Natalie? Hmm, I don't think I know a Natalie, wait, the Khaos apprentice one? I think I know her a little. Thanks Naajai, next time you better have some dough." As Cicero exits the room he disappears into the shadows.

(OOC: Hope no one minds if I skip ahead to the next day.)
Morning came very slowly. Naajai found himself waking up every thirty minutes or so, only to find out that there is still plunty of time for him to sleep. It was a long night.
By morning, Naajai had already left the hospital. Though still injured, he didn't let his cracked skull slow him down. He went straight to where he needed to go to pick up the charges for the next bombing. However, he didn't feel like he did the first time. Unlike yesterday where there was a purpose to his actions, he felt puzzled about it. Mainly, it's because he now questioned Khaos. He wasn't sure about how the boss was approaching the bombing using him as bait. Sure, he'd like to be apart of the whole plan. However, the approach of things was what made Naajai question. Orders are orders, and he'll follow them until... well...
Clearing his mind, he headed toward the skyscraper located in the middle of the new targeted city. Once entering, he casually made his way to the second floor where he needed to set the charges.

(OOC: Okay, if people are wondering about the purpose of the bombings, this next post should clear it up.)
Gray woke up that morning with a start, he had had a horrible dream, but as soon as he rose from his bed, he had already forgotten it. Whatever, another lost dream he thought. He stormed down the stairs only to find his parents waiting for him in the front room. "Gray, you broke your promise to us," His dad said in an ominous tone of voice, it sounded as if he were going to smack the living daylights out of him. "Look before you both pop a blood vessel, I have a valid excuse," Grays cousin chimed in from upstairs, "I believe resurrecting the Dodo birds isn't a valid excuse," Gray didn't even need to turn around, he just pointed his finger back at her, "Can it Cherish, you don't even need to be here, you're what... 18 now." Before Cherish could say anything else, Gray's mother chimed in, "What's your excuse Gray?" She sounded aggravated. "Well I was on my way home when I saw a huge explosion, I went to go investigate, and I know vigilante justice is illegal, but I had to do something. Then I was accompanied by a few friends, one of whom will not be named. And we beat up the guy who set off the bombs. Then I booked it out of there as fast as I could... and I kinda fell into a bar... literally. I tripped and crashed through the wall of that one bar by the coffee shop. So I spent the night in the hospital. But that's not the worse part, I heard something of Khaos, what's that about?" Grays parents seemed very interested in the story, then they began pacing around the living room, finally Gray heard them talking to each other, "Surely he cant mean..." "But If it is then..." Then they chimed at the same time, "We have to trace back all of the blast sites." They stormed out of the room both with a map and in seconds they returned. They had mapped the blast sites. "Gray, bring us another map," Gray quickly retrieved the map from his room and they had mapped all of the points that represented the blast sites, and finally now that they were on one map, they somewhat made an image. They connected the dots and the image that appeared sent a chill down their spines. It looked like a transmutation circle, and even worse is they knew what it was for. "Gray, have you heard the myth of Khaos." Gray froze for a second, boy did he wish Jack were here to break the tension, "Yeah, but that's ONLY a myth... right?" Now Gray grew afraid as well. "I'm afraid not Gray, Khaos is real, and the group that's been setting off these explosion, they plan to resurrect him, and possibly harvest his branch: the Positive Reaction Zero." That sent chills up and down Gray's Spine, and he began to shudder. "What's that?" Gray's mother responded, "Well like the Zero, It absorbs the Branch of anyone who comes into contact with it, but it makes it even stronger. Gray We have to stop them."

Rip had replaced his mask and trenchcoat. He also began wondering about the city, his pourpose unclear. All he did know is that whoever that person was, he was protecting rips target. He knew his life would come to a end soon if he was unable to eliminate that girl. He must do it by any means nessacary. Even if has to kill the man with the paradox branch. wait, there has to be something else, a reason that this doesn't feel right. Plus...who was this.. before he could finish that thought, rip coughed up blood.

Issac walked into the Skyscraper and found Naajai setting up the bombs. He walked over to him and picked up a bomb. " let's quickly get this done and get out of here." he said. Issac is the most trusted out of all the members of the gang and did not trust anyone else. He didn't trust anybody else except their leader and if he had too, it will probably be Naajai. He set up one of the explosive and looked back at him. Natalie will be here soon and if she betrays agains, kill her on the spot." Isaac said as he continued with the plan.

Naajai was glad to have a bit of back-up this time. Before, all he did was blow up a city and move on. However, after the last explosion ending in a blackout and some hospital time, he knew that the kids would be around to try stopping them again. Also, his head was still pretty banged up.
"No problem at all." Naajai replied. He never had any sort of attachment to Natalie anyways. She was only assigned to him by Khaos anyways. Besides, after the last incident he knew to keep a sharp eye on her. If she weren't so distracted, he most likely wouldn't have ended up going to the hospital.
After finishing up with the last of the charges, Naajai began leaving the building. However, he wasn't sure what to do. Every other time he'd setup the bombings he would watch the explosion from a distance. This time, however, he knew there was going to be trouble. He could already smell it. He started thinking about where the kids would most likely show up so that he would have an idea as in where to go.

