"So...you've finally escaped my reach, Karen?" Nero could sense by Karen's energy outbreak that she had accomplished an incredible feat that not even he expected her to. She wasn't really supposed to have done that without Belphenoid's aid. Nero had a brief flashback to the moment where she was first brought into his underground complex. The drained Doom Card that was previously referenced in the lab reports Montai somehow allowed the Resistors to read was left on his desk unattended while he checked on Belphenoid in the laboratory. When he returned, he found Karen holding the Doom Card as if it was nothing. Perhaps the same negative effects it had on Montai when she held it in her hands rubbed off on Karen as well, except she managed to break its hold on her. "It seems the affection you have for him was more than the scarce negative energy left on the Doom Card could handle."
Nero rolled his eyes at this revelation since she already managed to switch sides while under her dark power, so it didn't matter to him at this point. "I'll just have to break all of you then..." Nero silently activated an ability before all of his opponents' attacks hit Hydranoid. He had to do this thanks to Karen's interference which barred him from using his fusion ability's area of protection. The aftermath showed a Hydranoid that was horribly damaged from the ordeal, but was gradually healing thanks to Nero's timely intervention. "This ability, Final Fusion, is an identical regenerative ability to the one the Pack shares with each other. It allows Hydranoid to spontaneously regenerate all areas of his body at will for as much power he can expend using it. You might already be aware of how vast the opportunities for its usage are thanks to the power you've supplied to me via Merge Shield."
Nero then swiped two more abilities on his BrawlX to ruthlessly finish the opposition in a timely manner since he was nearing the limits on Hydranoid's body, and another blow like the one he just suffered just might do him in if hit the wrong way. "I've tried countless times to get you to understand my resolve, but you refused; therefore, I do not need to respond to any comments regarding my choices now. All that matters is results, and I have obtained them unlike the unlucky few - you four in particular. Needless to say, your partners have also been taken down. What more is there to argue? All of the Bakugan that have caused all of us pain individually shall soon be no more. This would have been a time to rejoice had you chose differently." He then swiped two cards across his BrawlX to attack his opponents, hopefully for the final time. "Your defeat will be the end of one era and the beginning of another - one without a Bakugan eliminating all of the precious opportunities and memories we've come to adore. Double ability activate! Guillotine plus Marauder Gazer!"
Hydranoid began revving his saw blades to cut into anyone who would dare attack him from up close. As he did this, the kinetic energy it generated caused lightning bolts to be released from them onto the opposition. At the same time, Hydranoid had a purple aura form in the center of his body. It continuously grew until it dispersed, causing Hydranoid to uncontrollably unleash a torrent of laser blasts from his mouths towards his foes that resulted in colossal structural damage in its impact and explosive aftermath, which was often seen in the shape of a circular blast radius. As Hydranoid wasted his opponents, more Pack Bakugan appeared by his side to help him finish the job. They surrounded the Resistors from all directions before bombarding them with attacks of their own ranging from Darkness Waver to Thunder Probe.

"It's ironic that you losing this brawl would fulfill everything you just said." Karen locked her eyes into the hate-filled eyes of the villain while activating an ability very discretely. "End Guardner Alpha," Karen plotted. This caused Horridian to go through a genetic mutation that split his power across three bodies with one of his three heads residing in each of them. They howled in anticipation of the never-ending spree of barrages they were under. He was very eager to shut them up once and for all. "United...we...stand." They all jumped backwards out of the way of Hydranoid's projectile attack through Guillotine, but they were still within the killzone of Marauder Gazer and the abilities the Dharaknoid launched at them without warning. Karen swiped two cards to get the ball rolling.
"You don't find it weird that you became the very thing you amassed this much power to stop? What a way to contradict your entire resolve. How's that for your results?" Karen questioned with a smile on her face. "Double ability activate! Hell Grinder plus fusion ability, Death Metal Army!" Horridian quickly placed Karen on his shoulders so that she'll latch onto the blades to keep herself grounded. The other two Horridian shifted their ball forms in such a way that made them able to mold themselves into a ball. He used gravitational force to force the two Horridian to come to the palm of his hands. He held them outwards to block the attacks the Pack were sending towards him as well as ensuring that he didn't take too much damage from Hydranoid's projectiles. "Fetch!" Horridian exclaimed as his eyes lit. He released his grip on the Horridian to crash them into the Dharaknoid forces, stunning them completely. After escaping the Pack's attack, Horridian united his bodies into a singular unit once more. His eyes flashed briefly with Gargulion, Gladion, and Gorem in mind. All of their power levels began boosting to unprecedented levels at an alarming rate, which gave them enough strength to continue fighting despite the odds they were up against. "It's on you guys now," Karen signaled.

