Houston looked at the card. It seemed like a normal ability, but after hearing what its effect can do, he was pretty sure that they could do something.


Houston: That is a good plan Ryek.


Houston unrolls a map of the city, and points at a point on the map.


Houston: Here is us...


Houston dragged his finger along the map, stopping on another point.


Houston: Here is the tower. Ryek, you will use the Dive ability to sneak past the lines and scout, like you said.


Houston took a pen, and marked four X's on the map. He pointed to the first X and looked at Rez.


Houston: Rez, you and Zach will be stationed here. This is a popular restaurant, and you guys will be the easiest people to blend in with the population there while being able to see the tower still.


Houston pointed at the second X.


Houston: Silver Rose and I will be stationed here. This is a construction site that is currently on hiatus. Since Silver Rose dresses so oddly, people will be able to pick him out in a crowd instantly, however, because of my status, people know who I am, and will also be able to pick me out of a crowd. Here, we wont be spotted, but still have a clear view of the tower.


Houston moved his hand to the third X.


Houston: Perseus, Tycone, and Tanner will be stationed here. This is the American embassy. Since they are all important figureheads from their area, they will blend in with the mixed population, but still have a clear view of the tower.


Houston moved his hand to the fourth, and final, X.


Houston: This is where Lye and Kyle will be stationed. This is an abandoned landfill. Their odd behaviors can make them easily seen, and with Kyle's link to the destruction of multiple places, people might be able to pick him out. Here, he stays out of sight, and away from Gragion Reaper.


Houston circled a final point on the map.


Houston: Where I circled is the roundevous point. We will meet up here after the recon is complete, and create a plan from there. If it is actually guarded well, we will find some way to sneak back in and grab Liz. If the guards are for mostly intimidation, we will storm the tower.


Houston threw the map into the fireplace, and shot a fireball in it. He looked towards the two battlers.


Houston: Safety precautions must be taken, which is why I destroyed the map. You guys should know where you are going, since these places are either really out of the way, or really crowded.


Houston turned his head to look at Ryek.


Houston: If anything bad happens, destroy something with a big explosion. We will be there to help as soon as possible. All communication between us, except for Ryek, will be done through secure walkie talkies. These walkie talkies use encrypted radio waves that are impossible to descramble by yourself or a machine. Ryek, to communicate with us, use your magic. I don't think that they will be able to sense your aura, considering most of them seem simple minded, and that your ability will probably mask it.


Houston walked towards the door, grabbed the handle, and turned it. Before he left, he faced the two brawlers.


Houston: Get some sleep. Tomorrow's gonna be rough.

[Silver Rose]

Silver sat on his bed in his hotel room. He sat in a cross legged position ansd pulled the black orb out from his cloak. He closed his eyes and the orb started to glow once more. This time, two bakugan appeared from the mysterious device.

The two bakugan popped open and sat in front of Silver. Eternity Xenoslayer also popped open and sat with the other two bakugan.

Silver: I take it you cant find a way out?

Bakugan 2: If I HAD, do you think that I wouldn't of told you by now?

Silver: Yes, Baldorak.

Baldorak: Well, excuse me for trying to find you a way back to our dimension.

Silver: You mean you are trying to find yourself a way back?

Baldorak: Do you really think that I'd be so quick to betray you?

Silver: In a heartbeat.

Baldorak: Well I AM a dragon of destruction and chaos, it's almost like my JOB to betray you. Anyways, it doesnt matter because we are ALL stuck in this strange dimension anyways. So, even if I WANTED to betray you-

Bakugan 1: Silence, knave!

Baldorak: Oh look. Big bad Tiberion the Terrible speaks. I didn't realize you had a mouth behind that birdcage you call a freaking helmet.

Tiberion: Speak once more and I will render that freakish growth that you call an "eye" from your torso, cur.

Baldorak: You wanna GO? Let's go tin man!

Silver: Shut up. Now.

He gave both bakugan a peircing stare, then he closed his eyes and the two bakugan disappeared back into the orb.

Silver: What about you Xenoslayer? You haven't spoke since yesterday.

Xenoslayer: To be honest, I don't care to go back our world at all.

Silver: I feel the same way.

Xenoslayer: But...

Silver: But?

Xenoslayer: Are you sure that we can trust these brawlers? It is true that they have immense power. But great power doesn't necessarily equal good. In fact, it might make them more dangerous.

Silver: Well, I'm not exactly going to deny an invitation from a king.

Xenoslayer: Even so, power is corrupt

Silver: Not Houston, there is something about him that makes him...different.

Xenoslayer: I understand. I trust your desicion and shall follow you till the ends of the earth.

Silver: I know. Thank you.

Xenoslayer floated over to the nightstand by the bed and curled up into ball form. Silver gave a loud yawn, and then, clothes and all, drifted off into sleep.

[The King]

Houston walked to the end of the hallway, and into his room. He entered the room, and turned on the lights. A normal looking hotel room greeted him. Pressing a series of buttons on the wall, the normal room transformed into a lavish palace-like room. The bed was made of the finest material, and the pillows as soft as they could be. Houston lied down and placed Sol on his pillow. Sol opened up from his ball form, and spoke to Houston.


Sol: Houston, are you sure we can trust Silver Rose?


Houston: Sol, you know I can spot good character.


