Noland, Seiki, and Daniel got caught up in a dangerous situation involving Karen and Montai's conflict with Nero that required Elico acting as their shield for them to escape safely; although, it required Noland immobilizing an emotionally distraught Karen for all of them to get out. They ran through ruins that contained murals of the conflict between the Dragonoid and Dharaknoid species, which Daniel somehow made clear to the entire group. Daniel had made the mistake of provoking Karen while she was crying about Elico's sacrifice, so she exposed him to everyone for personally ordering Belphenoid to kill Seiki's family, and questioned him about how he was able to make the translations. Daniel defended his actions and dodged questions relating to his identity twice until the massacre order made Seiki angry enough for her to attack him with Ahio. Daniel was obviously unhappy with what happened and easily dealt with Ahio by stealing her energy through unknown power. Noland tried to get him to calm down so they can continue on with the mission instead of fighting over it, but Daniel did not listen to him at all. Figuring that these events were all apart of Karen's strategy to help Nero even more, Daniel tried to kill Karen using the same attack he used against Ahio, but was stopped by Noland when he used his own link with Drago to nullify it. Noland made it clear to Daniel that he was on the border of leaving his side since he attacked another human and asserted that Karen, Montai, Seiki, and the Resistors were not to be harmed. Since his question was dodged the previous time, Drago rudely asked Daniel what he was. Daniel took Noland's defense of Karen as a sign of affection, calling it his personal weakness. Knowing that his speech was changed as a result of awakening his power, he took control of Kuzuha as she tried to calm him down and spoke through her. He revealed himself to be a Bakugan by the way he sarcastically answered Drago's question, which Montai noticed very well. Daniel did not understand why Noland would betray him or protect the enemy, but still did not wish to hurt the Resistor leader; thus, he gave Noland the option to either move to allow him to do what should have been done a long time ago, or stay and be killed along with Karen. Noland disappointingly accepted things for what they were and geared up for battle. As he was putting Karen down, she revealed that she still cared about him and was about to make a certain comment that Noland did not want to hear, so he interrupted her by finishing her statement with a sentence saying that she owed him a lot. As he took his stance for battle, Noland warned all three of the females to shut their mouths if nothing they said was to Noland's benefit. He also suggested that if they choose not to listen to him, they could do him a favor and get themselves killed since he did not want his motivation to protect them exploited by Daniel if he tries to kill them because of what they say about him. Noland activated his BrawlX to combat Daniel for the last time while deeply regretting that he had no other choice but to put him down. ( Boss Theme)

It was time once again that two mortal enemies like Daniel and Noland faced each other in battle against each other. It crossed Daniel's mind to go on and fight Noland's Drago by himself since Kuzuha proved herself to be rather useless in previous battles and the fact that she was not quite agreeing with Daniel in terms of how he used the power he had, but he figured it would be better to fight him using Kuzuha in order to tire him out and then fight him by himself. Since Kuzuha was not very reliable when it came to following Daniel in his current state of mind he knew that when the time was right he would have to use more forceful actions. He then put a weirdly-colored card inside his gauntlet making it flash and continue glowing in red and violet colors. Upon doing that he grabbed Kuzuha's Bakugan sphere and tossed her. The moment she reached the ground her sphere flashed turning her into the monster form and releasing violet mist over the area. "Are you sure this is the right path you've chosen?" Kuzuha asked Daniel as she was not quite sure of what he could do to her or anyone else in his current form. He then gave her a cold gaze with an order: "You are not in position to question me...underling. You do not have other option, but to obey and so you will obey..." Upon hearing those words Kuzuha sighed and then turned back her face to Noland awaiting for Drago to be on the battlefield and for battle to initiate. "No hard feelings. Neither I was expecting this..." said Kuzuha to Noland and Drago who were about to start with battle. Card that Daniel recently put into his gauntlet caused Kuzuha to glow in a violet color alongside with having an dragon-head emblem on Kuzuha's mask and shoulders.