"Well, at least we know where that last Karen came from. This one's likable now." When Markus saw all of the Pack Bakugan pop up out of nowhere, he knew what was about to come. The cards he used were activated without second guessing what was going to result from it. "Yeah...how about no? Double ability activate! Petrify plus Stone Wall!" Gargulion scattered multiple beams of light from his mouth in a circle to cover their flanks. The impacts summoned large stone walls that fortified their position; although, he chose not to target what was in front of them since Gorem was ahead of them at the time and did not want to skew their vision of what's going on especially when Hydranoid is a very prominent threat on the battlefield. Horridian did the unexpected by jumping over the walls before they were set up and completely stunned the opposing forces, which stopped them from damaging the other half of the strength the barrier had.
"I believe it's time we've sent you on your way," Gargulion hissed towards Nero. Markus swiped his secret weapon on his BrawlX in hopes of powering up a particular Bakugan on their side with the prowess necessary to keep the Pack from ever being a threat to them from this point forward. "You've relied on their presence long enough, Nero. We'll see how you perform without them," Markus noted. "Ability activate! Fusion Gargoyle! Target the Bakugan best equipped for unadulterated genocide!" Gargulion disassembled his body parts so that his spirit form can move around freely. He approached Gladion very carefully so that he avoids having to deal with electrical damage from the weapon he currently had equipped. "I hope you don't mind if I invite myself in for a while," Gargulion wished. He flew inside his rival's body to merge with him. His artificial body combined with Gladion's armor to increase his powers via BakuMutation, which was further boosted by Horridian's Death Metal Army ability. "Tank, you know what to do," Markus called out.

Tank stared at the behemoth in front of him that his Guardian had become. Wielding the gigantic sword in one hand, lightning striking down around him with increasing frequency and force, the two bear traps securing Gladion broke away, allowing Gladion to move freely. The screech of stone on stone movement was heard as Gladion took a single step forward before flashing giant stone wings from his back. The new stone armor became sharper as the form solidified, stone spikes augmenting Gladion's armor. Gladion put Tank back on the ground, and looked down at him, one of his eyes glowing blue, the other glowing a spectral green.
"Let's rampage, Gladion said, turning his head towards the coming army.
Tank began to tremble, not with fear, but with excitement. A huge grin spread across his face as he looked up at his Bakugan's new form. The Darkus attribute fit nicely with him. He gripped the sleeve of John's jacket, holding onto the patch from their national championship not even a year prior. Grabbing a number of ability cards from his pocket, Tank swiped them fast through his BrawlX.
"It's about time you got out of the way of the real brawlers," Tank called back to Markus, jokingly, before turning back towards the battle. Tank's BrawlX glowed a mixture of purple and blue as he held it up above his head, "Let's see what we can do about that army! Quintuple Ability, activate! Earthshaker plus Shadow Flight plus Special Ability, Remnants of the Titans - Scythe of Kronos plus Fusion Ability, Shimmering Shadow plus Fusion Ability, Divine Favor!"
Not even a second after Tank finished his sentence, Gladion twirled his claymore above him and stabbed it into the ground. The earth itself cracked and fragmented as an invisible force caused the land beneath Hydranoid and the army of Pack bakugan to be thrown into the air. Unsheathing his sword from the ground, Gladion took to the skies, flying fast towards the Pack. Turning into a shadow, Gladion flew through Hydranoid, turning around at the last second to get a good slash in with his sword before flying into the Pack, moving between each Pack bakugan individually, giving it the same treatment as Hydranoid. This defeated a quarter of the Pack, thinning the numbers quickly. The more resilient members of the Pack began to get angry and launch themselves at Gladion, who deftly dodged out of the way.
Reaching his empty hand high into the sky, a glowing, black bladed scythe dropped down. Gripping it, Gladion slashed the scythe in the air, time seemed to stop for everyone but Gladion and Tank. Taking this advantage, Gladion maneuvered behind multiple members of the Pack, slashing and defeating a number of them before time resumed. Utilizing another air slash, Gladion opened a wormhole to teleport away from the Pack. About three-fifths of the Pack remained after that.
It was at that point that Gladion became encased in a powerful, shadowy aura. The stone armor turned pitch black, the only color coming from the neon green markings and Gladion's blue eye. Multiple portals began opening around Gladion, allowing all of Gladion's weapons to descend to the battlefield. Taking the reins of the chariot, Gladion sheathed the claymore on his back and the scythe at his waist before flying high into the air above the battlefield, the other weapons not being utilized being held inside the chariot itself, ready for their eventual use.
Taking the legendary Bow of Artemis, Gladion launched flurry after flurry of arrows at the approaching army, his speed unmatched by anyone. The arrows all struck true, landing fatal or near fatal blows on each encroaching beast. However, more and more of the Pack began to appear, each one being struck down like the last. Continuing the genocide, Gladion looked back at Gorem and Hydranoid. "Gorem! Allen!" he called, "You must defeat Hydranoid! Even at this power level, I cannot hold these beasts back for an extended time!"
Tank looked towards Allen, his eyes glowing a bright blue. "Let your emotions flow, Silva," Tank said to him, his voice calm, yet stern and commanding, "Become one with the battle. Become one with Gorem."