Sol: Please. That's MY job.


Houston: You can't read him, so I am relying on my kingly instincts.


Houston stuck his tongue out at Sol, then regained his composure.


Houston: He hasn't shown any reason to be distrusted. We should be fine.


Sol closed up into ball form.


Sol: You're right. I'm being paranoid. Good night.


Houston: Good night.


Houston turned off the lights with two simple claps, closed his eyes, and drifted out of consciousness.

[Kyle Knight]

Graganoid fell to one knee then returned to ball form and landed on Kyle hand. he looked up at Drathnoid who also fell on one knee panting.

Kyle: what better match then a bakugan who made with your DNA and power.

Graganoid: that was a pretty though fight.

Drathnoid: give me another opponet.

Kyle: Later my good friend, but for now i want to get a good look at the tower.

Kyle climbed the top of a cliff and looked ahead. He could see the tower in the distance and the bakugan around it. He can also see that the sheild was still active and Kyle felt Drathnoid shake. Kyle learned alot about the place but their must be many secrets he has yet to learn.

Kyle: this should be easy to go through.

Drathoid: we just need to beat the six gurdian bakugans.

Kyle: What?

Drathniod: there are six powerful guardian bakugan that guard each level of the tower holding a key. wern't you paying attention to Gragion when he explained this?

Kyle: i'll tell Huston in the morning but for now we must get some rest.

Kyle liad on the floor and went to sleep.

[Zach Zeltroy]

*zach was on the roof of the hotel*
zach: Quite a beautiful sky isn't it?
zikamiri: You know they might be mad you know what they all talked about with those ant spies you sent to each of their room.
zach: Well, now we know the plan, what everyone is thinking, and their all asleep. Anyway I sent 8 clones to stay at each direction. They each transformed into a different civillian to blend in.
zikamiri: Alright, anyway, good night.
*zikamiri and zach dozed off into sleep*

Rez headed back to his room and layed on the bed. "Rez............I have an idea. Remember that disguise you used when you had to infiltrate Neathia? Rez smiled at the thought of that. "Oh I remember." "Well, maybe we should dig that dsguise up and use it at the restaraunt. People here seem to dress alot like you did with the disguise."

[Kyle Knight]

After hours of sleep, Kyle woke up and looked around him. The sky was was still dark but you could see the little light of the riseing sun.There was a cool breeze in the air as Kyle took a deep breath as the wind blew his hair back. He stood up and started walking back into town. when he rached it,h stoped by the market district and stole an apple. Just because he was with Hustone doesnt mean he had to be competly good. Halfway to the hotel, Drathnoid came out and landed on Kyle shoulder.

Drathnoid: why are we walking to the hotel at this time?

Kyle: I just want to get head start in my day.

Drathnoid: You always did like to wake up early.

Kyle reached the hotel went inside. He sat down and looked at the design of the lobby.

Kyle: im going to tell Huston about the bakugan and see what we will do from there.

[The King]

Houston awoke from his kingly slumber, and rubbed his eyes. He got out of bed, took a much needed shower, and brushed his teeth. After he got dressed, he grabbed Sol, and headed down to the lobby, where Kyle was waiting for him. Houston took a seat next to him.


Houston: I take it you want to talk about something, don't you, Kyle?

[Kyle Knight]

Kyle looked at huston as he took his seat next to him.

Kyle: apparently their a small bit of informtion i didnt bother to notice utill Drathnoid told me. In the gaint building are six differnt bakugan, each holding a key to where Elizabeth is being kept and seperatd on differnt floors.

Drathnoid: each bakugan having two attribute like the ones that served naga and each one have a very specail power of its own. anyway, is there a plan for getting her out?

[Kaito Akimoto]

Rez walked down to the lobby, seeing Houston and Kyle there, he walked over to them. "Hey.....Houston, when you finish talking to Kyle, I need to talk to you. I have an idea." And with that, Rez headed back up to his room.

[Ryek Marachion]

Ryek woke up from his sleep." baracudas, we've got a big day, you ready?"

"I've been ready all day!" I'm pumped and feeling stronger than ever!" baracudas began to eminate a blue and green light. It was dim, but ryek could still see it.

"that's new. Whatever, let's go and wait in the lobby." ryek said. He then grabbed baracudas, placed him in a bottle of water, and walked to the lobby, where he waited for the rest of the group.

[Silver Rose]

Silver woke up from his rest. He stood up and walked into the bathroom. The crystal clear mirror in front of him revealed worn out he truly was. He was thankful for those few hours of sleep. From fighting Baldorak, to getting sent to this dimension, to this new and even more dangerous adventure he was about to embark on, sleep was exactly what he required.

He stepped out of his room and headed towards the lobby. As he walked down the stairs, Xenoslayer floated upwards and landed on Silver's shoulders.

Silver: Is everything all right, Xenoslayer?

Xenoslayer: I'm getting the feeling that this will be unlike anything we have ever attempted.

Silver: Are you doubtful of our success?

Xenoslayer: Not in the least bit.

Silver: Good. Neither am I.

[The King]

Houston: Six bakugan, huh. The plan shouldn't be affected that, but this should make rescuing her a bit more interesting. Now, I have to go talk to Rez. I sensed a bit of urgency.


Houston went over to Rez.


Houston: Whats up?