"Hmph...Kuzuha's just like Karen was, lacking in both thought and reason." Noland was not happy about Kuzuha choosing Daniel's side out of fear, believing it to be the coward's way of saying that she cannot think for herself about what's the right thing to do. "No hard feelings" was pure crap in his eyes as she had a choice for what she was fighting for, and she chose Daniel; therefore, by association, she will have to be treated the same way Daniel will be treated as: a criminal. He pulled a gate card out from his deck. "Hmph. Lets get this done. Gate card, set!" Noland threw the gate card at the center of the field to serve as extra fortification against Daniel's reserves. Once the card hit the ground, it expanded, releasing a wave of energy throughout the area as its power began to manifest on the field. There was only one thing left to do now that all minds were clear: to battle to determine whether the good guys or the bad guys were fit to assume the role of a hero.
"It's a waste to think that this wasn't going to happen eventually, Kuzuha," Drago realized, remembering how this all started at the D.C. Jail. "You knew things were not looking good between us the moment you both escaped after Noland rightfully got you admitted into the slammer. If you chose to kill humans and Bakugan alongside him or even fight against me because of your fear of him, then there is no positive feelings to be had for you. I will destroy you if I must as Krakix should have done years ago." Noland gripped the Dragonoid in his right hand as soon as he was done speaking, reeled his arm back, and threw him onto the field directly at Kuzuha. "Bakugan, brawl! Stand, Bane Dragonoid!" Drago stood while he was traveling through the air directly at Kuzuha. He grew an energy horn at the top of his head in order to ram his opponent hard due to the extra burst of speed Noland's throw gave him. He intended to score a critical hit right at the start.

As soon as Drago was on the field he charged into Kuzuha who was ready to take use an ability. Daniel looked at her and quietly said: "Receive..." Upon hearing the command she stood still in her position putting both hands alongside with her wand in front in order to defend. Without he ability she received the attack from Drago and was launched across the room with enormous force from Drago's impact. She managed to reduce the power of attack only by little not letting herself to hit the wall and receive more damage. Daniel rose his arm with the gauntlet and gauntlet flashed in violet while releasing a small portion of energy before turning completely crimson. "Pain...Blessing..." Daniel said quietly as his card was activated. Kuzuha used her teleportation to appear right in front of Drago and then she swiftly summoned a magic circle on his belly before she activated the triggering magic of her wand. Once her wand was activated the magic circle on Drago's belly was also activated and it packed an extreme amount of pain to Drago where the circle was. Pain quickly spread through every single nerve in Drago's body not letting Drago even to move a little. Kuzuha's magic transferred her pain from Drago's attack into every single one of his nerves immobilizing him and making him an easy prey for next attack. Daniel put another ability inside his gauntlet and activated it. "Hammer...of Blood" he said and caused his gauntlet to flash and Kuzuha's wand to be replaced with a long crimson hammer. Kuzuha jumped to reach Drago's head and swiftly slashed the hammer upwards hitting Drago in the chin forcefully launching him into the ceiling where he left a crater upon the impact and then fell down on the ground being unable to fly due to the pain caused by the Pain Blessing. "Kuzuha has no fear of me in that amount..." Daniel said with his sinister voice. "Neither she has will of her own..." he added up coldly as he implied to have complete control over Kuzuha. What he said did insult Kuzuha, but she decided to keep it shut since argument was useless and needless that moment.

Noland was a bit surprised by Kuzuha's power as he had always been since the first time he saw her in action. Her spells have become a terrifying force to oppose, which was something he knew he would have to deal with coming in this battle. He knew combating Kuzuha would be tough, but nerves of steel and a controlled battle style would allow him to contest his opponent. "That's a typical Daniel comment right there. It's slow, but stupid," Noland rudely remarked as he threw an ability card at Drago. The card dispersed and spread across his body in white sparkles, curing him of his ailments. The ability was assumed to be Ability Breaker, a common ability used in situations that dire. He then slipped an ability for activation on his BrawlX without saying a word, allowing his Dragonoid to have the honor in doing so. "Novia Blade!" Drago's developed pain tolerance allowed him to lift his head off of the floor, point it towards Kuzuha, and fired a beam-like blade from his forehead directly at her chest, impaling her almost instantly after being struck down by the hammer.