Tank and Markus had oppened it up for Allen to finish this. Thier was only two ways this move was going to end, either he wins or Gorem gets defeated. But those weren't odds that he hasn't faced before. He held up two abilities, letting his anger show." This is for everyone you pulled into your twisted game. This is for Tank's friend, for Seiki's coworkers. But most of all, this is for Vince and Alana. This is your end Nero. I hope this pleases you." Allen said as the two abilities begun to glow. These were Allen's last breath. Everything he had was going into this." Dual ability activate, Rave Wrecker plus tremor lariat!"
Gorem, still clad in his diamond armor, used the power of Rave Wrecker to sprint after Hydranoid, avoiding anything that was coming his way. Thanks to Gladion and Gargulion's bakumutation, he didnt have to worry about the pack. He ran until he was next to Hydranoid's neck, then swung a lariat attack straight at both necks, looking to crush him." Hydranoid! Now you can meet those you destroyed. See you in hell!"

"My twisted game, eh? You'd really use that word when referring to this? This is far from a game, Allen. This - the culmination of millions of tragedies by their hand - is vengeance for all of us. No game can compare to the amount of satisfaction of seeing humanity's greatest foe disposed of in the darkest manner possible as they have similarly thought against our most treasured." Gorem's final push was an action that Nero knew was coming when his opponents started to become desperate following Baalenoid's technique. He activated Hydranoid's Guillotine ability to supplement his projectile attack by the electricity the saws produced, but even as it tried to shock Gorem without mercy, it was not enough to force him to waver in his approach. The worst part in seeing him come that close to Hydranoid was the fact that he was left unopposed in terms of power, especially since the amount of pressure Hydranoid endured throughout this entire fight most likely tired him out to much to take someone that powerful in close quarters one more time. In a typical Nero fashion, he was going to do it anyway.
"Hydranoid!" Nero called out as he menacingly pointed towards the approaching Gorem. "Give him the works! Ability activate! Clean Slate!" Hydranoid cranked his saw blades to their maximum speed to double its damage output as well as increasing the amount of voltage produced by it. He pointed both of his tails out in front of him as he began pumping energy into them. In unison with his tails, Hydranoid produced a similar effect with the blasts he was charging in his mouths. Without any further delay, he unleashed all of this energy into a catastrophe of a laser-like blast that could only be described as the one attack of Dual Hydranoid that could end all that it touches; yet, even with that description, Gorem ran right through the attack, piercing it straight in the middle despite having great difficulty in doing so. "Oh...shit..." Hydranoid muttered through both of his heads before getting struck by Gorem's attack.
Having Merge Shield active during the power struggle was definitely crucial for his sake since that charge could have potentially put him in a near-death scenario with all of the damage his body took. While that may have softened the blow to some degree to prevent that grave situation from taking place, the impact did something far worse; it hurt Hydranoid enough to actually...beat him. What this meant for him was that his inability to stop Gorem in his tracks allowed the golem to apply enough force in his attack to completely dislodge him and Nero from the ground. The force of the blow sent Nero backwards, so he clung to Hydranoid's left tail using his right arm when it got within arm's reach. "I have to say, Allen. You've proven yourself to be a far more worthy adversary than I've given you credit for; however..." Nero silently activated Dual Gazer for Hydranoid to use once he was starting to get airborne. He specifically aimed it towards an unsuspecting enemy that he knew wasn't going to be able to defend against him. "How powerless will you feel once history repeats itself with your inability to shield being in the spotlight once more?" Hydranoid then shot two bursts of energy towards the opponent that powered them all up: Horridian and Karen.

