards Dragonus. It is similar to Gabranth's Innocence attack on Final Fantasy.

"Blazing Barrier!!!" Dragonus quickly put his hands in front of him and set a shield to cover himself from being hit. Both Dragonus and Drayper then jumped back. "Ability Activate! Ominous Strike!!!" Calvin shouted as he activated another ability, Dragonus disappeared, striking Drayper invisibly.

As soon as he was hit, all 3 of Drayper's heads bit down onto Dragonus, and held him in place. "Alright, time to show you a forbidden gate card. Gate card open! Gate to Grave!!!"A gate rose from the gate card. It opened, sending many chains at Dragonus and Calvin, and constricted them. Drayper let go to not be pulled in there, and both Dragonus and Calvin were pulled inside the gate.  A mysterious voice, sounding a lot like Skull's, spoke to them while they were in pain due to the field. "Surrender to my power, and the pain will be over very quickly. You have been summoned here in this gate card for meddling in the progress of a new world no? I am your superior, your greatest enemy, and the new ruler of every being of your kind. I will reshape the world in chaos and destruction. |

With Calvin and Dragonus floating in the air and being imprisoned in the gate card. Everyone on Earth gasped, as they were watching Calvin battling Skull on public TV, they have gotten as much worried as they were!
"Calvin!!! This is dangerous! You gotta get out of here!" Dragonus shouted, and Calvin refused to get out. The flame started to grow bigger! With the flame almost reaching towards Calvin and Dragonus, a voice off in the distance was heard. "Not so fast!" With the voice was heard, the flame started to disappeared, just as the gate card was nullified by Knightorrior and Crushrayder as they showed up! (Knightorrior and Crushrayder managed to get to this Death World using their combined secret power) They then landed in front of Calvin and Dragonus to protect them.
Calvin knelt down on one knee, as he was out of breath. "Thank you for saving us, but who are you?" Dragonus asked to Knightorrior and Crushrayder, and Knightorrior responded: "I am Knightorrior! Calvin's partner! Glad to meet you and help you from being trouble. So now let's finish them!" Calvin got up. "Thanks Knightorrior.....but hold on! How is Crushrayder with us?" Calvin questioned. "Don't worry, he has changed side and decided to join us......he will now help us destroy our enemy! What do you say?" Knightorrior said.
".........................." Crushrayder nodded. "Okay, whatever it takes! TEAMWORK TOGETHER! Knightorrior, take on Drayper's right head! Crushrayder, take on Drayper's left head, and while I'll take on the middle one!" Dragonus said, and roared loudly.

"Well, what an interesting development. Even Crushrayder, my best soldier, betraying me? You obviosly have forgotten your place! Bakugan brawl! Haos Sorceror of Light Magic, and Ventus Lethal Dragonstriker stand!!"
One haos bakugan appeared to the field, and was a mighty sorcerer. His staff had a mysterious power contained inside, and had powerful magic abilities. The ventus bakugan was a murderous dragon. His teeth were razor sharp, combined with his physical strength and his flying abilities, makes this bakugan a threat to anyone on the battlfield.
Drayper: "Your very existance annoys me. Dragon Burst Stream!!"
All 3 heads fired a powerful burning blast at all 3 of Calvin's bakugans.

Crushrayder stepped in front of Dragonus and Knightorror, putting his hands in front of himself, he summoned a shield called Phantom Wall to protect them from being hit. He then ran towards Drayper and tackled him.
"Dragonus! Ability Activate!! Black Fire Stream!" Dragonus' eyes turned red, charging up his power, he shot fire from his mouth at Lethal Dragonstriker. "Next! Knightorrior! Ability Activate!! Fusion Boomerang!!!" Knightorrior threw boomerang at Haos Sorceror, with a critical shot.