"It's really sad that even a Bakugan like yourself has a problem with Nero killing you all, but you treat Kuzuha like a pet without a heart and mind. You're really starting to make me sick, Daniel!" Kuzuha's impalement would add harsh pain in the chest area, but the ability did more than that. By making contact with her, Drago was able to continuously siphon away her power as seen through the energy travelling along the beam from Kuzuha to Drago. Whether this would cancel her copying of his power remains to be seen, but Noland didn't care about it since he knew that Drago's power would be superior to hers by default in that particular form. Instead, he opted to take away Kuzuha's offensive power to force her on the defense, and that was exactly what Novia Blade was designed to accomplish when used in this manner rather than the raking variant.
Drago swung his head upwards to launch Kuzuha to the ceiling to treat her the same way she treated him, and then swung his head down to send her back to the floor with a lot of force. As she was there, Drago launched another attack at Noland's command, not wanting to give her any room for recovery. "Ability activate! Meteor Strata! Obliterate the enemy!" Drago put his arms and legs in a pushup position to push himself off the ground. From there, he flew across the battlefield, gaining height each time he moved. He looked downwards as he did this. Giant, red fireballs that were identical to the size of meteors were launched from his mouth and began raining down on Kuzuha. Each impact would cause waves of fire to emerge from its point of impact and travel a relatively short to medium distance, which was enough to catch most opponents off guard if they managed to dodge the meteors coming their way.

Noland went on full offense in order to do as much damage to Kuzuha as possible. That was quite a predictable move considering how Kuzuha used to be in her form before evolution, but now her type of defensive and countering power grew in an abnormal direction than her offensive power. "Wrong move, lizard boy..." Kuzuha said once Drago launched his next attack against her. At that time Daniel already activated one of his modified abilities. "Morph Curse" Kuzuha used her magic to teleport herself only a few inches away in order to restore balance and at that point her wand flashed and it looked like she was electrified, but that soon disappeared. Then she rushed towards Drago's attack instead of dodging it and meteors started hitting her, but instead of exploding they were absorbed. All meteors that were heading towards here were absorbed inside her body as she was supposed to be hit by them. Her body was like some sort of liquid now that was able to absorb enemy attacks and use it against them. She started teleporting purposely to catch every single meteor Drago was launching against and she managed to catch almost every single one absorbing them as they were just simple energy. "How else am I supposed to treat her then, Hardy? Her race has a code which forces them to obey their superiors. And I became her master once her life was saved by me. If her code makes her act like a mindless puppet then she will be one." Daniel said before pointing his finger towards Drago. "Now..." Kuzuha's wand started to make an extreme glow of crimson and violet combination before causing a blinding effect over the area that it was almost impossible to see. She used energy from Drago's attack to form a new attack and set it against Drago with her wand in one powerful energy blast which took shape of a large crimson arrow and produced an immense glow in order to prevent Drago from finding a way to escape it. After a powerful explosion which shook the whole building Drago was found lying on the ground with burning marks over his body despite he was a Pyrus Bakugan. Kuzuha then forcefully landed by striking Drago into his belly with her wand knocking out the air out of his lungs and then she jumped back a few meters landing on the ruble that was caused by her attack.

"So now you think it's justifiable to take advantage of her knowing that...Unbelievable..." Noland shook his head at Daniel's mindboggling belief that the DNA code of another Bakugan gives anyone else the right to treat her any way he pleased. He was surprised to see that Kuzuha was able to rebound that fast after being crippled by Novia Blade, but her ability to do so must have come from copying Drago's genetic structure. The absorbed power led to a devasting offensive that could have severely dropped his chances of winning against the sorceress. The words could and have were very essential when thinking about the attack as it didn't really phase Noland at all when the Dragonoid was hit, which meant that there was a hidden factor present in the battle that made the current situation a petty annoyance. "You didn't think that was actually going to hit him, did you?" Noland asked with a sly smirk, waving his left arm in an overconfident fashion as his BrawlX glowed with an ability.