"Can Gorem really make it through something like that?" That was the question cycling through Karen's mind when Hydranoid unleashed what could be considered his strongest attack. Fortunately, all it did was give the world a clear example of why he is considered the Iron Juggernaut. Gorem took the attack head on and placed the pain of everyone else on his shoulders as he charged towards the enemy without looking back. With a powerful lariat to both heads, Hydranoid was successfully taken out of the fight and sent on his way just as Allen had promised. "Didn't quite win that time, did you, Hydranoid?" Horridian taunted just because of all of the talking Nero did after beating the three Resistors at once the first time. In the midst of his banter, Hydranoid had actually targeted him all of a sudden. "Horridian! Incoming!" Karen called out to warn him of Dual Gazer.
Horridian was caught off guard by this considering he already expended a lot of power using Death Metal Army, so he wasn't completely back in the fight yet when Hydranoid declared that attack. The attack also traveled through the air too fast for Horridian to use Wolfed Shield in time to guard against it. The only thing Horridian could think to do was get out of the way as fast as he could. "This fiend never gives up, does he?" Horridian tried to dodge the attack by sidestepping to his left without giving up too much of his grip on the ground, and as he did so, he realized that Hydranoid's attack had a homing effect as it followed his movements. "Well played, Hydranoid...Well played..." Horridian was left no other choice but to sacrifice his mobility entirely and allocate all power to absorbing the hits since he did not have any more time to act any other way. "This doesn't look too good for us, Karen. I can't guarantee I'm going to be like Gorem and eat this one up. He's still influenced by that Merge Shield."
Karen knew that what Horridian said was a nice way of saying they were screwed. She nodded her head in acknowledgement of his prediction without saying a word and gritted her teeth in anticipation of getting struck directly by it. Horridian was rocked hard by Hydranoid's Dual Gazer ability and was sent into the sky as well following the rough damage he received, which meant that Karen was also joining him for the ride, except she was going up faster than Horridian was since Karen had lost her grip on his shoulders due to the impact. "So you're telling me...that the moment I'm forced to do battle is when I get sent to the Doom Dimension? You couldn't have just been a good loser and went up here by yourself?" While in the air, platforms made from pieces of the road floated next to him. He landed on one of these platforms, drew his claws, and began to finish Nero and Hydranoid off. "We're all going to the same place, but you two won't be in the same status as I'll be in by the time we get up there," Horridian promised.

