Houston checked into the hotel under the alias Hutchenson Swift. When in situations like this, people in most hotels and motels know what to do when they see that name. However many rooms needed, fully stocked minibar, full pool access, with no questions asked. They also put the occupied rooms under the "maintenance" or "reserved" category. The alias, and the credit cards under the alias, were untraceable. They would be safe until Gragion Reaper reared his ugly head. Then they would have to leave and protect the town. Kyle walked off before Houston could give him his room key. His enhanced hearing heard what Kyle said. Under his breath, Houston began talking to himself.
Houston: As strong as Sol? No way. Xenoslayer is nearly as strong as Sol, but Sol has the power of the universe at his disposal.
Houston spoke normally once he saw Silver Rose.
Houston: You said that you had never seen this much cosmic energy in one place, correct? Where have you seen it elsewhere? I would really like to know. The only places I have seen them were in the Arctic Circle, near the North Pole, the Antarctic Circle near the South Pole, the Northern Lights, on top of one of the Mayan Temples near Maccu Piccu, in palace of the Forbidden City, near the center of Tokyo, at Stonehenge in Great Britain, somewhere in the middle of Texas, and in the center of my palace back in Gimnasio.
Just then, Tycone walked in with a satchel slung over his shoulder. He walked up and grabbed Kyle's room key.
Tycone: I'll take that. You didn't think I wouldn't find you? I forgot to jump into the last portal that brought you guys here, so I had to take my jet. Plus, I brought friends.
Tycone gestured towards the door, and two familiar faces came in. Through the door, Tanner O'Henry and Perseus walked through, Perseus' pitch black aura pulsating with the other black aura in the vicinity. Silver's aura flared up a bit, too, but not enough to startle the people in the lobby. Tanner's Irish accent was pronounced when he spoke. His red hair crackled with energy as his blue eyes went from a light blue to a deep sea blue.
Tanner: Stop makin' your aura pulse, ya Greek showoff.
Perseus spoke coolly, his voice calm. His scarred, olive skin was moist from the humidity of the area.
Perseus: Stop making your hair crackle, Irishman.
Nereusoid and Medusanoid floated out, giggling like little girls.
Nereusoid: These guys are like small children.
Medusanoid: I know, right?
Houston got two more keys, and handed them to the two battlers. These guys apparently didn't like each other too much. Houston went over to Ryek, Rez, Lye, and Zach, and handed them their keys. There were two keys left, one of them Houston's. Houston walked over to Silver Rose, and handed him the key.
Houston: I have other questions for you, but if you would mind answering me the one I just asked, then I will be fine for now. You may stay with us, if you choose to. If not, I will not be offended. We could use someone like you in the upcoming battle against Gragion Reaper. Hopefully, we will be able to destroy him, once and for all.

Ryek walked into his room and shut the door." Baracudas, we're lagging behind in power. Everyone here is stronger than us. I'm basically a dead weight. What have we done."
baracudas floated out and around." we helped protect perseus' temple."
" we did basically nothing. Huston had a battle against Kyle and won. Heck, Rez is still stronger than us."
" we're aquos. Strength isn't our wepon, trickery is. We might not be strong, but remember, we held our own against drathnoid."
" this situation with liz. I don't have a good feeling about it." ryek whispered to baracudas." It could be a trap. I'm going to tell Huston what I think in the mourning. But tonight, we sleep."

Silver was puzzled at Houston's question.
Silver: I've never heard of any of those places, Your Majesty. However, they all sound like area of great importance. I will say this, I have seen felt areas with concentrated cosmic energy. The Dragon Temple of Kellius, Lake Kestrale, the Eretheral Monorail, and other places similar to that have all shown signs of concentrated energy. But, there is more cosmic energy here due to the brawlers in our party, mainly you and Sol. Being that you are both connected to the entire universe it adds alot to the energy buildup.
He let his eyes wander around the room, scanning the team of brawlers that had assembled. He stole glances at Rez and Zach and then looked back towards Houston.
Silver: Most of the brawlers here have unusual levels of power.
Hmmm....I sense more on the way.
Sure enough, Tycone had arrived with these two new brawlers.
The Irish Tanner, and the Greek Perseus. These two were powerful as well, most likely stronger than him. He noticed Perseus's aura had flared slightly. More importantly, this aura was black.
(There's the black aura again), he thought, (What does that mean?)
Without another word, Silver took the key card and trodded off towards his room