"Arghh! What did Dark Calvin do to that demon?"
Due to Drayper's burst effect, he repelled Crushrayder. It didn't harm him as much, but more than what Knightorrior could do.
"Ability activate! Reaper Reflection!"
Drayper put up a shield surrounding Sorceror and Dragonstriker, but it worked in a different way. The attack gets absorbed into the shield, and a way stronger attack comes out of a portal at the opponents based off of what they attacked with. So with Black Fire Stream and Fusion Boomerang being absorbed, you could tell that a massive punishment will come to pass out of the portal.
Drayper: "Heh, i'm going to enjoy this."
The attacks came out of the portal, and hit all 3 bakugans. That massive damage wasn't all, as an explosion occured and hit all 3 of Calvin's bakugans due to the burst effect.

Calvin and the 3 Bakugans survived by the last shot! Due to Dragonus, Knightorrior, and Crushrayder summoning their defense shield quickly with their ability! Calvin jumped on Dragonus to ride on, while Knightorrior and Crushrayder flew up in the air, preparing for their next attack. "It's time to finish you Skull!!!"

"Think again."
A sudden flash from Sorceror's staff made all 3 of Calvin's bakugans appear on the ground, and an ominous feeling began to appear on the field. They were on their knees as their power was being transferred to Drayper.
"Thanks to my special ability Special Dark Nightmare, you won't be doing anything against this attack. Dragonstriker, show them what I mean."
Dragonstriker flew across them, striking them continuously while they had no defense to block him. Their power was now too weak to even touch Drayper, and was the time to finish them off.
"It's time to end you. Ability activate! Burst Shatter!"
One of Drayper's ace abilities was Burst Shatter. The ability was performed by Drayper causing explosions that covered the entire field instantly, which has 100% accuracy. This attack just shows how destructive a bakugan can get, but knowing Drayper, he knows that his potential is outstanding. It would have to be a miracle for anyone to withstand his power, even for Crushrayder. And if Calvin was on Dragonus's shoulder, there would be some trouble determining if he survived or not. Plus, he has the burst effect to worry about. Could it be all over?

Before being hit, Calvin shouted their Bakugan name. "Dragonus! Knightorrior! Crushrayder!!!"
KABOOM!!!!!!
Calvin had a hallucination! Hearing voices cheering for him, Treeko appeared in front of Calvin! "Calvin, this is all up to you! Defeat Skull and save everyone!" Before he gave Calvin a chance to respond, he disappeared, being replaced by Webber and Drakath. "We're all with you, always!" Webber said, and disappeared. "Give it your all Calvin!" Drakath said, and disappeared.
"The Soul Takers....." Calvin called their team, as he gasped.
Roland now behind Calvin. "You can do this Calvin! Defeat that traitor Skull!" Disappearing suddenly, Brawler X now in front of Calvin. "Everyone is counting on you! Use everything you've got!" Brawler X said, fading away.
"Thanks guys! For supporting me! And I will do my best to defeat my opponent! Once and for all!" Calvin said, with a smile.
Next, Yuki Kyo, Nikole, Nomata, Jack Rock, and Drim Galaxa, appearing behind Calvin, they cheered for him. "Go Calvin!", "Finish Skull and win this!", "Don't give up!", "Everyone is counting on you!"
While Calvin was still in his hallucination, Dragonus, Knightorrior, and Crushrayder appeared, standing around Calvin, as they were having a final plan. "Calvin, there may be a way to win this battle, if you listen closely." Said Knightorrior. "Yeah, let's hear it." Said Calvin. "If Dragonus, Crushrayder, and I, use our power called Fusion Combiner, we may be able to merge all our bodies into one, and may become another more powerful Bakugan, however.....once we're fused together, there will be no turning back! So this.........means goodbye!" Said Knightorrior. "Are you up to this partner? You will be fighting alongside your new partner with our bodies, who would be strong enough to take Drayper down once and for all!" Said Dragonus, as Crushrayder nodded. Calvin felt sad after hearing the plan, still agreeing with it. "....Okay guys, you can count on me! For everything we have to do!" Calvin said, clenching his fist with a smile. "Very well then.... GOOD LUCK!" Knightorrior said. Knightorrior, Dragonus, and Crushrayder began to stick together as they were merging, and a big flash lit up! Just as Calvin was out of his hallucination!