There was nothing anyone could do to make Noland accept the fate brought to him. It was a turnout that no one should have to accept. One of the worst results to come from a conflict on Earth was staring him right in the face, and the situation appeared to be inescapable. It's rather unfortunate that Krakix put himself in harms way in the past to prevent this exact scenario from taking place where Drago is actually the one taking the trip. It was more unfortunate to know that Baalenoid was still active following Noland and Drago's defeat. "I think I can take a hint from your actions about whether you're capable of getting us out of this mess right now, Drago, since I know you would have done so already if you could," Noland sighed with his head down. Drago disappointingly shook his head in disbelief that this was now happening to him, and responded by saying, "I wish there was more I could say or do to change this for the both of us. This might be the end of the line here, Noland. Once we go through, there's likely zero chances of us coming back. As we all know, but hate talking about, there's a reason why certain people have never returned." Noland clenched his fists just thinking about how, even at his best, he wasn't able to stop this from happening to him, which is definitely a hit to his self-esteem given that he wasn't able to protect Vince or Alana from meeting this same end. These thoughts didn't erase his attention span though given that there was one person jetting up there that was joining him along for the ride. "I might not have saved Dad...or Alana...or anyone else for that matter, but...there's something I can do," Noland said in his mind as he patted Drago on the back to direct his attention to who he was looking at. Noland reached out his hand to forcefully grab Karen's. To prevent her momentum from carrying Noland along with her, Drago shot a beam at her using the diamond on his forehead to slow down her movement, allowing Noland to pull her inward without any trouble. "As much as I can't believe I'm saying this...I can help this brave girl right here..." ( Final Boss Theme 3)

When Karen was dislodged from Horridian's shoulder, she was a bit stunned by Hydranoid's power. She didn't quite realize what was going on until she regained her senses around ten seconds after she was sent into the air. By that time, it was pretty obvious that she was joining Noland along for the ride into the Doom Dimension. "Well, at least I'll have company...I guess." She looked back down to see Horridian giving Hydranoid a final fight to put him out of his misery before reaching this horrible destination. It wasn't a terrible idea considering that Nero does deserve to be dispatched in the most horrible way for what he has done to this world as a whole, but did Horridian have the strength necessary to pull it off considering he is mostly a pacifist under Montai's control? He fought at a really high level so far, so Karen thought he could manage just this once.
When she was nearing the portal, she got within reach of Noland and Drago. Since she didn't want to get pulled into the dimension so soon, she made sure he knew she was coming towards them. "Noland! Drago! Over here!" she hastily called out. Noland quickly recognized who was traveling towards him and quickly caught her with Drago's aid. "I think you're getting too good at saving girls now. Nice catch," she said with a wink. As she was pulled closer to Noland so she could fasten herself onto Drago's back, she wrapped her arms around Noland's waste to ensure she didn't fall off. "It was a rough fight for all of us, but we finally did it. We beat him. Allen was the one that dealt the finishing blow that's sending both Andrew and Hydranoid up here right now." After giving him a quick version of what happened down there, she nervously asked a certain question that she already knew the answer to. "So...I guess you guys don't have a solution to getting us down from here?"

Hydranoid was having trouble moving around in the air due to his weight, so he was naturally at a disadvantage to the ferocious animal that was Horridian. The platforms he was provided provided him all of the tools necessary to outmaneuver Hydranoid at all angles. It didn't seem to bother him much though. "You really should have gotten out more, Horridian. Compared to the hit I just took from Gorem, your attempts to hurt me are far below average," Hydranoid growled. "I can at least admire your dancing routine since you know it'll all be over once I get a grip on you." Nero started climbing Hydranoid's tail to end up on his back. That wasn't the easiest thing to do since Hydranoid was naturally spiky, so he had to settle for standing in a very uncomfortable position to avoid being impaled. It was much easier to manage in his pre-evolved form where the spikes weren't as plentiful, but complaining about his evolutionary state was useless.
"I wouldn't worry about our condition once all of this is over, Horridian. After all, the conjurer of this portal is under my control in case you've forgotten. I have my ticket back. You do not," Nero warned. As he did so, Horridian went in for another close range attack using his Hell Grinder ability to curl himself into a spiky ball of death, but Hydranoid easily stopped it by placing his palms on both sides of the sphere. This interrupted the steady flow of motion, allowing Hydranoid to entangle Horridian's foot using his tails. "Didn't quite win this time, did you, Horridian?" Nero asked in mockery of his earlier comment. "Get out of my face. Hydranoid, Guillotine." Hydranoid held Horridian in place as he revved his saw blades up. He allowed it to continuously grind into Horridian to torture him continuously. Once he had dealt enough damage within the confines of the remaining power he had, he flung Horridian upwards along the same path as Drago, and then shot numerous dark blasts towards their vicinity. "Going somewhere, Noland?" Nero joked with a maniacal smile on his face.