The nature of the card he used wasn't revealed until a shadow was revealed above the fallen Dragonoid. This one wasn't marked with the devastating damage that were across the other one's body, which meant that the card Noland activated, as seen when looking at the card closely, was Rapid Fire Takedown, a technique that allows him to spawn a clone depending on how many enemy Bakugan he was facing. Rather than a purely offensive maneuver, Drago had deployed it in secret seconds before the attack hit. He spawned it directly in front of him to mask his escape. The smoke created from the impact allowed him to navigate safely near the ceiling to prevent detection. "At least you tried," Drago condescendingly mocked. The clone, despite receiving a lot of damage and being on the brink of dispersion, struggled to stand to his feet. He gave a weak growl before Drago put his hands on its chest, absorbing the last remaining power off of it while leaving its explosive power untouched.
"Kuzuha in that Dragonoid skin could be a problem if Daniel keeps playing like this. I need to do something to strip him of that power," Noland reminded himself in his head. He pulled out another card to use that would hopefully bring him one step closer to accomplishing that goal. "Ability activate! Blaze Torpedo!" Drago picked the clone up with both of his hands and held it out in front of him. From here, he began charging energy between both of his hands, which, by extension, went into the clone's body. Once he was finished, Drago reeled back for throwing power, and then launched him in Kuzuha's direction. The clone was engulfed in a vicious tornado of flames that continually enhanced its destructive properties. Anticipating Kuzuha's evasion of the attack, Drago had aimed the attack towards the floor so that it will crash into that instead of Kuzuha herself, which could potentially get blocked. Once the clone hit the floor, it caused a severe explosion as if it was a warhead, damaging anything that was in its path around the area.

"Special Ability activate! Dragon Demon Arts: Dimension Rift!" Daniel yelled as he activated another ability, but this time not Drago or Noland could feel any source of power being used by Kuzuha. Ability Daniel used didn't seem to carry that much power in itself; it was obviously hundreds of times less-powered than Drago's card. Still... Kuzuha's wand flashed and she produced extreme light with it. Light was colored in her well-familiar combination of white, violet and crimson. As soon as she did that she spread that light onto herself and Daniel making them both glow in different attribute colors before they both became transparent. Drago's attack made an impact on the whole area delivering severe damage to anything that stood over there. Several pillars started to crack before they made a shocking sound of crashing and breaking on the floor. Ceiling and walls were so heavily damaged that there were dents and cracks all over the place. As the smoke slowly cleared and disappeared from the impact area there was no trace of either Daniel or Kuzuha. What any person would probably think was that their card failed them and they met the fate that Drago's attacks might have caused, but neither Noland or Drago were in such luck yet.
"You indeed are powerful...but power means nothing...if you cannot hit the target." said Daniel's voice from what it seemed the whole room as the source of his voice. "Using a clone to deceive the one that that attacks you is a tactic that one can be proud of, but...it is not a perfect tactic either..." he said again quietly, but loud enough so everyone there could hear him. Suddenly, two lights flashed in front of them blinding them a little bit, but were only lights. As two lights disappeared along with the blinding effect two figures appeared on places where those lights were. It was too obvious what to expect. One of the figures was Daniel with his hands crossed and eyes glowing in crimson while red electric bolts were wrapping him up. Other figure was Kuzuha and it didn't seem that she took any damage at all from that Drago's attack. "If you still haven't figured it out...Kuzuha can teleport...Considering all dangers of this building we had to open and take cover in a dimensional rift..." he continued and then activated another ability. "Knight Art: Zephyr Lance!" Daniel said while charging Kuzuha's body with an immense amount of energy that seemed to come out of nowhere. At that point she started running and jumping around Drago at the speed granted to her by this ability card; speed that could not be seen by a normal eye. She used her speed to deceive Drago who could not notice from which direction she was coming. All from the sudden she appeared right above him; under the area of ceiling where she smashed Drago a minute ago with the hammer attack. She created a magic circle which started to spawn countless lances towards Drago. "Right here!" Lances were of an unknown attribute, but they started hitting Drago from above hitting his head, arms, legs and wings.
