New Vestroia: Houston and Wes vs Bakugan Army

[Wes Sutterfield]

"WING AND TAIL SYSTEMS OFFLINE... CORE CONTAINMENT FUNCTIONING AT 35%"
"Great, I can't fly and my core's nearly loose. If my core gets out if control, we're all in for it."
Wes looked at Talon in disbelief.
"I'm surprised at you, being so pessimestic at a time like this. Your name is Talon, remember? Use them!"
Talon glanced at his namesakes.
"Oh ya..."
Wes rolled his eyes and sighed.
"Ability Activate! Slash Wave!"
Talon slashed his claws in the air in front of himself, creating a shockwave that hit the entire front line.
"Fusion Ability Activate! Burning Tsunami!"
Talon slashed the ground causing lava to erupt from the ground around the enemy forces which then quickly hardened.
"Ability Activate! Dragon Slicer!"
Talon vanished instantly, then reappeared on on the other side of the army, which had been cut down by Talon's mighty rippers.
"And that takes care of them," Talon roared.

[The King]

Sol landed and returned to ball form, flying into Houston's hand. Houston grabbed the bag of beef jerky, and tossed it to Wes.

"Thanks, Wes," Houston said, "What are you doing in New Vestroia anyway? I don't think it's sightseeing, cuz I took you here last year on your birthday."

[Wes Sutterfield]

Talon returned to ball form and flew back into Wes's hand. Wes eagerly ravaged the bag of jerky.
"We're here for some major training," Wes said in between bites. "We're just trying to work out some kinks in the cybernetics and get stronger as well."
"Ya, we don't want any more incidents, so we're making sure everything runs smooth. But now we know that the cybernetics can't take much fusion, so we're gonna make some minor adjustments."

[The King]

"I see," Houston replied, "Well, you might wanna get outta here. Something big is coming. Sol will open up a portal for you."

[Wes Sutterfield]

Wes began to moan.
"But we're not done training," Wes complained. "And it's a lot more fun here."

[The King]

Sol opened up a portal, and Houston opened up his special treat for Wes: applewood smoked pork jerky. The stuff was like bacon in jerky form, and Wes loved the stuff. Houston threw the bag into the portal.

"Go get it, Wes!" Houston said.

Wes glared at Houston angrily.
"You had to pull THAT trick. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted."
Wes ran towards the portal with Talon floating close behind.
"Gotta go, it's been fun but there's jerky to be eaten." Wes called.
Wes leaped through the portal. Talon approached the portal then stopped and turned toward Sol.
"Later Sol. Maybe next time we'll be able to fuse better." Talon said before he slipped through the portal.

[The King]

"Maybe so, Talon. Maybe so," Sol replied.

The portal closed, and Houston looked out towards the horizon. He saw the rest of the World Soldiers appear. They had followed the commotion caused by the army. The sun was moving towards the west, about to set.

"Well," Houston muttered, "This will be interesting."
