Bakugan Evoblast Episode 23


While the Team Blasters took a break from battling, Dimitri returned to see his former teammates in an old warehouse, who used to be bullying other children's Bakugans. He was curious to see how strong Kelvin got with Uxdrinin, so he challenged him to a battle.

Dimitri, hoping that Kelvin won't be the same who always lost to the Team Blasters in the past, wanted to test Kelvin's skills. So then, he insisted that they should use the Transformation Ultimode.

Dimitri looked at Kelvin with a stern look on his face. He was wondering if his fellow friend had gotten stronger. He held up Zalamanoid and a Gate Card, ready to get started. "Let us see how strong you've become Kelvin, don't fall behind and give it your best. Gate Card Set!" Shouted Dimitri, as she threw his Gate Card. The Gate Card emitted a brown-colored Light, and expanded, and Dimitri took Zalamanoid, and threw him towards the field. "Bakugan Brawl! Bakublaster Launch! Come forth, Zalamanoid! Transformation Ultimodo activate!" Shouted Dimitri, as he sent Zalamanoid out to the field, and activated Transformation Ultimodo. Zalamanoid stood as he let out a roar, and he emitted a brown-colored Light, and sand and lava gathered to his body, and formed a "Coccoon" around his body, which then exploded, revealing Zalamanoid in his evolved form. "Let's see what you've got!" Shouted Zalamanoid, as he prepared for battle.

[Kelvin Casper]

With his fellow teammates standing circle around Dimitri and Kelvin, Kelvin knew his teammates should observe the battle and learn the strategy. "Okay boss if its a battle you want to have," Kelvin said, pulling out Uxdrinin from his pocket, "Bakugan Brawl! BakuBlaster Launch! Go Darkus Uxdrinin!!" Uxdrinin rose into his monster form after being thrown to the gate card.

"Transformation Ultimode Activate!!" Shouted Kelvin, as Uxdrinin glowed purple with a flowing aura surrounding him. When the aura exploded, Uxdrinin revealed its evolved form. It gained swords on its wings and body, with a very long tail. With both Uxdrinin and Zalamanoid being prepared for battle, their projectiles were launched at each other. KABOOM!!

[Dimitri Crushuffler]

Dimitri acknowledged this with a nod, as he watched Zalamanoid and Uxdrinin take it out on each other. "Let's get started, shall we, Uxdrinin?" Asked Zalamanoid, preparing to battle. Dimitri took out a card, ready to use it. "I think I shall start off with something easy. Ability Activate! Desert Whirlstorm!" Shouted Dimitri, as he activated an ability. Zalamanoid let out a roar, as he whipped up a sandstorm, intending to blind Uxdrinin, and hopefully deal some damage with flying sand, as he himself moved around quickly, hitting Uxdrinin with his tail each time he flew around.

[Kelvin Casper]

"We are always ready Zalamanoid!" Uxdrinin remarked.
"Ergh!!" Kelvin grunted, as being buffeted by the sandstorm. Strong enough to resist the sandstorm, Kelvin pulled out a card and activated it, "Ability Activate!! Drainin Shield!" Uxdrinin shield himself with its wings. With his body glowed dark purple, he was able to absorb the devastating flying sand. "Uxdrinin! Suck it all you can buddy!" Kelvin cheered on Uxdrinin. While the former bullies were watching the battle, "Not bad Kelvin!" Said the former bully A, "No wonder why he deserves the Transformation Ultimode!" Replied the former bully B.

[Dimitri Crushuffler]

Dimitri smiled at what Uxdrinin did, as he took out another card. Zalamanoid jumped into the air, as he let out a screech. "You must have been training for this battle, haven't you, Uxdrinin?" Asked Zalamanoid, asking Uxdrinin a question. Dimitri looked at Uxdrinin as he held the card up. "Ability Activate! Boulder Dreadblow!" Shouted Dimitri, as he activated an ability. Zalamanoid let out a roar, as his two fists emitted a brown-colored Light, and he joined his hands togather, and jumped at Uxdrinin, and went on to hit his shield with both of his fists joined together, as Zalamanoid fired a beam of brown-colored Energy from his mouth at Uxdrinin.

[Kelvin Casper]

The shield was shattered, as Uxdrinin was hit by Zalamanoid's attack. Landing on the ground, Uxdrinin let out a mighty roar.

"I have, thanks to Kelvin, my partner!" Replied Uxdrinin. "Let's get this started boss! Ability Activate," Kelvin shouted, activating another card he held in the air. "Toxic Samurai Blade! You know what this is Zalamanoid!!" Uxdrinin shouted, generating an energy blade from his hand, which contained poison. And finally, grabbing the energy blade, he was ready to slash Zalamanoid with it. Which Kelvin expected more to be battling with swords, to show his Dimitri how good he has become.

[Dimitri Crushuffler]

Zalamanoid was sent crashing into a wall, as he let out a grunt of pain. Dimitri felt glad that his friend had gotten stronger, as he held up a card, ready to use it. "I think it's time... To show you two something interesting... Ability activate! Impulsive Lavalus!" Shouted Dimitri, as he activated an ability. Zalamanoid let out a roar, as lava gathered into his mouth, and brown-colored electricity started to ignite in his hands. "Have a look at THIS!" Shouted Zalamanoid, preparing to attack Uxdrinin. Zalamanoid then fired the lava from his mouth like a beam at Uxdrinin, and fired streams of electrcity form his hands at Uxdrinin as well.

[Kelvin Casper]

Uxdrinin attempted to block the attack with his blade, but was still hit by the streams of electricity. All of a sudden, Zalamanoid was poisoned after being slashed by Uxdrinin's sword. It didn't matter since this is what Dimitri wanted to see Kelvin's move like this.

Zalamanoid and Uxdrinin then kept on battling in an intense battle, using everything they've got. At the same time, Kelvin started to doubt himself that he would defeat Dimitri because of his past. But then, Dimitri forced him to stop doubting himself, but to start to trust Uxdrinin, hoping that he can seriously battle like a man.

As Dimitri did not want to see that Kelvin losing the Transformation Ultimode power by any chance for losing confidence, he eventually decided to lose on purpose. Which he let Zalamanoid get hit by Uxdrinin's final attack. *KABOOM!!!*

Zalamanoid returned to ball form, and rolled to Dimitri's feet.

Dimitri walked over to Zalamanoid, and picked him up. "You did good today, my friend, boy, Kelvin's gotten stronger, hasn't he?" Asked Dimitri to his Bakugan. Zalamanoid opened up in his hand, as he nodded at him, as he flew to his shoulder. "Yes, I sense great strength in Uxdrinin. He'll be able to hold his own in battle..." Said Zalamanoid, as he talked to Dimitri. Dimitri nodded, as he walked over to Kelvin, an held out his hand. "That was a great match, Kelvin, I'm proud of you... You've grown stronger, and have shown how strong you two have become..." Said Dimitri, as he talked to Kelvin.