Drago fell down under that pressure and Kuzuha landed on him with a powerful slam as the last time with the clone. She then used remaining lances and fired them across the room at random spots. Those lances hit the ceiling, floor, walls and pillars at random and started emitting strong electric shocks at those areas. There was no reason for sending those lances at random areas, but she did and then jumped backwards towards Daniel knowing that being close at Drago's range was dangerous. "Since you are a creature of such endless knowledge and justice let me ask you one question...Do you think Bakugans are tools...only existing to cause pain?" Daniel asked without any significant reason to ask such a question in a situation like that. He was quite interested of what Noland would tell him as an answer.

"What can't this witch do!?" Noland shouted in frustration about Kuzuha's vast amounts of versatility in her moveset. After narrowly escaping Drago's attack, Kuzuha then caught them both off guard with their next ability, which sent Drago to the ground after being hit rapidly across his body out of nowhere. He was then hit by a ground pound that Kuzuha used on his clone, which definitely caused some significant damage due to his own power being used against him. She then jumped back and attempted to continue the assault using the lances that could have come from anywhere. For that reason, it was only viable that he used an ability that can cover him from all areas. "Damn copycat..." Drago growled. "Nova Dragon!" A Chinese dragon avatar was immediately released from his body. As it was summoned, it began revolving around Drago's body so fast that it was able to consecutively absorb all of the stabs that were thrown his way.
As Drago was protecting himself from the lances while attempting to get back to his feet, Noland decided to address Daniel's question one step at a time. "Before I even answer that, lets get one thing straight here. I don't have endless knowledge and justice; I never claimed to have any of those things. People call me a hero for stopping you and killing Barodius, and some even call that justice. That's not my idea of justice. In fact, in my perfect world, a just punishment for you and Barodius, if he were still alive, is to make you both suffer the same grueling series of acts that you've committed against me, Seiki, Tank, and everyone on this planet that did nothing to deserve what was put down," Noland began, pointing his finger to Daniel in a menacing way. "As for Bakugan being tools that only exist to cause pain, that is perfectly suited for both you and Kuzuha. You are both slaves to the same darkness that Dharak held. It's true that Bakugan has caused me pain, but there are those, like Drago, who refuse to allow the select few to continue serving it. He's not just my guardian, but a protector to all of those who we fight for. He is not bound by the same evil that drives you. THAT'S the difference between you and I."
Once the avatar successfully protected Drago from the all-directional assault, it flew directly into the Dragonoid to reside there until it was needed again. The reaction from having it in his body gave him a bright red energy cloak across his body that does not allow him to be affected negatively by his opponent, essentially granting him near invulnerability for some time until he chose to release it. Of course, doing this does have a drawback as the avatar's power somewhat decreases faster over time the longer he holds it in, so he had to be careful with how he chose to use it before it runs out so it's still usable for a later attack he had in mind. "We'll see how well you can dodge when I get you with this," Drago warned in a prelude to something even more dangerous than what he did with the suicide bomber attack.

"So you do not consider that our purpose should be to cause pain to others? How interesting...and ironic in the same time..." Daniel said as he watched Drago use another one of his moves that was supposed to protect Drago against further Kuzuha's attacks. "...humans...have their tournaments...where Bakugans are supposed to...cause pain to each other for fame and money of their so-called owners...I have seen them personally...as wars of our world has not been enough now they all fight like puppets...?" Daniel quietly said in his disbelief and then continued talking. "...once I walked into a building which even sells Bakugans...as toys......does it ever cross your mind that they...have emotions as well...that they might have a future of their own?" Daniel asked with a shaking voice that could have been guessed as he feared something or talked in despair. "What...what would the other ones think if we reported this back?" Kuzuha asked to Daniel whose concentration was not on the battle that much as it used to be. He was questioning Noland about humanity and Noland's opinions. He was looking at the humanity as ones who enslaved a good share of Bakugan race by making them fight in arenas and sell them in stores as merchandise. He simply couldn't feel more disgust at humanity at the time that they would be doing something like that. "They would not think anything...they would do what they did with every race that tried something like this with Bakugans..." Daniel said to Kuzuha and then put his concentration back at the battle. His gauntlet flashed as he continued with activation of abilities. "Defensive move.....Dragon Demon Arts: Land Bind..." Daniel activated one of his dangerous abilities that was very close to the one he used to teleport himself. Kuzuha then activated her magic power to create a magic circle below Drago. Suddenly, at that Kuzuha's power activated extreme gravity that led Drago down to the ground. He was protected from all the damage that he could receive, but strong gravity made him stick to the ground along with his cloak and he started to 'sink' in the ground as it was cracking from the pressure. In a few seconds Drago was practically stuck in the floor that only his head, neck and wings were visible.