Noland was extremely pleased that the others were able to move them all one step closer to silencing Nero once and for all. It actually made him a little bit giddy knowing that Allen was the one that did it. Suddenly, all of that excitement quickly turned back into gloominess once he compared Allen's work to what he had done. "I know I should be happy for him, but it pisses me off knowing that I probably let him down by not holding up our end of the fight. Kendrick is going to have even more of a tough time knowing that this happened to both Dad and I. That's not even considering the state of the relationship between Grandma and I after storming off like that. I really messed up this time." Drago kept silent about that issue since it wasn't like him to get involved in familial matters. He considered their current situation to be more pressing than worrying about emotional strife. "You sound like you've already given up," Drago noticed.
"You have a better idea? I'm listening." Shortly after saying that, Noland noticed something wasn't right in terms of who was in their immediate vicinity. Drago was quick to pick up on this as well, but it was too late to evade the incoming Horridian projectile that Hydranoid chose to curse them with. "Does dealing with Hydranoid count?" Drago questioned as he crossed his arms to brace for impact. When Horridian crashed into him, both Noland and Karen were flung even further into the air away from Drago's reach. At this point, they were very close to being immersed into the dimensional portal. Not even Drago could stop their ascent from where he was. "Noland! Karen!" Fortunately, the debris from the street made it up there faster than anticipated. This gave Noland a much needed platform to grab onto while struggling to hoist himself up there while holding Karen's hand for their lives. "Dammit, Karen...you couldn't have been much lighter than this?" Noland blurted out while trying to pull them up.

"Are you kidding me? Did you really just call me-" Karen stopped herself from finishing that statement and decided to just focus on the problem at hand. "Now is not the time, Noland. You're making the conscious decision to not let me go, so don't complain about how much weight you're carrying or how much upper body strength you lack even though you're stronger than you give yourself credit for." Noland had actually succeeded in pulling her up despite his complaint about how hard it was, so they were standing on an airborne platform while staring down their incoming enemy. "By the way, Noland...thanks for not releasing me," she said with a slight blush. Horridian landed on an adjacent platform from Drago after crashing into him unexpectedly. He scraped the piece of land with his claws, visibly expressing his disgust over Hydranoid's persistence.
"I REFUSE to go in that damned place until those two perish!" Horridian proclaimed. "Drago, I suppose you have enough left in you to take on one more foe?" Horridian was proposing a tag team to face the last challenge, Nero and Hydranoid. Karen then looked at Noland since she had a similar proposition given that there was no better way to go out than with a bang. Despite all parties being severely worn out from their battles, it was two against one with Drago being on par with Hydranoid's power. In the perfect scenario, they should not lose. "That sounds like a good plan. We have made a really good team, especially when we first started talking to each other at the Complex. One more brawl for old time's sake?"