As Rez walked to his room, he caught Silver glancing, but said nothing. When he walked past Ryek's room he overheard what Ryek said. When Rez reached his room, he quickly locked the door and flopped onto the bed. "Rez......you heard what Ryek said. You know there's a way we could help." Rez sighs and looks at Phoenexius. "You obviously forget what Master Entryionios said. What you're proposing, is extremely dangerous. Not just to you and I, no that doesn't matter, but Barracudas would be in alot of danger of losing control and destroying half the town." "Rez! Listen! We finally have a chance to help people! And what do you do? You lay here in a hotel and completely ignore it! We're going to help Ryek...........tonight!" Rez got up and walked out of his room, he headed down to Ryek's and knocked on the door. "Ryek......It's Rez."

" Rez. Be quite. Ryeks sleeping." baracudas answered. He was slightly anoyed by rez's loud attitude.
Ryek walked slowly to the door, unbenoubst to baracudas." what's up Rez? You should be hitting the sack too. No one knows what could halen tommorrow." ryek said slowly, as he was still not 100% there.

Rez could obviously tell Ryek was tired."I overheard what you said to Barracudas.....Phoenexius and I were thinking.....we may know a way to help you become stronger." 'we can't tell you where it's possible for someone to overhear.....but it's a rather dangerous process."

"....What just happened?" Rez walked back to his room and closed the door behind him, locking it. "Rez! What's you're problem? You're just going to let Ryek do that?!?!" Rez slapped Phoenexius, sending him flying across the room. "You don't get it? Ryek probably feels ashamed that we overheard him, but he also probably feels angry that we confronted him about, then he also is obviously annoyed we woke him up! Rez went to sleep after that, giving Phoenexius time to think about what Rez had just said.

Houston: Hmm. I see. I want to learn more about those places, but, for now, I will have to retire to my room for the night. It feels like I haven't slept in three days.
Houston waved good night to Silver Rose, and walked towards his room. Sol awoke in Houston's pocket suddenly as Houston was walking back to his room. Houston stopped in the hallway, and pulled out Sol.
Houston: Finally awake, are you?
Sol: I felt a surge of energy. Two same colored auras are in this hotel. Two powerful ones.
Houston: It's probably Silver Rose and Perseus. They both have strong black auras.
Sol: This is either very good, or extremely bad.
Houston: How would it be bad?
Sol: While personalities may make people like each other, if they have the same colored aura, then they will naturally repel each other, no matter what their feelings are.
Houston: I haven't seen Silver Rose act any differently towards Perseus. He hasn't shown any like or dislike.
Sol: Houston, if they touch, they will fly across the room from each other. Those two powerful auras will repel each other. Like two positive or negative charges, but...
Houston: But?
Sol: If they have continuous contact for more than a minute, they might... explode.
Houston: WHAT?!
Sol: Keep it down. I will explain the dangers to both of them tomorrow. Perseus is staying in a separate room from Silver Rose, correct?
Houston: I think he is staying with Tycone, unless he pulls one of his usual tricks.
Houston kept walking, putting Sol on his shoulder. He saw Rez outside Ryek's room, with Phoenexius yelling. He stopped in front of the door and spoke to Rez. Something seemed wrong.
Houston: What's going on? Is Ryek alright?

Houston was impressed by the use of magic that Ryek displayed. It was as if he had been using it for a couple of years. Houston entered into Ryek's room, and stood in the center of the room, his arms crossed.
Houston: So whatcha wanna say?

Houston: I was suspecting that as well. It just seems too... easy.
Houston walked to the window, and looked out at the tower.
Houston: It's guarded heavily, but since Gragion Reaper knows of our abilities... Why would he keep the tower guarded the way it is? He probably knows we can mow down most of his guards, so why keep them?