Noland sighed in disbelief after Daniel said what he said knowing that he actually agreed with something he was saying about how the Bakugan were being treated, which was a first for this battle. "I can't argue your point about them being sold. That IS wrong and the retailers that are labeling them as products do not know what they wrought; however..." Noland paused a little to make a transition between what they were in agreement on and what they were in disagreement on. "...You're obviously not going to like what I'm about to say about your view on competitive battling, and I really don't care either. Recreational fighting and war are two completely different subjects that you have unfairly mixed together for a very long time apparently. You're probably going to be one of those idiots who will say that boxing means that humans only exist to cause pain. Get these seven words inside of that thick skull of yours and never let it out." Noland took a deep breath and said it slowly so that even someone like Daniel would understand. "No...one...forced...you...to...do...it."
The outline was clear and simple. There was barely anything that could be said to push that point even further than it had already gone. "You make all of those comments about Bakugan having emotions where you can't even see that the Bakugan participating in these battles are fully sentient beings and have offered their consent in battling this way. You can't even make a statement like that after you controlled Kuzuha through whatever you were talking about and said that you would treat her as a mindless puppet because you're her master. That's way worse than people actually selling them. You didn't buy her heart; you robbed her of it. You are so full of bullshit that I wouldn't be surprised if Nero wanted to wipe you all out just because of Bakugan as stupid as you are popping up out of nowhere to kill us all over your own idiocy." Drago's mobility was then severely limited by Kuzuha's gravitational ability. Copying Drago's code definitely gave her a huge boost in power, and it showed. She was able to have an answer for everything he was doing.
But this didn't mean that Noland was out just yet. His continued invulnerability allowed him to withstand the power of the ability to a certain extent. All he had to worry about were the drop in mobility and the time steadily going down by having the avatar in Drago's body. In response to this, Noland swiftly pointed downwards to activate the gate card. "Gate card, open! Change Link Force!" The card opened from underneath all of them and began to take hold. Its purpose was to spare Drago from the effects of the gravity and shifting it back to the opponent with twice the power, and that's exactly what it did. Kuzuha was now the Bakugan under the spell that threatened to get around Drago's ability. "I'm not going to be sorry for saying this, but if you were among the Bakugan being sold, it wouldn't matter. You both have no future," Noland ruthlessly berated as he activated an ability. "Ability activate! Incinerator Bash!" Drago released the avatar from his body to use as a projectile. The dragon flew towards the immobilized Kuzuha and engulfed itself with a fierce flame. In addition to that, it took the form of a lance that Kuzuha happily tried to stab Drago with previously to increase its penetration power. All that Kuzuha could hope for in her hopeless state was to deal with a flaming lance traveling at an impressive speed.

"You are quite ignorant. You justify what you do just by reminding me of what I did. You hunt Terrorists while there are Terrorists among you. If there was a market where humans were sold that would be considered as horror, crime and evil, but when my race is being sold...you do not do anything about it. You buy my race as gifts to your beloved ones, you use them as toys. The race me and many of my comrades were defending for long years became enslaved to the weakest race we have ever faced." There was not much what Daniel was intending to say about this topic, but he ignored the battle for that. "To care about Kuzuha? Race of puppets with no emotions. Only reason she is still breathing was because someone saved her. Which was not exactly me, but someone quite close. As a promise to him I had not abandoned her, but it does not mean I have to care about her."