Hydranoid managed to find a solid platform to put his gigantic feet on after repelling Horridian. In circumstances like these, logic would dictate that you'd want to prevent yourself from getting close to the portal as much as possible when you're being dragged into the Doom Dimension, but Nero didn't care. In fact, Hydranoid decided to jump even higher to meet his opponents since there was nothing else to do other than sitting there waiting for both of them to get transported out of this dimension. Since he already voiced his desire to get out of the Doom Dimension anyway, there was nothing stopping him from finishing his greatest enemy off. "I believe my biggest mistake in all of this was how sympathetic I was for other humans, especially the annoying few who got in my way," he shared with the Resistor leader and his personality shifting ex-girlfriend. "That's one quality of mine I wish I didn't have as opposed to Vince's approach to it. He knew when sacrifices had to be made, and always took a non-emotional approach to every assignment given to him regardless of what would happen to him, his employees, his own two children, and even his wife."
Nero dismounted Hydranoid and stepped down on the platform holding both of them. He briefly stretched his arms out after the tough battle against the other group to prepare for this one. "There's always a flaw with everyone whether people consider them good or evil. Sometimes, the actions of many do not necessarily give the indication of their alignment. What it does is show the world what they're willing to do to follow through with what the right thing for us is. I wonder if people would deem me evil if they looked in a mirror and saw the reflection of their actions against one another in realization that what I have done is a good thing compared to their dissent." He quickly swiped a card across his BrawlX to begin his attack procedure as planned. "I could apologize to you numerous times on how I didn't want any of this to be necessary as I have done plenty of times already. I could give you a process analysis rundown of how all of this is a step in the right direction for the universe's security. I could even outline every possible benefit their extermination would bring to all races involved, including the war mongering Gundalians, but...none of that matters now in the same way your lives have lost meaning to me. Ability activate! Gravity Chamber!"
Hydranoid surrounded himself in a giant sphere that acted as a gravitation pull akin to the one the portal was using. It began pulling in every solid object in the air with them along with Horridian, Drago, Karen, and Noland. He planned to eliminate all of his enemies in a singular act of violence that'll likely render his foes immobile for the rest of their journey, allowing him to score an easy finish on his two Bakugan opponents once the humans were already struck down by Hydranoid's overwhelming power.

Noland and Drago were more than ready to eclipse Nero's reign the moment he chose to rush his own ascent to the Doom Dimension just to kill them. Reliving nostalgic memories was the last thing on his mind when confronted with this situation, but there was no reason to object to it given that nothing better was available to think about. "Alright, Karen. You're on. Besides, I believe we both have a score to settle with this madman anyway," Noland responded with a serious look on his face. He swiped a card on his BrawlX as an immediate response to Hydranoid's Gravity Chamber attack. "One more push, Drago. Ability activate! Phoenix Tornado!" Drago soon embodied a phoenix avatar that was pushing the boundaries of his power. With its mythical status being relevant in the technique's concept, his energy started to gradually replenish, allowing him to face incredible odds in drawn-out battles. Since it had an expansive size, it could easily be used for devastating attacks towards any enemy.
"You really like that ability, don't you, Hydranoid?" Drago questioned after having the attack used against him in every engagement he had with Hydranoid. After replenishing his reserves, Drago needed to expel that excess energy from his body. Fortunately for him, what Noland used was only a setup for a more devastating offensive. "That, and Nero talks too damn much. I thought we've been over the fact that I don't care about his silly ideals. Ability activate! Incinerator Bash!" The phoenix's flames were enhanced greatly by this ability's activation. It was enough to make the area experience a brief heatwave through its power up. Using this energy, the phoenix left Drago's body and charged towards Hydranoid in a tornado-like fashion. It clashed with Gravity Chamber and equaled it if nullifying it completely didn't happen. Regardless of what happened, there was nothing stopping Horridian from declaring an attack on his end as well.

Noland and Drago were quick to provide some form of opposition to Hydranoid's attack, which was arguably very smart to do on Nero's end since it was a definite way to end the fight early. Horridian was very weak compared to how he was when he first entered the battle since he suffered the menacing effects of Hydranoid's Guillotine ability, but he was still in it to win it. "Let's do some damage," Horridian bravely called out to Karen. She answered his call with an ability swiped across her BrawlX. "Ability activate! Cerberus Fire!" In a rather unorthodox twist, Horridian actually lit himself on fire. Being covered in purple flames didn't negatively affect his health, but it did give him a power boost that made up for his eventual retirement of the brawl due to his low power level.
These flames were originally meant to act as a deterrent for anyone who wished to put their hands on him while he's coordinating the attack; however, since Hydranoid was not close enough for this to matter, it wasn't taken into consideration. What it did do was double the effectiveness of his abilities for a limited time, essentially acting as a sword and a shield for Horridian in the right situations. He opened his mouth after taking aim at Hydranoid. The fire on his body was used to fuel his attack, which was the firing of multiple volleys of energy bursts towards his enemy in an arc. Each attack launch gradually diminished the fire on his body as its power amplified Horridian's. "We'll just shorten all of what you just said and compress into one sentence: the biggest flaw was you thinking you weren't going to be stopped," Karen defiantly informed the villain.