"Gray, If I'm right, then they only have to set 3 more markers before the transmutation circle is finished." Gray's heart skipped a beat, how did it go from happy go lucky school days to defending the world from a chaotic being. Khaos wasn't a good guy in his myths so there's no doubt he was a good guy now. And Natalie, now that she had switched sides, who knows what this Khaos impersonator would do to her. Gray didn't even feel like running, "Can you guys map the rest of the points." Gray laid down on the couch as if this all weren't happening, like he had just come home from a long day at school. Quickly, Gray's mother mapped the rest of the points, then she shuddered with fear. One of the points was situated deep in a forest, another at the big mall across town, and the last... was their home. They needed to evacuate, no... they need to stop them before they revive Khaos. "What do you mean they're gonna destroy our house to revive a psychotic tyrant." Gray went upstairs and did what any sane idiot would do, he packed all of his valuables in a box and buried them ten feet under the backyard. Gray was always doing idiotic acts, but this was the worse. "Gray, you know what you have to do, you're the only one with the Paradox Branch, You're the only one who can counter the Positive Reaction Zero. You have to eliminate Khaos, or this small town will become the hub for a world dictatorship." Gray didn't seem phased by it. He wore a blank expression in his eyes, slowly he walked out the house. He felt as though the world for him was over, that the last of his childhood was stripped from him, that he was cursed for having the Paradox Branch. He stared at the sky, with a vengeful look. "Wherever you are, I will destroy you. Khaos."

Naajai walked by a mall that would soon not exist. He figured that the explosion would cause tons of chaos across the area as many would die; most coming from the mall itself. It would be quite a show to watch. Too bad the tension was too high for him to relax and watch the fireworks.
Naajai walked inside the mall. He looked at the innocent, thinking of how blind they were to their demise. It always made him smile when he thought of how much power he had over the weak. Something caught his eye all of a sudden. A boy called out to his father. The father had a huge smile across his face as he lifted the child into the air, followed by an embracing hug. It kind of reminded Naajai of when he was younger...
Snapping back into reality again, Naajai left the mall. Though he hardly searched at all, he knew he didn't have much time before the big bang. He casually walked away toward and unknown destination.

OOC: Alright people. Ive returned and shall be taking my place as Jack and Khaos.
Jack walked up to Gray and examined Gray's house out of the corner of his eye, finding out the best places to set the charges. "Hey Gray. What's with 'I'm gonna kill somebody' look?" Jack wondered if Gray's parents had told him about Khaos. Instead of worrying about it, he focused on the task at hand: Finishing the circle and resurrecting Khaos.
In Jack's mind, he heard a voice. This was voice was calm, but Jack could sense the great anger within. Jack knew it was Khaos. 'Gray is the only with a Branch that can stop us. The only one, with a Branch that Zero cannot absorb. He must be killed.....

Rip continued his search. Now mad because he's running out of time and that kid stopped him. I can't kill him, he's the only one who can stop khaos. All I can do is compleate my contract. I owe it to them. he had no time to reminice about the ghosts of the past. Then he had a aha moment. NAAJAI! That kid could lead me to the girl. Someone like him probably wouldn't bat a eyelash if I succeeded. with that, he went to find naajai. The ice user would be his saving grace. However ironic that sounds.

Jack, called from afar. Somehow he could always see Gray's expression, no matter how far away. "My god, Jack I just had a terrible realization." To reply to Jack's statement, 'What, that life is as cruel as acid.' "No, that a tyrannical little cramp wants to torch my house. So what did you and Natalie have to talk about." Gray sunk down to his stoop and sat there waiting for Jack's answer.

Jack cracked his neck then stood on top of a nearby lamppost. "That doesn't concern you, does it?" Jack stared up at th sky, waiting for the next explosion to take place. "How's that cousin of yours? You know, the one that never left us alone when we were younger." Jack decided to show-off and did a back-flip off the lamppost, landing perfectly.

Issac walked out the building and found Naajai stading there ans waiting. He tossed the detonator to him and looked as Naajai was quiter than normal. "Natalie should be here soon and the boss should be out right now, scouting the next two locations." He said looking at his blade that he always carried. He looked up at the building and then back down to his teammate and spoke. "I'm going to the rooftops and you set of the bombs when i get up there. If those kids come, then they will only expect you to be here. I will then unleash a surprise attack."
With that, Isaac walked past Naajai and jumped till he was at the top. He then signaled him to blow the building up.

Rip herzon walked to around the mall, taking the flames from anything that seemed like it could go bad."well, well. Speak of the devil and he shall come." rip said, wearing his mask and trench coat. His voice was very kind and calm. He was clapping as well. He had just found who he was looking for." naajai. I have a question to ask of you, ice breath." he saw the detonation device in his hand." ok two questions. One, do you know what happens when bombs flames are extinguished? They become duds." he then looked around the area, taking in the scenery." what a nice place. It's a shame that this world moves so fast." but.. He remembered the fact that he still had the second question." second question. Where is the girl that was with you the last time we met?" now his voice became serious

"You know, your a friggin show-off," Gray mumbled under his breath though he knew Jack would hear, he always does, that's why it makes it kinda funny, "Friggin Emo Kid. So uh yeah, Cherish is fine, still a cramp, but now she won't leave me alone cuz I'm friends with her crush." Gray grabbed Jack by the shoulders, "DO YOU KNOW HOW EMOTIONALLY DRAINING THAT IS!!!!" His eyes were widening for comic effect, truth is that Gray usually tunes her out most of the time. "So how's life!!" Gray said still yelling for no reason.