Daniel pulled out an ability card which was already familiar to Noland from the battle against Allen. Still, he modified it in a way that can extract even more skill from the target. "Violet Infusion: Nightmare of Metal" he said and then his gauntlet flashed in multiple colors such as crimson and violet. Kuzuha was wrapped inside differently colored flames before mechanic sounds were heard from the flame sphere in which Kuzuha was. Drago's attack made an impact against something very sturdy and was able to move it a few meters out of the flame only to reveal Kuzuha suited in large mechanic suit from head to toe. Two long wing-like blades were extending from her back to left and right. "Heh, my future has been sealed once I was created. Differences between me and Belphenoid are that I was not created artificially and I do not fight to kill every living being there is like him. Even though I am not proud of being in a race of destroyers not everyone can have higher purpose and bright future." he said and then activated an ability. "Ever thought about anything harder than Gorem? Here you have it. Destroyer Arts: Breaker" said Daniel as he activated another ability. Kuzuha simply shook of Drago's attack with lance by striking it with her right arm and nullifying it completely. At that point she used Wolveride's jets to get an incredible speed getting closer to Drago and grabbing him by his neck with her left and his right wing with her right arm. "Going up?" Then she used her jets to go to the ceiling while forcefully smashing Drago's head into it. As that was not enough she then managed to twist Drago upside-down while using her jets again to go down smashing Drago's head into the ground. "And down." On the top of that she kicked him while using a power-jet sending him flying and smashing into a wall just behind Noland.

"Ignorant? It's ignorant to have a purpose in fighting in these senseless battles? I'm just a kid who chooses to defend when others won't. That doesn't mean I can stop everyone. I can't be everywhere at once. If I could, I would. The only thing you need to know about my motives is that you're here in front of me right now and I'm aiming to bring you down along with Nero." As he awaited the results of their attack, Noland stood by to see what was going to happen while Drago weighed in on the situation. "I don't know how long you've been on this planet, but humans have done that to themselves already, Daniel, or whatever species you are. Fighting did not solve that problem. All it did was create more and more bloodshed as time progressed. What you're doing isn't different in the slightest. Yes, as Noland has said, what they're doing is wrong, and it's not because we don't want to do anything about it. Violence is not always the answer. You can try and argue with me about that not being true in this case, but then you'll need to explain to me why Nero is about to use Dharak to wipe us out when all you've done was kill and burn in the name of 'liberation'."
The attack hit Kuzuha, but it did not do the damage that he was hoping for. When she was pushed backwards, she looked really different. The good news was that she was no longer sporting Drago's abilities. The bad news was that she donned a different form. Judging by the way she was able to deal with his attack, whoever it was copied from must have been well-versed in defense. In fact, seeing Kuzuha able to completely manhandle Drago in the way that she did using this power made it appear like the original owner of that power could potentially be just as strong as Noland and Drago in offense and Allen and Gorem in defense all at the same time, which, combined with Kuzuha's already versatile ability set, made the current circumstances extremely dangerous. Drago's pain screams each time his head was hit Noland in the heart with a nerve-racking feeling of worry, and him being thrown into the wall afterwards lit a fire in his eyes that made him determined to not give up regardless of the seemingly superior opponent at the time.
"That's something I don't understand. You can't just accept that the Bakugan are meant to destroy. All that's doing is proving Nero right. Sealing your own fate based on someone else's point of view of the entire race means that you can't even decide your own future. If you can't see the faulty logic in your own statements, then you just might be on Belphenoid's level," Noland said as he swiped an ability card on his BrawlX. "Ability activate! Phoenix Tornado!" Laid out on the ground battered and bruised, Drago was barely able to lift his head. He did so, and muttered a few words as he forcefully punched the floor. "Comparing anything of yours to Gorem and I...only makes you look more of a fool than you already are." Drago forced his body to unleash a massive phoenix avatar. It assembled above him and covered his body completely. It began rapidly healing him of his injuries, restoring his power back to normal levels. Once his energy and power were fully replenished, it dove straight for Kuzuha.

"I have never fired the first shot in this conflict between my race and human race. The shot fired was not a shot, but something much worse. With knowledge what humans were capable of I could not rest knowing many Bakugans are being used in their purposes." Daniel activated another ability which was a combined force of both Wolveride and Kuzuha at the time. "Destroyer Arts: Howling Breaker" Kuzuha charged up her mechanized armor and summoned a weapon Wolveride and Daniel knew as 'Breaker'; a massive cannon designed by human scientists that had its powers created by using Bakugan life force. For what was said that weapon was rumored to be able to break not just through matter, but through time and space as well. "Power output to...25%" said Daniel and then pointed at Drago and his attack before he ordered an attack. Kuzuha was surprisingly able to lift the Breaker with one hand and pointed at Drago's attack. As that happened a wolf howling was heard before blue electricity started to appear around Kuzuha. Then a blue light appeared inside the cannon and roaring sound pierced through everyone's ears after cannon launched a massive blue stream of energy. Stream broke right through Drago's avatar nullifying the ability in the process and hurting Drago more and more. That sort of energy had a sort of an effect that switches nerve cells on and off forcefully and quickly making an enemy unable to feel pain at one second and feel huge pain at another second. That made Drago unable to feel his wings at all making him fall on the ground and as much as he attempted to stand up his nerves would shut down in another second and activate in another. "My fate has been sealed a long time ago, Hardy. It is just how it is. I cannot change that I have been created with purpose to bring despair and pain to others...I have been created to annihilate 'the threat' who affects Bakugans in any negative way and that is the only reason why I have been created. Once my life ends they will just create another one; even stronger than me. I am expendable. About humans...you sell my race as toys and you use them in your games like puppets, BUT...I have not been killing your race for that reason...and I am not fighting you know for that reason..." Daniel finished his speech and then pointed at Drago lying on the ground. Kuzuha used her jets and gained speed for kicking Drago once again in the same wall before going back to her side of the battlefield and firing another laser blast which again hit Drago and made a large crater from that pressure on the wall.

Noland was undeniably intimidated by Kuzuha's power at this point. He watched as Drago had a hard time coping with this opponent. After his attack being stopped somehow by this cannon, Drago was kicked into the wall and then shot by a laser blast, which Drago was able to guard against somewhat by forcing the activation of his and Noland's special power to power himself up to the point where he could minimize the damage as much as possible. Once struck, he de-activated the enhancement to conserve it for later, not wanting to waste too much of it now as he will need it later. "Whatever that thing was...it wasn't natural..." Drago noticed in his head when gazing upon the design of the cannon used to deflect him. "What kind of Bakugan is that?" He pushed himself off of the wall using his feet and prepared another attack.
"You know...for someone who deems the humans to be the weakest race the Bakugan has ever come across, you sound pretty weak right now," Noland mockingly chided. "By the way, you're technically no different from them since you're in a human's body right now, and look what you're capable of when using Kuzuha. Of course, hypocrisy is a foreign term to you. While you ponder over that, deal with my Dauntless Spirit ability." Noland activated the card on his BrawlX. Using this allows Drago's power to jump to extreme levels. The sheer power of this increase was shown in the dark, red aura that engulfed his body upon release. His mobility was also heightened as a result of the power surge, which allowed him to rapidly assault Kuzuha through various directions as if he was warping from place to place. Numerous cracks were left on her cybernetic armor as she continuously got hit. Drago then got in front of her and used his powerful legs to deliver a heart-stopping kick to her stomach, sending her towards the floor.
"You can make all of the excuses you want about how you can't change or why you've done all you've done to others, but just know this," Noland asserted as he played another ability card. "I don't care what anyone said you are and what you're going to do for them. You exist as one being who chose to do wrong regardless of the reason, and you will be beaten like anyone else who deems anyone worthy of death for the wrong reasons. Now, ability activate! Novia Shredder!" After Drago had sent his foe towards the floor, he pointed his tail at her and shot the entire tip section of his tail that held the trident. A red aura surrounded it to give it increased penetration. This continued to grind against Kuzuha's armor once it made contact with her. Each passing second allowed the threat of having her armor breached even more likely.
